Very professional office with high quality of care. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They get us in quickly, do a thorough job, and bill insurance promptly. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Our dog still loves going there even after he’s been given shots and been neutered. We have tried other vets that are cheaper but ultimately you get what you pay for and we felt the others were not as knowledgeable and didn’t provide the level of care we expected after coming to Medivet.

They take care of my two girls - send out reminders - most importantly treat our fur babies as one of their own - putting the creatures at ease . If you’re looking for a veterinary Surgery I highly recommend this team .

We have being coming to Medivet for over ten years now and have had ten years of excellent service. As our two cats have got older (now 16 years old), their needs have changed considerably. Most recently, one has been very ill and we’ve needed to bring her in a few times for tests. The staff are consistently sensitive, professional, thorough and above all kind to my two precious cats

I've been taking my dog to them since he was a tiny puppy and can't say one bad thing about them. My dog always leave on good spirits, even after taking his injections. Very friendly staff. Very helpful even during lockdown and responsive to all our questions.

We've been taking our cats to the vets since they were kittens and always had excellent care. It's a well run practice, very clean and caring. They always do their best to communicate with you and are quick to respond to concerns. Our cat was really ill and they held my hand all the way through and through making our insurance claim. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Excellent service and loved by our dogs. Both our dogs have been looked after, treated, cared for and checked upon with love and professionalism for the past 16 years. Emma and her team go above and beyond in the most joyful as well as difficult circumstances from the day we brought our puppies home to the most heartbreaking moment of saying good bye. I could not have wished for a more understanding veterinary practice. The nurses are always welcoming us when we pop in just to say hello and my older dog had turned from being terrified of check ups to happily walking into Notting Hill & Barons Court Practices to be fussed over, checked up and treated. Nothing is ever too little or too difficult for any of the team. Emma's connections with specialists are bar none and we have had plenty of experience of making connections with them. I can highly recommend Emma and her team for their professionalism, their knowledge, their care and their love towards our dogs.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Fast appointment in a mini emergency, friendly, caring, honest, helpful staff who were brilliant with their communications and updates. The entire team were incredibley professional and helpful.
