Reviews of The London Cat Clinic
V. L.
My kitten has been seen by the team since I first got him. And every time they have been super caring, patient and professional. They really take the time explaining each part of the process, whatever it might be, and how to give your cat the best care possible. All nurses, vets and the administration staff have been great, and are true cat lovers. My kitten also just got neutered, and the care and attention, both or him and for my peace of mind, has been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough :)

What can I say other than amazing. They saved my lovely Zuzu's life. She would have 100% died or been put to sleep anywhere else. Amazing staff who really care and more importantly know their stuff. I drive from Bristol to take my kitty back to them when she got sick again because I know they will do their absolute best for my kitty.

I was recommended The London Cat Clinic by a friend of mine who takes his cat there, and I am so grateful he did! The team were able to fit us in on relatively short notice, after my 3 month old kitten started having diarrhea. The team were very patient with me and my questions, and were very attentive and doting towards him. Although they had a busy day when we went in and needed to double check an answer to some of a question later on, they got back to me promptly via text and email with the information. Cannot recommend them enough and am glad to have a calm, caring environment to take my kitten back to for future care.

My sister took her cat (17years old) here for many years. Unfortunately we had to let her go. The vet we had was so patient with us, it was a really hard time for us and they were lovely. Allowed the family to come down and say our goodbyes and spend time with our cat.
The clinic is clean, very well maintained. Staff are lovely.
Fairly easy location to get to, by car there is no free parking near by.

I remember seeing our kitten for the first time and wasn't overlay impressed with his looks but was swayed by his personality. He suited my partner; loving, mischievous, clever and brave. As it turns out, I was right about his character, but he very quickly grew into a beautiful kitten. While many cats are aloof, I remember him welcoming me home and the amount of love he gave to everyone. I've always been a cat person; I like their independence and no-nonsense attitude. Our kitten was all that, but also very cuddly. He needed us as much as we needed him.
My first visit to the London Cat Clinic went like a breeze. He had been before, and our kitten felt at home. As long as his kitten carrier was on my knee, he was calm. All the other cats were quiet too. Then, taking him in to see Dr Patricia, he loved it. He went straight to her for strokes and love. Of course, Dr Patricia reciprocated as she loves animals.
But, unfortunately, he was too brave and too curious.
I want to thank everyone at the London Cat Clinic again for the love and care you showed, not just to our kitten but also to us when we lost him. Grieving is never easy, but the jagged edges were smoothed a little by your kindness and compassion. While I write this, I have still have your card on my desk signed by everyone, with the enclosed picture of our kitten’s naughty face looking at me, with Dr Patricia's kind words on the back.
For my partner, our kitten was her little baby, her first kitten. No words can describe their love. From the moment tragedy struck, my partner was in denial; she thought her kitten would wake up. She couldn't accept he had passed. Then, your vets and staff took over. You realised the magnitude of the situation, and Dr Sarah called me later in the day to offer support. Dr Patricia has met our kitten a few times, our kitten loved her, and it was clear she loved him. On the day of the accident, it would have been very hard for all the staff at the London Cat Clinic to see the agony we were in, having lost our baby kitten, but they too had lost a kitten. It must have been distressing for everyone, as the staff don't see their cats as patents, but as the sweet animals, they are.
Our kitten was discovered at 6 am, and we took him straight to the vets. He had passed away, but my partner was concerned that her kitten would be all alone. Dr Patricia said we could come back anytime and say our goodbyes. So we went back at midnight. I was hesitant, but it was the right thing; my partner was visibly relieved, knowing our kitten was in loving hands with Dr Patricia. For me, seeing my partner in so much pain, I also felt a bit of relief. There's never a good day to lose someone you love, but the staff made this as painless as they could. I mentioned Dr Patricia because she was our kitten’s vet, but everyone was terrific; Carla, Tara, Dr Sarah, Alice, Victoria, Wimbikayi, Maria, Dr Luisa, Ian, Nicky. Dr Jeremy, Dr Serina, Dr Ursula, Dr Catarina, Nurse Alice, Nurse Laura, Nurse Chantel, Nurse Rachel and Victoria. Each plays an integral role in making the Cat Clinic the very best vets for cats. Even if you have to travel a little further, this is the place for your cat; empathic staff and is open 24 hours in case of urgent need.
On the day our kitten passed, they organised everything, so we didn't have to worry. During the day, I received phone calls from Dr Sarah to make sure my partner was okay and offered helpful advice and a support line if needed. Of course, there are no words that stop the pain. But to know our kitten was loved so much and in caring hands, both in life and in death, make things a little easier. I will always be grateful for the support and kindness of all the London Cat Clinic staff. We found it through research, and we were very fortunate

Unbelievably clean and professional site and staff. I had a lovely experience taking my new kitten, Billy Ocean, to get his first jabs. Very impressed with how they made us feel at home, answering all of my new mommy questions. Highly recommended.

The level of knowledge, patience and reliability.. everything is oustanding and simply the best vets I have ever been to!
Dr Serina and the team are amazing. Valentino had some really complicated issues and many other places simply couldn't handle it and would turn us away. He received the best care here and is now fully recovered and living his best life.
Additionally, the clinic is well organised, clean, and calm - perfectly designed for cats. Nothing was every too much trouble for the freiendly and helpful front desk staff.
I have recently moved to west London which is pretty much the opposite end of town, but I will continue to take my cats to the clinic.

I am glad I moved my Koshko to the Clinic cat. They are very professional, everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Above all they really care about our pets. A difference to the previous vet, I am a peace of mind that they won't try to give unnecessary treatment to the cat.

Love folks, clearly care about cats. I have registered my kitten with them and when he was refusing to eat brought him in and they consistently followed up with me even after I brought him home. It is clear they care about the wellbeing of the animals they treat.

Our cat Jasmine has had some bad experiences at vets, and gets very anxious when she has to go. This was our first time at the London Cat Clinic, and we had such a wonderful experience with Dr Catarina. Jasmine fights against being held even at home, when she's comfortable, but somehow Catarina was able to hold her still, examine her gently and thoroughly, and even give her a vaccination! Dr Cat explained everything clearly, without any hint of hurry, and she took a deep interest in every aspect of Jasmine's health. I am in awe! Thank you so much for looking after Jasmine so well, and for redeeming our experience with vets.

Truly an amazing experience and well worth the money. Booking an appointment was simple and the staff was very helpful as well as setting up any insurance for our cat. My cat had an emergency and they managed to fit her in even though they was fully booked and on a Bank Holiday. They also have a pet plan which you can pay monthly and it covers a range of different things to look after your cat. If you love your cat I advise you to come here!!

My sisters cat is registered here and although expensive they have always given her cat exemplary care. He is always remembered as he's such a loving cat and even when being treated he's quite docile.
J. G.
They took really good care of my cat from registration, and when she was ill. Team is great and the doctors are super patient.

Everyone in the clinic is so nice and welcoming. They managed to accept my furbaby during the lockdown following strict social distancing, now he has completed his vaccines and ready for castration. Oops. The clinic is only for cats, so Luna has always been relaxed during our visits.
D. L.
Great service from the cat ophthalmologist. Only treat cats which helps to reduce stress to cats in the waiting room.

An all round amazing practice.
The London cat clinic is the best vet in London for any cat. The clinic is beyond fully equipped and its staff are amazing.
After a terrible experience with a different vet, the London cat clinic eased all concerns we had and have been nothing but excellent.
I have never experienced such wonderfully coordinated after care or such genuine care from any vets.

Went for the introductory visit for our 3 months old kitten. I was very pleased by the cleaning of the clinic, the friendly welcome and the professionalism and kindness of the vet!

Have been going to the London Cat Clinic with our new kitten since July for vaccinations, check ups and recently Spaying surgery. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, they all adore the cats and are so helpful answering any questions.
One day I had to call in as a kitten food order was delayed and the supermarket only had adult cat food, first I thought it was a silly question but I wanted to ensure that I don't give our kitten anything she shouldn't eat. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, checking with the nurse as well and all was good.
Your cat will be very well looked after at this clinic

Simply the gold standard of veterinary care. My two cats have been registered patients for a few years now and I have always been extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire team at TLCC. The perfect place to treat your cats, absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!
I. G.
A best in class vet clinic for cats. Lovely professional staff, great installation, peaceful environment for your cats to feel less stressed. Great choice, fully equipped. I do really recommend it.
X. W.
The best cat clinic in London, they are very professional and really care the animal no matter if the cat was stray cat.

Only positive things to say about the London Cat Clinic and the wonderful team there. Our kitten Pickle was very unwell and didn’t seem to be getting better under the treatment of our local vet so we brought him to the London Cat Clinic. They were very thorough in diagnosing what the problem was and providing the right treatment. Pickle was very close to not making it but with the love and care of the vets at the clinic he’s much better. They supported us through the process of bringing him home and the weeks afterwards to make sure he was fully recovered.
A big thanks from us and Pickle!

First of all, I wanted to thank Dr Jeremy for his professionalism and all the amazing care that was provided to Chloe. I have been to various veterinary practices in different countries but this clinic is second to none. I know that Chloe is getting the best treatment and attention every time we visit. Many thanks to all the team at the clinic as well!

I dont have a cat but my dog broke his dew claw and was in pain, the cay clinic was closed but very kindly removed it. They were absolutely lovely. If I get a cat there is only none place I will take it. Great place

Can't fault this cat-only vet - my cat never minded going here at all and was always relaxed and calm! The service is excellent, great facilities and very friendly! Highly recommended. Dr Serena looked after my cat and is excellent! Also - a shout out to Tara on reception/support who is always super helpful.

Great practice, lovely staff and a safe environment.
So grateful to have a Cat specialised near by.

We brought our newly adopted rescue cat to the London Cat Clinic. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They genuinely care about the pets well and they don't rush through the visit. The clinic is also very modern, you can email them to give updates about your pet situation, they will also send you reminders about due vaccinations.
After the visit I really understand they have such good ratings, I definitely recommend this place!
S. J.
This place is most likely the best vet for cats in the world. I haven't got a single bad thing to say about them. Dr Jeremy and his team are world class! My oriental shorthair had skin allergies and was scratching her face off - I'd been to multiple vets who were treating the symptoms rather than the cause. The LCC had a clear plan for us straight away, which included blood tests, food elimination and onto her current medication which has changed my cat's quality of life for good. I'm so grateful for this vet - I'm scared to move away from the area and face not being able to come back!
i. D.
Near the end of last year- in true 2020 fashion, my two year old cat (Bluey) became very ill with a blocked bladder. His decline was rapid, and after having his bladder drained a few times at other vet surgeries I was told that if it persisted I may have to put him down.
I came to the London Cat Clinic truly distressed after his bladder became blocked for the fourth (or fifth? Lost track at this stage) time. The vets, nurses and all staff at London Cat Clinic were extremely patient and understanding, they monitored Bluey for a week whilst we found a vet that could give him a specialist operation to save his life.
Bluey has a lot of personality (a great personality, but it's a lot!), London Cat Clinic were sensitive to this and figured the best plan of care to ensure his day stays were comfortable. They didn't give up on Bluey and now he is healthy and happy. There has been no turning back for him since.
Anyone who has ever had a cat with a blocked bladder knows how upsetting it is to see your beloved pet in so much pain, having a team that obviously truly care about the cats they look after makes this experience a lot less trying.
Truly can't thank them enough for their compassion and care!
C. O.
The atmosphere is calm, my elderly cat Sid was not stressed at all by his visits. The staff are all very cat friendly & professional. They treated Sid & me with kindness & understanding. I was welcomed into the consulting room with Sid so long as I was wearing a mask. Sid has an unusual eye problem which was explained very clearly to me. I am extremely happy that Sid is being treated at The London Cat Clinic.
H. F.
Absolutely love the London cat clinic. Dr Serina is our vet. She is kind, thoughtful and always strides to please her clients. Best vets in the whole London.
N. V. H.
I have been amazed at the high quality of care and level of compassion of the vets and staff of The London Cat Clinic. My cat and I have gone through everything from vaccinations to a pet passport, ultrasounds and blood tests and I can say that all procedures are done with his comfort and best interest at heart. Before I came to The London Cat Clinic, my cat was afraid of vets and would even hiss and try to bite them, but with Dr. Jeremy and his team at The London Cat Clinic, he is calm – one of their favourite patients even! They can’t believe it when I tell them how aggressive he could be with other vets in the past. It is a sign that my cat trusts them, just as I do.
S. K.
They are always very kind and takes time to listen to us and give us advise also cleanest vet I’ve ever been.
My cat is with their health plan which in my opinion totally worth it.
Very happy with this clinic.

I have never seen a cleanest and most state of the art cat clinic. And I used to be a veterinary technician (quite a while ago) for very good ones back in the USA. I am very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and dedication of Dr Jeremy. My only issue is that I have to literally cross from one end of the city to another to get there and with London traffic, it’s very stressful for both cats and us their servants, wish they were closer.
K. S.
I'm really happy I found this mazing place. Vet are first class. I have been taking my kitties there and this is the only place I feel very confident about.Every one is very professional, super friendly and helpful. The reception help me with the insurance application so I didn't have to be worried about this part.
Thank you cat clinic

Really really poor value. Not recommended!!
I had my cat neutered at this clinic. I applied for the C4 Cat Scheme as a full time student. I was not told about donation and any extra payment before I bought my cat to the clinic. After I signed the document, I was asked to pay £35 for donation(which is fine if it really goes to the cat charity). But my other friends who also participated in the C4 cat scheme said they were only asked to pay £5-10 as donation and no extra charges at all at other cat clinic. Another strange thing is that I was charged extra for painkillers and a recovery collar. Maybe different clinic has different policy about the medication. But the recovery collar has already shown included in my bill, and I was asked to pay for it again. I was told this one is softer. But I should be noticed before the label was removed, not after removing the label!! (I compared it with my friend’s free collar. they are just exactly the same). AVOID IF YOU WANT TO GET THE C4 SCHEME !!!!!!!
——————————
Update: Dr Jeremy Campbell contacted me regarding my review. The collar and payments are refunded in full.
I was not informed that my cat had a bad allergy reaction before I received email from Dr. Campbell. Hope my cat would be fine.

We took our cats to get their annual health check yesterday - we loved it! We had usually taken them to a closer vet for us, but we were not that happy with their service. And when I found out about this clinic, I immediately went to check them out.
First, Tara showed gave me a tour and explained to me how the clinic works. She also explained to me that the clinic offers supplementary pet cover, where you can cover for the routine check appointments and more services, which aren't usually covered by any pet insurance. I decided to go ahead and book and appointment with them, as it looked worth a try.
We saw Dr. Jeremy yesterday, and he was very thorough with his consultation for both cats, checking every single corner of them, and listened to our concerns. He answered to our questions, provided good information and sent us an email with all the information we needed, and what we had discussed. I also appreciated that for little niggles that you are not able to reproduce during consultation (like cat having occasional respiratory issues), Dr. Jeremy suggested to take a few videos when this happened, and to send them over for him to analyze. In my previous experiences with other vets, I had mentioned this in the past, and none has shown this type of interest to understand what's really happening.
It was our first consultation with this clinic, but certainly left with a feeling that they are in good hands. Keep up the great service!

Dr. Jeremy Campbell at The London Cat Clinic is the most dedicated and competent vet I have ever met, and my two cats are so lucky to be under his care. I came to him with both a senior who has complex medical conditions and a kitten; he has been incredible with both. I have had cats for 30 years but only found TLCC in 2017, so I can say that I know vets and have never seen one who knows cat health so well, who is so up to date on new treatments and who genuinely loves felines. They truly care and this makes all the difference.
My older cat has multiple health issues with non-specific symptoms (small cell lymphoma, renal disease and high blood pressure), all of which Dr. Jeremy has been able to diagnose and properly manage with the right balance of medication and prescription food. Without Dr. Jeremy’s expertise, my cat - who is nearly 15 now - would not be with me today. It has been almost two years since his cancer diagnosis. Today, the little guy is living his best life, running, playing with his sister and eating well.
Dr. Jeremy was able to confirm the lymphoma diagnosis from an endoscopy, which is a non-invasive procedure. Over the summer, I had to see another vet when I was travelling abroad with the cats and she was amazed Dr. Jeremy was able to do that without exploratory surgery because his cancer is somewhere very difficult to access with the scope. A vet who is willing (and skilled enough) to go this extra mile for your pet is few and far between.
The clinic did an amazing job with my little Bengal kitten too. They spayed and vaccinated her and helped resolved some diarrhea issues related to giardia. I was really appreciative that they ensured she was parasite free and strong enough to be spayed. After her procedure, I received by email photo of her eating just after she woke up and we went home with proper pain management and were contacted by the clinic who checked on her during the days between her surgery and the follow-up appointment.
Both cats just love Dr Jeremy and the whole team at TLCC. They feel good at the clinic itself because there are only cats (dogs odors and noises from other types of animals stress them both) and the rooms are clean, with kitty nooks. On each visit, Dr. Jeremy and the nurses always greet the cats warmly (cats notice this) and give them little treats, so they keep a positive memory of being there.
I am not exaggerating when I say that both my cats are happy and healthy today only thanks to Dr. Jeremy and The London Cat Clinic.

Although the price is slightly more expensive, it worths. My cat had a diarrhea issue for months before. I used to go Medivet Surrey quays (the vet and assistant were very impolite and rude) but they fail to give my cat a proper treatment. But London cat clinic had put an effort to get my cat better. Also they are very professional. The vet cares about my cat and will keep update with me through email! Excellent service and care!

As a long-time cat owner and fosterer, I have dealt with dozens of vets in the UK and overseas. A cat-only clinic is a new concept for me, and it is not only a brilliant idea but superbly executed.
Dr Jeremy and his team are without a doubt the most friendly, professional, caring and generally amazing practice I have ever come across.
There is nothing better than a vet who clearly adores his work, and who goes out of his way to make your cat feel at ease.
The nursing staff are really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and the clinic is clean and really well equipped.
E. S.
Jeremy and his team are absolutely brilliant! The clinic is calming, immaculately clean and very welcoming. We started going there based on a recommendation because we were having real difficulties diagnosing an issue with one of our kittens. After just one visit, Jeremy managed to get to the bottom of the complicated symptoms. We nowuse the clinic instead of a general vet because of the specialist care and knowledge and wonderfully kind and caring team. They also provide really thorough aftercare once you've left the clinic, unlike many other vets we've experienced. We can't recommend the London Cat Clinic highly enough!
S. P.
Absolutely fantastic. The vet and staff where the best. Professional and explained all that i needed to know and what made it more special when I went to pick up my little girl they gave me a folder with everything I needed to know they even called me the next day to see how Sadie was doing. I hope that as time gos by they remain the same. Just like to add I have had visit the Cat Clinic quite a bit lately and what fantastic people they are. Anyone with a cat please go there you won't be disappointed. If the stars where more on the ratings I treble it . Lovely people .
D. I.
This is probably one of the best cat clinics in London. Very clean, modern and everyone there is so lovely.
We had our boy in for castration and only a few hours later he is playing, purring and eating. We were allowed to bring in his sister as well for support which it's so thoughtful and kind.
They definitely love cats and you can see it!
A big thank you from Brooke and Bailey ❤

Wonderful surgery . Staff very professional and welcoming. My cats were at ease immediately, they were given time to acclimatize to the environment as one cat was so nervous. End result was , if they could talk , they’d return ! Definitely was a good experience for the owners too !Thank you , we need more clinics like yourselves.
V. B.
This is a cat only clinic and is thoughtfully designed for their comfort with little hidey holes for them to slip into in the exam rooms should they feel uneasy or frightened. They also use calming spray in the air conditioning system to help calm nervous animals. The Vets take their time with these more wary or distressed kitties, like my own, so they have time to settle down. The care has always been excellent. They sell a range of food, healthy treats and care products.
B. R.
This is a brilliant vets, and having been a cat owner for nearly 20 years, the service they offer that makes others look incredibly old fashioned! The facilities are brand new and they have a lot of fantastic kit on site. For example, my kitten needed an ultra sound which they did straight away. They are really happy for you to see 'behind the scenes' - everywhere is spotless and the staff are so kind. My little cat was quite unwell and I had 100% confidence they would look after her with as much love as I would myself. The team are brilliant and obviously really like cats. On top of all of this, its not expensive!!! 5 stars easily.

My cat Bagheera has been attending this clinic for about half a year now and I think this is by far one of the best decisions we have taken for him! The place is always spotless and the staff genuinely have a passion for animals. I particularly like our vet Dr Jeremy, who always ensures our little Bagheera gets all the attention and cares that he needs.
They are always very understanding and they try to make the experience as little distressful as possible for our furry baby, which we indeed appreciate. I hope they carry on to provide the excellent service we appreciate them so much for! :)

I cannot recommend enough this wonderful, wonderful cat clinic and ALL the amazing staff who work there. After my very poorly cat was misdiagnosed by my local vet, I found The London Cat Clinic by chance and after an emotional conversation with Tara the receptionist I was perusaded to bring my cat in and I was assured that they would work out what was wrong.
We are now 6 months down the line and after numerous tests, Harley was finally diagnosed with T-cell Lymphona and Dr Jeremy Campbell has taken him under his wing and given him the very best possible treatment and care. Harley is now a different cat and I am the happiest of owners again. Whilst he will never been free of the cancer, it is at least being managed and I will have him for a few more years hopefully. I have complete trust and faith in this clinic.
The London Cat clinic is just amazing. I can highly recommend them to everyone. They will not fail you. Thank you The London Cat Clinic.
O. G.
We've taken our cat (now 9-years-old) to multiple veterinary clinics over the years (in multiple countries), and none of them have even come close to The London Cat Clinic, which we would now recommend in a heartbeat.
The calm environment inside (no dogs!), the fact that everything was built from the ground-up to suit the needs of cats - our cat was never this calm and sure of himself when going to the vet.
But best of all is the staff - they're all real cat lovers, and understand the needs of both the cat and his worried parents. We've had a couple of stressful months with our cat, but were so thankful for having found Dr. Jeremy - his expertise is impressive, we always felt like we could trust his judgement and advice, and his patience and warm attitude towards our cat goes a long way in easing the treatment.
K. A. L.
Our 4 month old kitten has just finished her initial vaccinations and is booked in for her spay and microchip. Couldn't recommend the team and the service they provide enough. Really beautiful premises, knowledge and caring staff and very reasonable prices. Dr Jeremy is superb! Excellent to have such a specialist service near to us!

My cat had lost considerable weight and was vomiting with chronic diarrhoea. Within 7 weeks of her initial, emergency consultation the clinic had outlined a treatment plan and diagnosed underlying issues. Her weight and energy levels have improved. Staff are reassuring, responsive, empathetic and the service quality has been outstanding .

Our cats, Chirita and Nemo are our family, we have travelled everywhere with them and we have been in many vets in different countries. The London Cat Clinic is by far the best clinic we/they have ever been to.
They have the best professionals, not just the vets but the nurses and the front desk! They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. They understand the different cat personalities and they take note! Nemo loves catnip and valerian, so they made sure to spray it on his "room/cage" when he had a dental to make him comfy!
They clinic has plugin Pet remedy plugged all around to make the space super calm/stress free for your kitties.
Everything in the clinic is designed around cats and their needs.
The clinic is spotless!
Chirita was terribly traumatised by a vet in the United States. So in the London Cat Clinic, when she feels stressed and scared, they give her space which helps her to calm down, they understand your cat's limits and will make sure their experience is always the best possible.
As you can see on the photos, when they are going through surgery, they always send you a picture so that you know they are in the best hands.
And one tiny detail that I have never experienced in any other clinic, is that they have cat treats!
The London Cat Clinic is between 1 to 1 hour and a half away from us by car but I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Second time going there and the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable there . I will take my second cat there also

I rarely see places with a full 5 stars, with tens of reviews. I wondered what made them soo good. Well I wonder no more! I took my two kittens here after they became poorly, and was blown away by friendly, caring staff from the receptionist to the vet. There's little things like running up from the desk to help you with the door, through to the big things, like a very caring vet (Dr Luisa) who clearly knew what she was talking about, and genuinely wanted my cats to get better.
One thing I really appreciated was letting me go into the vets room 10mins early to let the cats have a sniff around and get comfortable, before they were introduced to anyone new. It really helped them engage with the vet and allowed them to be properly inspected. Thank you soo much.

Easy to get an appointment and very helpful and friendly team. The vet was really thorough and patient and I was confident and happy to leave our cat in his care. Lovely surgery too.
They gave us advice over the phone afterwards and even called to see how our cat was a few days later. I feel they went above and beyond and couldn't ask for more.

In 15 years with my cat Nipper (living in 9 places) I've never been to a better vet. Dr Jeremy is thorough, caring, personable and extremely knowledgeable about cats. He took extra time to explain everything to me, and helped me understand all my options. I couldn't be more happy with this clinic!

So pleased that there is now a fantastic dedicated cat clinic in this part of London. The staff are all lovely, the clinic is amazing and Dr Jeremy certainly has a way with the elderly fur-ladies (Mine are both 17-years-old). If you have never used a 'cat only' vets before, i urge you to try this one, it can make such a difference to the stress levels of cats, and their parents!
There is a huge amount of knowledge, commitment and love of felines here, something all cats deserve.

This group of people is absolutely wonderful to work with. Our cat had a disease that they and other specialists couldn't figure out, so they helped us make the best of the time we had left with her. They talked us through every step and checked in with us regularly, including late at night after they had spoked with other colleagues overseas to discuss other options for us. They even came out to our house for euthanasia when it came down to that. I've never even met healthcare workers for people who were this good, and that says a lot because I'm a nurse for people myself. Some of the members of the team with whom I spent a lot of time were Dr. Sirena and Dr. Cat, Tara and Edwin at the front desk, and just about all the nurses. Nurse Alice even sent us extra ideas to help get medications into our cat more easily. We will always try to live close enough to take our cats to this clinic--they are that good!

Dr Jeremy took quite a bit of time with my cats. This was our first visit, and one had blood in his urine, apparently due to his excess weight. He was able to run tests the same day, and I was even able to leave my two cats there together so that they wouldn't be apart. The facilities are brand new and top notch, and he developed an immediate rapport with my kitties. Have switched immediately from the local Medivet (which was decent, to be fair) to him as we prefer a vet that specialises in cats. He is more expensive than others but worth it.

Lovely clinic, with super nice doctors :) Even my scared-of-everything cat managed to relax by the end of his check-up :)

I really cannot express my thanks enough to Dr Luisa, Dr Jeremy and the team at the London Cat Clinic. We're still undergoing treatment for Rocco but finally, after years of concerns, we have a diagnosis. It's not the best diagnosis but nevertheless, we can now begin to treat it. And at every step of the way we have been supported by the team.
At previous vets, a lot of the decision making was left to us. Do we want to put Rocco through a procedure? Should we go ahead with a particular treatment? Dr Luisa spotted that we were out of our depth and wrote up a clear plan for what we should do. And whilst previous vets haven't been completely confident, Dr Luisa told us that something *was* wrong, his symptoms *aren't* normal and that this *needs* to be looked into. That was all we needed.
Since then, we've have a number of appointments with Dr Jeremy who has spent lots of time with us (and Rocco), answering questions, explaining everything in detail. Every time he has shown genuine care and concern for Rocco. He's also the first vet to manage to give Rocco a pill!
Again, thank you for everything. Could not recommend the London Cat Clinic enough.

Fantastic.
I have been to several vets in the area and this is easily the best. The environment is lovely for both cats and owners.
The level of care and attention they demonstrated has been second to none. I would recommend them to any cat owner without hesitation.

Fab wonderful marvellous it’s just the best for you and your cat/cats
I was very unhappy with the service I was given by my previous vet so was actively looking for a new practice when I saw a flyer for the London cat clinic
I pre registered my BHS and unfortunately she was unwell in the summer the care given was exemplary
I have since brought a new kitten he has had all his checks and jabs here ( you can get a free nurse check for your kitten) and given great advice as I haven’t had a kitten for about 25 years.
Just had said kitten neutered and it was noticed I was very stressed and hugs were given and much appreciated and I was sent a pic when he was in recovery

Pucci is a Sphynx cat and since it's the first one in the family we wanted a vet whom we could trust. Dr. Jeremy and his team always explain everything and give us options to choose making us feel comfortable and involved in all aspects of his care. The facilities are modern, clean and smell good but our favourite part is that the space is specially built for cats, with a cubicle on the wall and some steps for them to climb. Everyone is very friendly in each consultation and all the other cat owners that we came across left the clinic with a smile on their face. We feel like Pucci is in great hands and we definitely recommend The London Cat Clinic. Thank you for being extraordinary Dr. Jeremy, Nurse Alice, Nurse Alex and lovely Tara.

I had to attend The London Cat Clinic today with my beautiful Cat "Bambi Ashford" because she needed her nails clipped. The Nurse she had was sooooooo lovely and very gentle with her. Even though my sweet little feline behaved like a Diva!!!. But the level of care given towards her from the staff was absolutely amazing. They are Veterinarian wizards!!! In my book. Thank you..

Could not recommend this place enough. The staff are very knowledgeable and their way around cats. Cwaniak is not an easy patient ( goes a little ballistic at vets), yet Dr Jeremy managed to make friends with him. The appointments are not rushed and cats can have a little walk around the examination room, which helps massively. We recently had to take Cwaniak to a vet on Sunday. Used the 24hr animal hospital recommended by the London Cat Clinic for out of hours emergencies (very helpful indeed!!). Turns out LCC were informed about our night visit and we just got an email asking how Cwaniak was doing!

If you are looking for a place that loves your cat as much as you do you are in the right place. Can't imagine better clinic we could find to go to with our 2 feline friends that adopted us 5 years ago.. not only from medical point of view they helped us in every possible way on providing best care for them. Huge thank you to all people working there ❤️
M. A.
Brought my kitten due to her refusing to eat or drink for a couple of days. Dr Cat saw and treated her with extreme care, great job addressing our concerns. thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended!

Our cats love Dr. Jeremy and his team. Best vet we could wish for. Excellent design of the rooms, always with the cats' wellbeing in mind

As a veterinary nurse, I'd never had to leave my cats with other veterinary professionals - I was always there to behave as a "tiger mom" if somebody didn't give them the best of care.
This year I have been going to several vets in London to find the one that I trusted to perform a very big dental surgery on my big ball of fluff, Lewis, who can be quite tricky at the vet's. He trusted Alice without a doubt, melted in dr. Jeremy's hands and just started chatting away to the staff - something he normally only reserves for mum & dad.
Now, one week after his surgery, he is not at all traumatised and just walks around in the consultation room for his post-op checks as if he's there for flea treatment!
Add to that, the staff picked up on something I had missed as a very hands-on nurse-mom, acted on it (extracted a few more teeth than I thought were bad teeth - all with excellent communication) and made Lewis an even happier kitty than he already was.
Thank you very much guys! A happy Lew is a happy Sies. :)

Very quick and efficient, I visited at 1am and the vets were wonderful. Gave loads of advice.

Just taken my much loved indoor cat Toulouse here for support for megacolon. Firstly I just wanna say wow on the premises. It's 5 star kitty luxury but absolutely reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean. Complementary tea and coffee for mummy and daddy. Felliway and blankets for cats. Rooms have perching posts and hiding hole. Obviously no dogs allowed. We got a guided tour and this vets sure know about cats and what they need to make the stay less traumatic. Super Modern equiptment and even perches in the kitty kennels and 3 types of litter to chose from for the cats !! In house blood / urine testing too. We were given in depth individualised treatment, honest advice and very detailed megacolon treatment plan by the very friendly, experienced , knowledgeable and obviously cat loving vet Jeremy. The other staff are very warm and friendly too. As a psychotherapist It really makes a huge difference to me knowing that my beloved cat is being looked after by people who genuinely care. 5 min taxi from either London Bridge or Bermonsey. I highly recommend this place for cat lovers.

Great experience! Friendly and very accommodating staff. Particularly pleased with how helpful they were in helping me submit my cat’s insurance claim - and in answering any other questions I had. They were able to make me feel heard about my concerns and help put my mind to ease.

This place is the best! My cat had her dental work here and it couldn’t have gone any better. The work to be carried out was well-explained beforehand and they were forthcoming about the associated risks and cost of the procedure. Thank you again, Dr Jeremy!

Very nice and friendly staff in a very relaxing environment. They make everything possible to reduce the stress related to such visits and make the little ones feel cosy and safe. It's probably a bit more pricey than other places but the service and attention are fantastic and absolutely worth it. I understand why some people would love to be treated in this place if they could! Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing.I found out about them a tad bit late when I was looking to neuter my kitten and only then came across this exclusive cat clinic and changed my vet overnight. They know their stuff and it's a relaxing atmosphere for the pet too as there is no potential of being threatened by a dog and any other non cat creature(lol)Totally professional and do what is the best for your pet.Hand down the best vets for cats in the London. They are so much tuned in and the followups are great as well. They really do care for the well being of the animal.Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Loving, expert care for cats from the feline friendly team at The London Cat Clinic. Highly recommended.

I went to the clinic as it was close to my home and i felt it would be less of an ordeal for my very nervous cat ,who hates to be in a cat carrier. The clinic is very clean, the staff are polite and the environment is so cat friendly and pleasant for their owners too.During the consultation ,Dr Campbell took his time with Tzeitel as she was so nervous,he wanted to let her settle down, she was allowed to have a little explore around the room with the lights dimmed and find her "safe space".I would gladly recommend the clinic to everyone.I found the information about encouraging my cat to lose weight useful, they stock healthier treats,as well as a number of accessories.
A. M.
One of the loveliest clinics I've ever visited. Little Gingersnaps and Onyx really enjoyed their first kitten checks 😊
