We had a wonderful experience with Medivet Kentish Town, who took care of our senior indoor cat for two years while we lived in the neighboring area. Friendly and professional nurses and vets. Special shout out to their official vet Tracey who got our kitty ready for a trip across the sea to Iceland, which involved a long checklist of tests and check-ups! Highly recommended.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on the phone and the vet was really good with my poorly dog when we arrived. You know your pet has been taken good care of when they don't want to leave the vets! The pain relief has also been sufficient so far, without having to put my dog through any x-rays. Thank you very much!

Friendly reception team. My dog is always wagging his tail and tries to cover the vet and nurses with kisses. Nurses and vets are pleasant and professional. The vet and nurses all explain things clearly and calmly, taking their time to put myself and my dog at ease. Highly recommended!

Our first visit with our new puppy.A different experience under Covid restrictions but the vet was very helpful and explained every process to us and discussed the best options of the pet plan for our pup, very friendly and helpful. I had a phone call an hour before to check that our pup was well and that we were aware of the restrictions. The receptionist was also very helpful and polite and my puppy seem to be ok with the visit. A good online and face to face experience. All members of staff were professional and experienced and provided some good advice, especially for teething puppies.

We've been going to the Medivet in Kentish town for about 18 years and all the staff there have always been so kind and good with our cats. They clearly all know what they're doing and are very professional but it's also clear they all genuinely care about each pet they see. When we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat recently, they were so kind and compassionate to us and despite the fact they were closing soon we didn't feel rushed we were given the time we needed to say goodbye. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a vets!

Nurses are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Vets remember the animals and there is good continuity of care even though my pet was seen by two different vets at different times (I was worried about this but needn't have been). It really feels as though this is a caring practice, and I was really impressed. There were one or two small admin issues, but that happens everywhere. Wonderful practice, helpful, kind staff, affordable pet care.

The nurses and doctor were super kind with our cat Eloy. I felt safe leaving him in their hands for neutering. They also took the time to explain me the whole procedure and how Eloy could react to all this. They also kept me updated along the day with a phone call. Very please with them.

When I visited yesterday for my cat's first check up the receptionist was excellent and attentive. I had just had a consultation with my cat and there was an elderly customer buying food and had a number of queries. The receptionist was very helpful and answered her questions clearly. Then she helped me afterwards. Really nice to see.

Very clean surgery. Extra polite staff. Never feel rushed even when busy. Advice is genuine and not complicated my cat has some behaviour problems but they never make it an issue. I would definitely recommend.

I used to take my dogs to RVC, but I don't want to take them there any more. I got there yesterday with Charlie (my cavalier) with an abscess that was bleeding and looking awful and they wanted to keep me waiting for 3 hours because I didn't have an appointment. I wonder how they wanted me to foresee the future in case of an emergency like this. Then I had the idea of looking for another vet nearby using Google Maps. I just had to call and explain the situation so one of Medivet Kentish Town vets would fit Charlie in her schedule. And the service was really great, she was very attentive, it's evident that she really cares.
