Amazing vets. Called this morning worried about my cat. They asked me to email photos and replied within an hour or so to advise me to book an appointment. They managed to squeeze me in today despite being very busy! The receptionist was friendly and the vet was brilliant and performing all checks on my cat as well as explaining as she went along. Very impressed. And the bill was very reasonable - more so than my previous vets. Highly recommended 👌

This practice have been wonderful to us and our two cats for over 7 years now. They have helped diagnose complex conditions for both our cats and when the time came to say goodbye to our beautiful beloved boy cat earlier this year at the start of the covid lock down, they were incredibly compassionate, kind and so understanding of our feelings. It was a terribly hard time and the entire staff team were just so kind. I can't recommend them highly enough. We've sadly had to take our lovely Shadow in for many visits (he's an older boy, but loving and full of life) and the team at Animal Choice are always loving and caring, treating him as one of their own. Their prices are really reasonable, they always fit him in when we're worried and they're always calm, clear and honest with us about what's going on. Such a rare find nowadays! A proper community vet.

The staff at Animal Choice go above and beyond to care for our dog. They make room when there is an emergency and it's clear everyone working here really care about the animals. Best veterinary practice ever. Been taking my cat (her name's Pigeon) there for over 2 years now after our previous veterinary practice had a change of staff to a woman who seemed to have no idea what she was doing and was making my cat hate me for taking her there. So I found Animal Choice on the recommendation of my manager and I am so glad I did. All of the staff are friendly and kind and amazing with my cat. She comes away happy and not scared or angry at all. I can't stress enough how great this place is. If I could give them more stars, I would. I love them! Update: I had to have my beautiful Pigeon cat put to sleep on 30/11/18. I was a wreck. I called Animal Choice, and for a fee, the lovely vet and lovely nurse came to my house so Pigeon could find rest at home, among familiar surroundings. Seriously, best vet ever! I would still highly recommend.

This practise has taken care of my Border Terrier since she was 10 months old. He is the nicest, warmest vet and treats my dog a year and a half later as an old friend, she loves being made a fuss of at the vets. My dog Florence has all her jabs there and he always checks her teeth and gives me advise as she is prone to decay despite her organic diet so we have to clean her teeth regularly. She was spayed and was fit and well after a day, amazing recovery. The whole staff team are so friendly, they advise you on anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise.

This is the best vet practice I have ever used. Mr Phakkey is the kindest, most compassionate Vet who genuinely cares about the pets he looks after as well as the owners. All the nurses and reception staff are equally friendly and kind and they all love animals so much. It feels like a Family rather than a Business. Even when we moved away from Balham we still take out cats there as we wouldn't be happy taking them anywhere else.

Fantastic vet practice, I would definitely recommend. Saw our new kitten to his first jabs and neutering. It's a lovely welcoming little practice and Mr Phakkey was friendly and caring with our little kitten and gave us lots of good advice.

This is a brilliant veterinary service - everything is explained very clearly and the utmost concern is always shown for the patients by every single member of staff I've ever dealt with. I've been using this practice for many years and have never found one to better it. Yesterday I had an emergency as my dog had been badly mauled in an unprovoked attack - they really couldn't have been more caring or done more. Highly recommended.
