Staff are fantastic from phone to in-person visits. Very clean clinic and very professional. Reasonable price-wise and very informative even though our dog is not the most common breed. Wouldn't go elsewhere :)

Brilliant and kind vet. My dog had been stung by an insect yesterday. She was so distressed and upset. I called Medivet Kingsbury... my dog was seen within an hour and given antihistamine injection. She was almost immediately relieved. This vet was kind professional and empathetic. I’m so impressed I will hopefully register as a regular and have all further care here for my fur baby. 💯 recommendation Thank you medivet Kingsbury both nurse and vet were outstanding

I find the service very efficient. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Consultations are thorough. I’m always confident my dogs are really looked after despite not being able to go into the surgery because of Covid.

Very welcoming of us, and we feel really supported as new pet owners. Really happy we decided to join Kingsbury Medi Vet. They were super friendly and informative on the phone, easy to make an appointment and explained all our options for our cat's health plan. Really understanding when we were late for our appointment as we couldn't get out cat in her carrier, were still accepting of us when we arrived super late for the appointment right at the end of the day. Really good at communicating how the appointment, felt they were open and honest (due to COVID we weren't allowed in.) They were super helpful giving useful hints and tips when we were researching insurance options.

Your staff are always so lovely and friendly. They always act as if they know my pets and myself personally and if I see them around locally they are quite happy to stop for a chat. My dog and my cat have both only been in for spaying fortunately but both seemed to be well loved and cared for during their short stay.

Leslie is great and always puts your mind at ease. The opposite of a recent experience of what they had in medivet a while ago. She was very reassuring and found more convenient ways for me (although a little more dearer) to treat my lovely dog, who's is feeling much better now! the vets are very knowledgeable and kind, the clinic is always clean and organised, the medivet chain is easily accessible in various areas and keep synchronised records so if i move house it is easy to find a local clinic. I have overall had a great experience with medivet across the country and spanning two pets now in the past decade.

Our Bassett Hounds have been going to this vet for three years (since pups) and Lesley is a true veterinary asset to medivet along with her dedicated team. When one of our hounds ate a huge chunk of our sofa and all her inner workings were clogged with foam, despite both being fully insured kept an operation open as a last resort. Full support throughout their lives and our dogs love going in there.
