I first contacted Dr Randall during the Covid lockdown as I was worried my 16 year old poorly border collie Blew would require euthanasia at some point and I knew my own veterinary hospital would not come to my home. Dr. Randall, accompanied by her lovely assistant ended up coming to my home to treat Blew with acupuncture and laser therapy which worked successfully for several months giving me 6 more months with my beloved Blew. During this period we formed a friendship. Two weeks ago I eventually had to say goodbye to Blew and Dr Randall helped Blew over to the Rainbow Bridge with care, compassion and competence. Never a pleasant tine but I couldn't have wished for anything better than to have this lovely gentle vet and her caring assistant help both my precious dog and also my husband and I who were both heartbroken. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Randall and her assistant and would recommend her services to anyone in need who wants the best treatment for their pet. Dr. Randall now has the care of another of my collies' equally precious to me, and I shall continue to ask her to help my dogs whenever it is appropriate. Barbara Macknish .

I cannot praise Dr Randall and Sandra highly enough! They were there for me in our time of need, taking care of my German shepherd with care, compassion, respect and, of course, clinical expertise. I have used Dr Randall's services twice, and have been highly pleased, both in getting my dog better and at the end of her life, when together we gave her a "good death". My pup was peaceful and calm in her own home, with me there at every moment. I am so grateful to Dr Annette and Sandra for making a such difficult time so very much easier -- on both me and my much-loved dog.

I cannot reccomend highly enough. Dr Annette and Sandra were able to come out promptly to visit one of my very shy cats. They were both very professional, kind and caring. They gave my cat a thorough check and made sure I understood what care she needed going forward. They were both very helpful and gave me the confidence that my cat was having the best care in her home environment without the need for a stressful trip to a vet. Thank you both.

My cats are much happier to be examined at home and it's very convenient for me to have someone visit at a time that suits. The vet was extremely impressive. I can't see the point of visiting a surgery when you can get a service like this. I gather there is also an out of hours service - excellent if you are working during the day. Highly recommended.

Thankyou to both ladies who came to our home in the early hours of the morning to lay our dog to rest. They made my partner feel at ease and calmed him down and spoke with him and our dog for at least 30 minutes before any procedures even started. Both very polite, kind, patient and showed a lot of empathy and compassion towards my partner and our beloved dog Ollie. I can't thank them enough for the way in which they handled and dealt with such a distressing situation. Ollie was laid to rest peacefully. I really recommend this service to all. Thankyou!

I needed them recently on a night time call-out , and they came and sorted out the “ emergency “ , with a lot of care and reassuring actions ..and made sure the Cat was treated for her injuries , after a fight with a Fox! Really recommended 🐱
