What a gorgeous practice and such lovely staff. Our little tripod cat, Trinity, had a long dental procedure yesterday and today she is bouncing around as if nothing happened. I know she was so well looked after whilst she was there, and it was a huge treat to be able to walk less than 10 minutes down the road to bring her to you rather than 2-4 hour round trips to the vets which have been our usual experience to ensure a top quality independent vet service.

Having been unable to get our cats to a vet for a couple of years, we switched to Smart Vet and are very pleased that we did. Ian gave our two cats a quick check up and vaccinations. I am pleased that both are in great condition. One cat is very nervous, but with a firm, but gentle hand, Ian was able to check her out just fine. Its great to see such a fabulous new practice open up locally and with such wonderful staff too.

Incredible place! Our vet, Natacha, is amazing. She is extremely dedicated and competent. Our dog loves her! She is the best vet we’ve ever had! This brand new, state of the art surgery, equipped with new equipment, where they can perform CT scan, ultrasound and a large number of blood tests by themselves, is amazing! I know that my French bulldog is in very good hands there, and that the team there is taking good care of him. I strongly recommend this independent Vet !!!!

Fantastic brand new veterinary practice , in a wonderful location for South and West Londoners. Super cat friendly practice, with what a unique modern appearance. Staff very friendly, vets and nursing team super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend bringing your pets here. Nice to see an independent practice! Highly trust Dr Stroud's judgment and gold standard care of my pets.

Super experience. We saw Dr Natasha who was reassuring, thorough and gave out cat great care. Their facilities are all new and extensive. Separate waiting area for cats, nice touch. Our usual vets were closed and we needed urgent care, but a friend had already taken their dog there, so it was an easy choice to call them. Very happy. Thanks

What a lovely new practice! From the ample parking on the drive to the airy, calm and welcoming reception with defined treatment rooms for both cats and dogs, you can see Ian Stroud and his team consider both owner and their human pets as equally important as each other. Throughout is a feeling of professionalism and calm. I know that my lovely 🐾 will be very well looked after.

A wonderful Vet and I can highly recommend this new place. I have been looked after by new Vet Natascha who is wonderful and Ian I will meet next week for my dogs. They look after my two dogs with great care and their new surgery is really a wonderful place, also it is very easy to park for free outside their door.
