The lady vet that saw my boy was amazing, I have a very fearful and reactive husky and she had him calm and happy and was able to pet him and check him over with no help from me. She was calm and took her time with him. I am amazed it went so well and will absolutely be using this vet surgery from now on. All of the staff were so good and gave my boy the space and time he needed to feel safe and comfortable which is all I wanted for him. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone.

We've been using this vet for several years and have always had excellent care for our cats. The staff are friendly and helpful and the fact that it is part of a group of vet centres has meant that it has been very easy to continue our pets' care after a recent house move. It is handy that we can usually park directly outside this particular location.

Really happy with our visit here - first time for my dog and they were very helpful both on the phone and at the apt. They managed to fit me in for a same day apt on a Saturday when everywhere else were quoting 3 weeks.

The staff were very friendly and kind to my dog and looked after her well for her first nail clipping experience. She gets very over-stimulated by all the smells in vet surgeries but they were so accommodating and kept her relatively calm.

The team at Dulwich Medivet took such good care of my ragdoll when he went in for neutering and micro chipping. The communication was exceptional when dropping him off, picking him up and the phone call I received to let me know he was awake and doing well was so appreciated as well. No one wants to leave their fur baby for the day but he was definitely in safe hands.

Within the 10 years she was scrawny an very wild but she adopted me and excepted me to come into my home when she was feral cat (wild) the vet said she’s chipped and the owner lives in penge that’s strange ?? wow abandonment and the vet said they’re going to contact the owner because he is chipped not a female cat I paid £135 because he was injured and I would’ve paid more it’s not about money it’s about care and love 247 my cat I just hope the owner doesn’t contact me over ownership An want fluffy back after 10 years.! being abandoned thought my cat was female but he is a male cat Still my baby fluff in element in photo and I’m in his corner to defend him in anyway .Sparta 💪

Professional, friendly place. I would like to highlight Vet Mrs Inga, she is very knowledgeable, dedicated, professional and polite. She very quickly found the reason of our kitten nasty allergic infection caused by the flea bites. She talked us through the entire treatment procedure. At the end she provided clear receipt with the cost of each item, very professional.

Please take a moment to copy and paste your comments onto one of these popular sites: We suddenly discovered that our cat was unwell, having attributed recent slight changes in her behaviour to the effects of aging. Both our cat and ourselves were treated with compassion and patience by the staff, who listened to us and took time to explain what was happening to our cat and possible courses of action. We were able to have one last precious weekend together as we came to terms with the inevitable. We received the kindest treatment during our final visit to the vet, who enabled our dear family member to pass away with dignity. I cannot sufficiently express our gratitude to the team.

The staff are really kind to our cats and lovely with us. Under lockdown they have been so accommodating with our old cat, gowning up to allow us to be with her when she had to be put to sleep, and microchipping and vaccinating our new cat a few weeks later. The pandemic is a worrying time but to know our pets still have access to great medical care is a real weight off our minds.

The vet, Katya, is so caring and puts my dog so at ease. The nurses were all lovely and I felt very confident that my dog who was having a major operation was in safe and caring hands. On picking up my dog, his aftercare and medication was carefully explained with many invitations to ring if I'm concerned about anything. There was even a leaflet on what to expect and what to do in various scenarios. I feel very safe and supported. I think an appointment 3 days later to check on my dog is such a good idea so I'm grateful the vet will check him over in a few days. My dog is doing very well and slowly feeling better. Thank you so much Medivet! Ps I'm always impressed with EVERY visit by the caring and gentle staff.

May I just say how amazing they are. Great service, friendly reception. My cat Kitty died and I am really happy I chose Medivet to cremate her. Although this is a very sad occasion, I now have a great memory and the quality of the casket is amazing. The service was speedy and they were really understanding.

I have a rescue cat with a range of chronic illnesses, and the vets here are fab. They've seen her through surgery, many medications, and many procedures and treated her wonderfully. They are so caring with the animals, and look after them so well, especially when you have to leave them there for treatments. I highly recommend!

I cannot give Lordship Lane Veterinary Surgery enough praise. From cats to guinea pigs each pet has had very loving care by all of the highly qualified Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses. Each of our pets has received the highest quality care imaginable from a routine vaccination to treating our cat's fractured pelvis. Not once have I felt that the care was less than brilliant. I honestly cannot recommend this surgery enough!

I never write reviews, but I feel that I need to write this one. I have a Miniature Schnauzer named Zoey. When I first moved to Dulwich and needed a Vet Clinic I was considering this clinic bcs it is close to my house, but at the same time I was not so sure about it due to a bad review that I read here. I am extremely "picky" about veterinarians. I am in London for 6 months and I already tried 4 of them! This Clinic was the only one that provided me with the best service at the best price. Their prices are the average price and actually, comparing with other clinics around here, it is still slightly cheaper. I usually pay around 30 for the appointment plus a few extra pounds for the medicines, which comparing with other veterinarians, it is quite good. The receptionist is very helpful and polite (I am speaking about the male receptionist! The woman is not that "smiley" but she tries to be helpful nonetheless). The veterinary is also very attentive and polite and they all provided me with great service. I must say that after my experience at this Vet I can only say that the person who wrote the only bad review here either caught them on a really bad day, or just is one of those people who thinks that they need some sort of special treatment all the time. I would recommend this clinic to a friend. (Sorry for some of the spealling mistakes but English is not my 1st language :)

A very civilised Vet's. If you can't find your cat when it's time to take it there, they don't charge for the missed appointment. They employ freelance vets, so if you only go once a year for routine checks, you aren't likely to see the same one.
