I felt I needed to write a review because before coming here I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, but we needed to make the vaccine to my puppy and due to covid our vet was not able to do it. In the end I found this vet very professional and he checked Appa even if we didn't ask for it and for sure I will recommend this vet. Also Appa didn't cry at all during the injection! For sure we will come back!

Mihai is extremely straightforward and it’s always easy to get an appointment which is such a relief when you’re worried about your pet. He clearly cares a lot. You might have to wait for your appointment when you arrive, but it’s worth it for the ability to make a last -minute appointment. A local gem.

Highly recommended, I always get an appointment the same day, and appreciate the vet's honestly and kindness. He doesn't always fob my puppy off with pills but tries to encourage her natural immune response. He takes time to explain things clearly so I understand. Just started using this clinic for my two dogs and am extremely happy with services received to date. The vet is very thorough and won’t just palm you off with a prescription and took few more time than he had to put of his day to talk me through a nasty ear infection. The receptionist is lovely and super helpful. I stupidly managed to lose one of the items I had been given for the ear infection and the receptionist immediately organised a replacement and didn’t even charge me for it.

We went to pet clinic last month for the first time. With our two puppies who were very poorly. The vet was very helpful, professional, caring, they got the treatment they needed. We were very worried about them he gave us peace in mind and advice us what to do we have flowed his advice and our two puppies are fully healed and in good health thanks to him we are for ever grateful we were with onthere vet clinic before but now changed to pet clinic highly recommend it it is the best and local and easy to get an appointment the receptionist was also lovely, very welcoming friendly and very helpful all staff are amazing we when there again today for our two puppies injections as last time it was very pleased with the advice we got and the way we have been dealt with we will be revisiting themo ur purposes second injectionsplease check them out if you want your pet to get the best care they need and deserve last we would like to thank all the staff on pertclinic and tell them keep up the good job.

I was extremely pleased with the service and attitude of the veterinarian Mr Mihai Preutu in this clinic. My cat Felix has a severe ear infection that the vet was able to control. The girl at the reception is very nice and kind. I plan to visit it from now on. Thank you! I highly recommend it.

My cat had a deep wound on his neck, Dr Mihai got straight to work and was super friendly. My cat’s wound was checked, cleaned and stitched all within an hour. Dr Mihai was very understanding and showed us what we were paying for (as in the medicines) and my cat is already on his way to recovery. Overall very good service and friendly staff-would definitely recommend!

Dr Mehai is one of the best vets this side of London... He won't be in a hurry to put your animal under the knife unlike most of the big chain vet clinics. He will in fact try exhaust all treatment options before that happens. We highly recommend him especially if you have pugs. A very hard to find honest and transparent Vet.. Simply the best vet we have found in the Walthamstow area. Mihai is always friendly and professional, explains treatment options, and is kind and sensitive if difficult decisions have to be made. Over the years we have had 4 cats and a dog registered and all have received excellent care.

Having been registered with Pets Clinic with my two cats for 7 years now, I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with Mihai or any of his team. I've had to use them for routine appointments and emergency visits alike and have always been treated with the utmost care & respect and more importantly so have the cats! Even needing visits during the Covid pandemic has been easier than I would have expected and I appreciate the efforts the team make to keep themselves & us safe during what is an incredibly difficult & stressful time for us all. Sadly, during March one of my cats has needed some emergency care & multiple visits, which is both stressful & expensive. Mihai has ensured that I am informed about his condition & the cost of treatment, both of which have helped to keep my mind at ease. His communication is excellent but most importantly his level of care goes above & beyond his duty & his personal commitment exceeds what any of the bigger group practices would offer, he cares about the animals he is treating & it shows. I am incredibly grateful for the care currently being given to my poorly cat & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mihai & Pets Clinic to anyone looking for a vet to register with!

Highly recommend the clinic. We’ve always been seen at the appointed time and no matter how busy the clinic is, they always manage to squeeze us in. Dr Mihai is extremely knowledgable, makes the best recommendations to get your pet back to health and is very patient to provide answers to all of your questions. He has been taking care of Whiskey ever since he was a kitten. Whiskey is now a happy, mischievous, playful cat and thanks to Dr Mihai a healthy one as well.

If I could give a million stars I would! I am not even a member of this veterinary clinic but for sure I would’ve been registered already if it won’t be so far from me. If you are looking for a great vet to look after your dog/cat etc. you should definitely look no further, this is the place to register your pet. Not sure how many vets will call after hours to provide free advice to a desperate pet owner who cannot understand exactly what is wrong with their fur baby and if she’s going to be OK. Can't praise the team enough!! ! My dog was attacked by a pit bull, not local to the area, ran in the practice not only they immediately came aid to my pug *Charlie* Miahi the vet didn't waste anytime made sure Charlie was put at ease the stress from my pug was terrifying from the attack. Within minutes he stopped the bleeding and what felt like 10hrs for me waiting, my pug was all bandage up. The staff was great the expense was extremely reasonable, unfortunately I had not had Charlie insured which I would be now!! I'm so glad for the team and the vet, saved my boy life!! Thank you sooo much! Xx

Been going here for years. Same great owner. Really friendly. Just had my husky in for worming and he gave me an extra months worth! Friendly receptionist too! He definitely has free parking so no need to worry about the parking warden.

My cat Picasso was not an easy case, he had a heart condition and a skin condition and Dr Mihai has been amazing with him, he always took the time to be honest and explain to me stuff clearly, he has always been available when I needed it and won’t take your money at all actually he was always looking for the best and cheaper solution. The nurse Daniela has well has always been great, always welcoming and sweet and remember you when you call (which I never seen in any other vet practice). Picasso was not an easy cat and I want to thank them so much for everything, they have been amazing all this time. Best Vet practice I ve been without any hesitation.

My dog Daisy is a 14 years restless old bichon and she had a severe ear infection. This vet it's amazing ! He was talking with Daisy while treating her ears and make her feel comfortable. I took my first pet to Pets Clinic in 2010 and rather than diagnosing the issue and recommending euthanasia, Mihai worked really hard to save my cat, trying different methods. It was the first time that I felt that this was a vet who wouldn't take the easy way out and due to that, I've stayed with him and Pets Clinic since. My house is a veritable rescue centre for cats, so I've called on Pets Clinic a lot in the last 11 years. Mihai normally figures out the issue very quickly and then sets about getting it sorted. I can say hand on heart, one of my cats wouldn't be alive without Mihai, most vets would've given up with no improvement after a few days, Mihai and Pets Clinic worked with us for three weeks and now my cat is absolutely fine and soppy as anything. The Clinic does a lot of excellent work, and they're a lovely bunch. You couldn't ask for a better service or doctor for your pets. Would recommend to all.

You don't want to go anywhere else! Vet Mihai was excellent. I was very scared when found blood in my cats litter tray. Called Pets Clinic and got appointment the same day. After my cat's check up, he went through in deep detail what was wrong with him (with drawings!) and prescribed a treatment. He wouldn't suggest you to do unnecessary tests, like my previous vet did. My cat recovered in a week & price was very reasonable. I truly recommend this vet surgery & believe me - your pet deserves it!

The vet is absolutely lovely. He spotted my cats skin condition immediately and explained in very clear terms what was wrong. No unnecessary treatment and the vaccinations were very reasonably priced. He also recommended that the flea spray could be bought elsewhere at half the cost which he didn't need to do but was really appreciated. Highly recommended.

The vets will always explain what they are doing and why, in a way that makes it easy for the owner to understand what he is doing, and if what the owner can do to help prevent future problems.

This vet is excellent. Staff put animals first and insure the best treatment is given. Mr. Mihai Preutu (the main veterinarian) will always take as much time as is needed to explain what happened to your pet and the reasoning behind his choice for medication. The surgery is clean with helpful and smiling staff. I had to go to the rear of the clinic to collect a cat. All rooms I passed were up to the same standard as front of house. The area for animals was warm and recovery cages cosy. All round great experience!

My first experience of this vet today and although it was just an introductory appointment and to ensure we had the right stuff for our new dog Kip, the vet was friendly, honest and was great with us and him. He took the time to teach us the things we could do at home and there was no pressure sell for things we did not need. Last week I took Amber, one of my persian cats, to the vet as she was obviously experiencing some pain while and after eating. He ran some tests and unfortunately turned out to be a Pancreatitis which needed an immediate intervention which he wasn't capable of performing so he advised me to go to Pets Clinic Veterinary Surgery. Of course on the next morning I payed them a visit, explained the situation and they were quick to take my cat in for treatment. I was really worried but after one of the vets took me step by step through the procedures my confidence in them grew. It took 3 days before I could get my cat back but it was worth the waiting as Amber was obviously feeling way better. I would like to thank the guys at this clinic for both the professionalism and the friendly customer approach.I will make sure to recommend you to all my cat friends.

This Veterinary surgery offers outstanding levels of care and 24 hour call out. Being privately owned, the prices are very reasonable as well. It is a bright new, well equipped surgery with all facilities in house. I am very lucky that it has opened on the corner of my street!

Vet care isn't cheap by any stretch of the imagination but at least this vet is honest and tells you if a product is cheaper online than buying direct from him. He's the sole vet plus a nurse, but the smallness of the practice makes it friendly and he knows your pet. Only downside is that he would have to refer you elsewhere if your pet needed a serious or complex operation.

I have been coming to Pets Clinic for years with my 3 dogs, 1 cat and a few litters of puppies! Mihai has been our saviour on so many occasions. Reliable, super knowledgable, kind hearted, full of great advice, and reasonably priced. As the only independent vets clinic in East London left, we are so lucky to have this practice near our home. If I were to move out of the area I would still travel back to Mihai. He truly loves animals, which is so reassuring. Daniella on reception is such a lovely lady too, and the new vet Vasili recently performed surgery on our dog and more recently on our pup. Both have healed perfectly. Mihai and his Pets Clinic is a real gem🥰🥰
