The vets are friendly and good, but the quality of services could be improved. That was a busy afternoon, so the experience was like in a rush. However, it’s fair enough coz this place is not a private clinic for the royal family so good enough.

Super sweet, polite and compassionate staff (both the vets and at the front desk). Always polite and always with a smile. Never had to wait for my appointment and they were always very helpful. Both myself and my cat (Mycroft) are very grateful for their help and support :-)

From the moment we registered our dog with this practice, they have been incredible, so friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and although they didn't have a ramp when we first went, meaning I was unable to traverse the 1 step, by the next time we went in, they had got one. This type of proactive approach towards making things accessible is RARE. I didn't even need to ask. Normally businesses will avoid it at all costs and require me to write numerous letters and invoke the Equality Act. It is a breath of fresh air to not need to do that and it means the world to me. My dog also loves the staff! Highly recommend these guys.

Our puppy had just gone in for his castration, and Dr Lucy was extremely patient and understanding of our worries. All the staff present were so friendly and welcoming as well.

Took a budgie for nail clipping. Easy to register, easy to book. Friendly reception staff, friendly Vets. Quick service, very professional. Easy to pay. Very happy all round.

I love the team here Lisa is great., I'm dyslexic so never remember dates, names of medicine but Lisa will always sort it out for me. Giuseppe done a marvelous job with my boy's op. Debbie made sure he had everything he needed for a comfortable recovery. The nursing staff treated my dog like their own. Everyone is always keen to greet him. Even after his injections and operation my dog loves everyone in there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Where to start. Absolute stars! From getting help over the phone, to scheduling appointments to being handheld through the process as a first time pet owner. To having my kitten assessed and helped. They were all stars, the whole team.

Lovely staff and so helpful from the first panicked call for help. They allowed me to register my friend's cat that was staying with me temporarily, and saw her within 3hrs of me calling. I had to come to your practice to have my Burmese girl's passport updated, although I am registered in Surrey Quays. The vets were personable, took time to explain the situation with regards to Pets and Brexit, safety rules were respected and the practice was pristine. Great service and kind professionals

We only started using this practice recently but since then we have received brilliant service at all times. The vets have been great, in particular Fabrizio, and all the other staff who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable too. They have been willing to bend over backwards to help our dear cat with a very difficult and urgent operation (which went great – all due to the care and attention given by all staff) which has probably extended our cat’s life and we cannot thank them enough for this. Our cat even enjoys coming to the vets, and does not get stressed at all! Thanks again to all of you

Kind, wonderful people at this veterinary office. I can't say enough good things about how professional and understanding they are about the bond between an owner and a pet. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Sophie took such good care of my little Jack Russel Chihuahua Tanner. He had been my best friend, my shadow and my little demon for more than 14 years. In the end, when his 15 year old heart was about to give up, I couldn't imagine being in a better place when I was suddenly faced with making the hardest decision in my life so far. Thank you to the entire team for your follow up and for your great service. This is one of the very few veterinary clinics with a soul.

I've been going to Medivet's Southwark for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would like to mention in particular the veterinary nurses Debbie and Sue, and the receptionist Lisa, all of who have been so helpful and understanding to me over the years, especially when my old boy Peppy was coming to the end of his life, he had many complex medical issues and their continued help and support really helped me at the most difficult of times. Now I have a new boy and he just loves the nurses who always make such a big fuss of him! I wouldn't dream of taking my precious boy anywhere else! It's 5 stars from me!

Always able to get a prompt appointment, but never see the same vet. Medivet move them around and this is such a shame as most people like a permanent vet. They are top price, so I think that there should be regular vet in attendance.

We've been bringing our cats to this practice for over two decades now, and our current pets – three cats and a rabbit, all strays and waifs we've rescued and taken on – have been checked and treated by the same vet, Raquel, who is always very gentle and careful with our little friends, and always explains things thoroughly, and is very informative about their care and treatment, and gives helpful and professional advice about their ongoing care. We always feel confident coming to the practice, the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful too. So many, many thanks, from us, Bunns, Fang, Tigger and Squeak!

I've been coming to this practice for years, having changed from someone else I found unsatisfactory. I've never found them anything other than friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Treatment may sometimes be expensive ? you don't get animal treatment on the NHS; and it may not always work ? that's life.
