Clara the vet has just left us after treating our little Bear with an ulcer on his cornea. She was AMAZING. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. We were so well looked after and our other dog Bertie got special attention too from her. I can thoroughly recommend this service - from the ladies I spoke to on the phone who kept me up to date with Clara's arrival to the care Clara offered us. There's only one thing to say - 'A massive thank you!' x

Our 9 month old German shepherd puppy Loki had an allergic reaction and without a car we needed to get a vet that would travel to us. Our experience with Veteris was great, the member of staff who we spoke to on the phone was lovely and gave us all the information we needed with estimated cost and wait times. They sent us updates on the eta of the vet. Louis was the vet who came to see our puppy and was really professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave us some advice on what to look out for in the future. Our dog loved him. You can tell they have a passion for animals. I would recommend this service if you should ever need an emergency vet service!

Outstanding service. Calm, efficient, professional but most importantly, know what they are doing. We had Clara out for our cat, Buddy, that wasn't breathing well, she diagnosed, treated and stabilised him very quickly. She told us what to expect over the coming days till our local vet opened and everything was spot on. He's since seen our local vet and they have said that the emergency team clearly knew what they were dealing with and we were lucky he had been stabilised so efficiently. We will forever be so very very grateful to Clara and her expert knowledge and handling of a life threatening situation. (And keeping us relatively calm while she did it.) A true super hero.

Great experience with Claire over the phone. She was reassuring and gave her expert opinion over whether I should get the vet over or not. As opposed to other vets where they pushed for the vets to come as if it was some kind of money grabbing opportunity. Ended up getting the vet over to diagnose my dog. I believe the gentleman was called Murray. He was quick to diagnose my dog and provided treatment right away. Did not waste any time, told me the cause, the effect and the treatments. 2 hours later my dog was feeling much better! Very reliable, I hope to never have to call a vet anytime soon touch wood! But in the event of an emergency, Veteris will be my choice! Note: Can be expensive but you get what you pay for and that’s the service, the expert advice and fast/reliable diagnosis. Many thanks to the team!

We had an unfortunate situation develop with our beloved 14 year old beagle. She had a seizure of some sort, and calling our own vet, the only immediate thing we could do was transport her to a busy practice for triage, or take her to their hospital in London. We didn't want to disturb her, and feeling it was the end of her life we contacted Veteris, and vet Louis came to attend to her at home. It was calm, peaceful, we were all there - including our cat at one point - and we felt the resolution, sad as it was, left us feeling calm and the right decision made. I can't praise Veteris enough for the manner in which they came and dealt with our family, and our beloved family pet.

My dog Oti suddenly collapsed and was very unwell by the time Clara and her lovely assistant came over. All the way through from my first contact with Veteris I felt supported and well looked after. More importantly, Oti received very thorough and immediate care once Clara had got to us, talking us through what she was doing and why. No one wants emergency situations to happen, but sometimes they just do and I’d certainly feel completely confident to contact the team and Clara again. Thank you!

Our dog was continuously vomiting and we were very worried. We called Veteris and Louis visited us Friday night , provided the best possible care for our labrador.
