Cami was comfortable at home given how little she is and Dr Agnes took extra care to ensure Cami felt relaxed and looked after. Dr Agnes answered my questions as a first time puppy owner and gave lots of reassurance and advice!!

M. S.Dr Agni saved my dog! I just got a puppy and he had weird symptoms, but as a new owner I wasn't sure if the symptoms were normal and what to do, and it was the weekend as well. Although I am out of London, she guided me on the symptoms and and thanks to her I brought my puppy to an emergency clinic, and I found out he was seriously ill and on the verge of death! Now he's back home with me and almost 100% recovered, but if it wasn't for her advice and insistence on immediate action, my puppy would have died. Thank you dr Agni!

E. P.Our cat was not feeling well over a weekend and we called Agnes out of the blue to see if she could help. She was actually on vacation and could have not answered our call or just dismissed us. She was helpful in trying to assess what might be the problem over the phone and ultimately recommended some hospitals we could take him to. She then followed up over the next few days to get his prognosis and make sure he was feeling better. We made appointments with her for well visits/vaccinations for our cat and dog. She arrived on time and was very professional and sweet with our animals. I highly recommend Agnes. She is an excellent and thorough clinician, and seems to genuinely care about our pets and their well being.

Now with covid situation is difficult to do anything but even before covid the pet visits are nightmare especially when the animal is nervous with vet visits.
Now my cat thought that it's just a friend visiting so it was very friendly to Agnes and she could examine her and give me a guidance about my cat's sudden weird behaviour.
It was impossible to go to a vet practise under these circumstance and Agnes is a life saviour. Luckily it was just a harmless food poisoning :)

P. S.My experience with my house vet was top notch. I needed to have my 10 year old Lhasa apso checked by a doctor after extended periods of discomfort, lack of appetite and a wound on the back owing to a blister that wouldn’t just heal.
Given he is an old dog and we weren’t able to travel much due to the lockdown and other factors, Dr Agni suggested a video consult. Now I am not a fan of remote Medicare and initially had my doubts, But she dispelled them all With her excellent care and a keen eye even on video to see what the problem might be.
She was also extremely clear in in instructions instructions as to how I should handle him on camera and what I should check for including lymph nodes, Skin issues et cetera. She even suggested some blood work and on her directions I went for the same.
I am extremely thankful to my house vet for helping my canine friend. Under her remote care he is already much better and active. I would recommend Dr Agni to everyone who reads this. One of the best vets in London hands down!!
