I got a kitten back in April and took him to triage vets for a check over. He wasn't well at all but vet K was amazing he gave me everything I needed and talked me through it all in detail - our kitten is now stronger than ever and so happy. The vetinary nurse was also really helpful and inviting along with everyone at the practice. Every time I have called with a query or been to the practice they have given me nothing bit honesty and a smile. I highly recommend this practice.

My cats are taken good care of and the team are always there to help. They would keep calling me to follow up on the latest condition of my babies and they don't ask me to pay for excess and unnecessary tests. They would always provide me with the most suitable suggestions. Highly recommended!!!!!

Where do I even begin? The team at Triage are unbelievably amazing! Every member of the team cares deeply about the animals - they must be doing something right because every one of their pets that passes by, tries to go in (including my puppy!) Vet K and the team take time to explain everything in detail - nothing is ever too much for them and they go above and beyond. I don’t know what I would do without their patience and kindness. Please do not hesitate to use them as your practice, even if it means you have to drive a little further than a more local practice. As a paranoid newly relocated cat mum, those horrible experiences from other vets worried me when I did my research and finally & luckily I found Triage vets who comforted and relieved my stress when my cat was sick. A fantastic vet team who is warm, trustworthy and welcoming! Triage Vets is not very close to my home but we decided to get there with Uber and it was worthy. My cat had vomiting issue for a week, Dr K was passionate and full of patience to explain to me. I was surprised that he called me back to check after few days of our visit. I felt well-caring from the call and the emails from his team! I am so glad that we met Triage and we went back for my cat's vaccination today. Triage is as professional and friendly as the first time we met. Dr K also gave me many advices after. I've been with Triage Vets for a year now and I am very happy. Dr K and all his staff are very knowledgable, caring and interested in how my Cavapoochon, Lando is doing. If I don't call with an update, Claire will follow up with me to check on how my puppy is. Hina is absolutely awesome with all her knowledge about dogs, and the Vet, Dr K is very patient, knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. All the support staff are wonderful too. The team at Triage are fabulous. They work relentlessly and collaboratively with in-depth knowledge, passion and care. This is a traditional, yet cutting edge, practice. All of the staff demonstrate an old school approach to all who visit, ensuring that there is a huge degree or warmth, politeness and attentiveness. Every email sent is followed-up within the space of a few hours, calls are made to check-up on pets even after small procedures and the best advice is always offered. As an anxious pet owner, I took my cat for a second opinion at another practice, which provided only half of the response that Vet K, of Triage, had. Vet K used both his experience and his expertise to guide the treatment (on a step-by-step basis) along a more detailed path for my pet, which was absolutely the right decision.

The staff at Triage vets have been absolutely wonderful with me and my dog!! They are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the needs of you and your pet above anything. My boy has quite a few behavioural issues due to some bad experiences and they have approached us with such compassion and kindness, despite his very difficult behaviour. K (the vet) always has a solution to our problems, even if we have to try a number of methods first. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have nothing but praise for this Veterinary Surgery. The treatment | have received for my cat has been truly excellent. As soon as I walk into the surgery I am greeted by warm and friendly veterinary nurses who know me and my cat! Similarly, when I ring the surgery I am given immediate help and attention. I took out a Care Plan for my cat and I am so glad I did. This Veterinary Practice seems to genuinely 'care' for my cat and I receive regular updates by e-mail and regular health checks and vaccinations. The vet is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely 'caring' and also very knowledgeable. I have an enormous amount of trust and faith in him as a vet. He has always given excellent advice about the health needs of my cat and I really 'value' his advice. This Veterinary Surgery is not just a business. The staff here genuinely care for and love our animals and will only do anything if it is for the benefit of our animals. Over this time, I witnessed a wide variety of case-loads and clients coming in and out of the door. I have been bringing my dog Max to this vet practice for the past year or so and up until recently it has only been for a check up and another minor issue. We've always been made to feel like old friends and consultations have never been rushed, unlike previous vets we've been to. Max was attacked by another dog a couple of weeks ago and the care we have received from K and the rest of the team during this terrible time has been absolutely outstanding. Throughout Max's recovery, K has explained everything in great detail, giving me all options throughout and not rushing me to make decisions. My dog isn't insured so we have discussed costs at length, and I have felt that all recommendations have been considered and tailored for my pet as well as my pocket. At no time have I been pressured into agreeing to anything; instead I have been guided by K's experience and we have built a great relationship during some very unfortunate circumstances. Every test we have had done has had results fully explained, including a 40 minute phone call on a Saturday. We also recently had to have our very old cat put to sleep at Triage, so K has had a lot of tears from me in his surgery in the past couple of months, and he has always treated me with such kindness and patience, not rushing me out of the door and ensuring my pets and I have had the absolute best care. Thank you so much to K and the rest of the team at Triage, hopefully Max will be back to full health in the coming weeks.

A caring and professional practice. Can't recommend them more highly, first class vet and a practice nurse who both go over and above what I expected. They are never to busy to answer questions or help. We have quite a few pets and when one of our rabbits was v v ill, he had his tummy massaged every day, was cuddled and hand-fed a bespoke diet back to a full recovery. (I also received regular daily updates so I could let the kids know how he was doing). Thank you Triage from Sam, Max, Sophie and all of the animals in our house!

I couldn't recommend Triage vets more! Hina and K are absolutely fantastic vets and have been incredible in supporting me as a first time pooch owner! They always provide the highest possible care and attention for your pet and you can really tell that they love each and every patient that walks through the door! No stone is ever left unturned and they always explain every procedure to you in terms that you can understand. I often hear that dogs hate going to the vets, but my little puppy, Gizmo, is always so happy to see Hina and K again!

As a first-time puppy owner, I couldn't feel more secure and in safe hands than with the team at Triage. I'd emailed/called a few vets in the area and it was Claire's bright and helpful response that made me choose Triage. I collected my Shihpoo, Sonny, three weeks ago and unfortunately, he'd picked up skin mites before he came to me. I still felt like an awful parent as if it was my fault somehow. At his check up, K explained with such kindness how to treat it (and assured me I didn't need to feel so guilty). In the first two weeks, Sonny also had an upset stomach and a few struggles with crate training – I live alone and in a flat so those two things were adding an additional layer of stress. I found myself calling Hina late one evening and she stayed on the phone for over 30 mins listening to my concerns with genuine care and understanding. She gently encouraged me with such positivity and offered practical, simple tips for success. Pleased to say that Sonny and I are thriving (and he's happily sleeping in his crate every night), and we're enjoying our dog training sessions, too – again, Triage pointed me in the right direction. I really think it's a no brainer to take up the Pet Care Plan, too – I love the fact that Triage's philosophy is all about preventative care. This sets up owners and dogs for long term wellbeing, which is really all any of us want. Thank you Triage – I am so happy that Sonny and I are part of the Triage community.

10 out of 10 - I cannot recommend Triage Vets highly enough. The team of Hina and Kay is great - very caring, friendly and highly professional both of them. My dog and I have been going there for nearly four years since he was a puppy, and Kay and Hina have been always supportive, taking time to listen and discuss whatever problem you've got. They truly care and that shows - my dog loves going in there most importantly! It's just like a good home doctor used to be as someone else also wrote. And I am really grateful this has not changed at all over the time even if they have become more and more successful and busier!!

We have been going to Mr K at Triage vets for about 4 years, now moved out of the area and we travel 40 mins each way to take out dog to see him! He is such a kind and understanding vet, and gets to know us and our dog before coming to any diagnosis. Ziggy is a rather nervous dog...as are many at vets!...and Mr K takes time and trouble to ease his fears. Also, they always follow up treatment and show real personal care. We really can recommend them!

After a horrible appointment at vets4pets Hendon where myself and my 9 month old kitty were made to feel uncomfortable before her spay I'm glad we walked out and found this gem of a practice. Paloma instantly made me feel at ease over the phone and I booked all 3 of my cats for a check up at Triage vets. This lady was very polite and knowledgeable but did keep saying she was only the receptionit's and would have the vet email me with more information if needed. This already was a vast improvement from what I had experienced before and she is a credit to the practice due to her kind words and professionalism. The practice itself is a very clean relaxed environment where my babies didn't meow at all. They must have known they were in the right place. The veterinary nurse Hina greeted us and I must say it makes a huge difference speaking to someone passionate and so helpful. I was never pressured into buying anything I didn't need or ignored. Once it was my turn the vet named K gave me a warm greeting and introduced himself as he shook my hand and then carried my cats through for me. My cats were instantly relaxed around him due to his clear knowledge, love and passion for animals. My little Rosie is now booked to be spay here in a few days and I'm not worried at all because I know she will be looked after and get a cuddle. Unlike some corporate money driven practice's I can tell this practice is built on love. It seems each animal is treated case by case and everything is worked around their individual lifestyle ect rather than trying to get you to spend spend spend. I can't praise (or thank) these guys enough. they're always happy to give advice over the phone and when you go in they take the time to talk to you and get to know your pet. They're like a family doctor used to be! they cured my dog's diarrhoea within 24 hours after another vet had spent over a month trying to fix it. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Last night we had a traumatic episode involving a kebab skewer and they stayed for hours even after closing with him until we had a plan in place and could go home. We would like to thank Kay and Hina for the deeply moving way they treated our beloved springer spaniel Shane in his last few weeks. He is now in the kennels in the sky with our other springers Bimbo and George ,long departed friends. We believe that Shane knew that it was his time as he approached his 16th birthday. Although he was literally on his last legs ,he knew he was being treated by what i call only call "dog whisperers " at Triage Vets. Shane who had worked as a "drugs dog" will be sorely missed by us.
