I have a cat who is petrified of vets. Dr Yeung is the first vet who has ever been able to take my cat out of his carrier without being clawed to smithereens. He is gentle, kind, and takes time to explain what's going on. He was able to diagnose and cure a complicated lung problem which has flummoxed four vets before him. I recommend the practice highly.

Goddard veterinary practice in my opinion very good. I have always had a first class service, my pets have been well cared for and treatments appropriate. The current vet is excellent, pets are assuredly at their ease and the staff are very polite. The practice is clean and sanitary. I am more than happy to take my pets to this practice.

Our two cats go here and we couldn't recommend it more. The head vet, (Bosko?) is WONDERFUL. He remembers the cats every visit and if you call with a question or concern, he's happy to jump on the phone to speak to you. The receptionists are equally as great. Warm and empathetic when you have a concern.

Bosco is an excellent vet. He picked up on my girls aggressive cancer back in September after another vet was saying she had a cold. He knew from the first consult, even if I was in denial. Both my 2 died in a short space of time (CHF and cancer) and Bosco was sympathetic, and honest. Which meant a lot as this can be a very confusing time. He's very knowledgable and I won't go anywhere else now. I think some of these reviews are unfair. I cab without a doubt say he put the welfare of my two first, not money as some people here have said. Never had that impression at all. And I'm really protective. Thank you Bosco, for everything you did (though it wasn't much as they were both at end stage) but for your sympathetic treatment and for being so quick at diagnosis. Bubo and raffles say thank you.

12 week second jab for puppy, nice vet said he would probably cry 2 seconds after getting it, but he was as good as gold. Very caring vet practise and so far we are very happy to take our fur baby there.

This veterinary surgery is one of the best ones that I have ever used in my many years of being a cat mum. The staff are so kind, professional, caring and really look after their clients. My darling cat had to be put to sleep on Monday and the care given during this sad process was fantastic. I also had follow up calls to see how I was and also received a beautiful card / message from the vet Bosco, who was so lovely and patient. The reception staff are also wonderful and so friendly. I needed their assistance today with my other cat Lola and they went 'over and above' to accommodate me and assist with the medication needed - despite me not having an appointment. Highly recommended this practice - they really care. Thank you Goddards.

I went to Goddard’s as my current vet is closed. My cat has recently been diagnosed with Lymphoma and I was dreading going to a new vet. Bosco and his team have been wonderful. They have taken the time to listen and Bosco himself has been very thorough and gentle with my poor boy, as well as taking the time to discuss and explain everything to me, not to mention put up with my blobbing! I know I do not have a lot of time left with my cat, but it has given me peace of mind knowing they are at hand. Would highly recommend.

Received amazing service for my cat - signed up with Goddards recently and I'm glad I made that decision. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff. They all showed such affection to my cat and it means a lot when the vets are animal lovers too - it really rounds off the service for me. Gave me great advice and even offered solutions to calm my nervous cat before an appointment. After dealing with an unsatisfactory few years at Met**Vet - I feel confident that I've made the right choice by switching. The rates are very reasonable as well!

I took a stray cat here as it had a nasty infection on it’s head. Unfortunately because he wasn’t used to human interaction he was not very happy about it, but the 2 vets Bosco and an Irish lady still made sure he got the treatment he needed even though the cat went full on attack!! And within the next few days the wound stared to heal. Glad I took him here they even lent me a cat carrier, nice people and not too expensive.

I have been with this vet for years and have always been happy with their professionalism and friendliness. The only problem was that there was no permanent vet for a while so, however wonderful the vets, we could not have continuity of care for my very sick kitty Mungo. However, about a year ago, Bosco Yeung came on board as a permanent vet and am certain that it is only because of him that Mungo is still alive. He is an old cat with multiple health problems and IBD - he was given 6-12 months to live back in 2018. I know his time will come, it cannot be avoided, but he is still with me and every day I have with him I owe to this practice and to Bosco's dedication and commitment to animals. He has done everything he could and has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that Mungo is cared for promptly and humanely, not over-medicated and not unduly stressed by being taken to hospital. Mungo hates vets but trusts Bosco. If only GPs were more like him. I full heartedly recommend this practice

A great local vet, with caring and friendly staff who seem eager to get to know your pets and their quirks. Both our cats are registered here after we had some issues with a different practice, and Goddards have done a terrific job so far, fitting them in in emergencies and giving honest advice about treatment and prognosis. Unlike some other vets they do a proper debrief after surgery (we are used to just having them handed over by a receptionist) and are very thorough in their approach. As some have said they're not the cheapest but for the service offered, great value.

I was greeted by a lovely, very helpful receptionist. The place looked clean and tidy. The vet was a young Asian lady who also was very lovely and professional, she weight my rat and was overall gentle. She has given me a little bottle of antiseptic and overall I am very pleased. Not 5 stars as I found it expensive ( although it's the usual price, I just personally find £30+ expensive) however I will come again and recommend this vet to my friends.

Went in with my bf with his budgie who was unwell... The lady at the desk who also was the lady who dealt with everything for us was very kind and caring. Gave us all the time we needed before they had to sadly take her away and put her out of her pain. She was very gentle both with us and his budgie. She checked to see what was wrong told us what she suspected and we all agreeed the best thing was to put her to rest. After everything she explained what they saw and found and made sure she gently placed her back into the box and made sure we were okay before we left the building. Very kind and caring.
