The receptionists and vet were so warm, friendly and welcoming throughout. They made sure everything was as comfortable for my pet and I as possible. Really lovely people and a great asset to the company. Highly recommend them (I have done)

We are so happy we have found Dr. Zuzana as she was the first doctor who actually focused on treating our dog instead of trying to make money. She was very friendly and knowledgable. We felt that our dog was being looked after with care. The receptionist and nurse were also very friendly. We are extremely happy with the service and will be coming back. Wonderful vets! Staff are super friendly and helpful and make a real effort. My dog Bailey has been a few times for minor things but went resentful for teeth removal and the whole process was great- for me not so much for him. They clearly went through the surgery, pre and post. Wine through costs and explained all I need to know about what they had planned. It was very reasonable too- there was a slight price change - due to more teeth coming out- but price wise was good and for all he had done I’m very impressed. The after care and precautions they took made me and Bailey feel safe and looked after- the post op check appointment was included in the price for example. I love this vets and glad that I have a place where Bailey feels comfortable and happy! It’s also handy being at Pets At Home so you can pick up any bits you need! Thank you to all the team!

Health check ups for both dogs was very good. Suggestions for the future were made - teeth cleaning which will be done. Very friendly and helpful practise.

My vet Doina is amazing.. my cat was diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago and we have felt fully supported by Doina and the team at vets4pets. She clearly loves animals and gives so mich care and attention to my cay when he goes in. Hoping he manages a full recovery now. Thanks Doina

The vet whose name I'm afraid I can't remember was SO good with Oliver, my cat, who was very nervous about his outing. She was patient and calm and showed him affection. She also cleaned him and his carry case up as he'd done a wee on the way in. She really couldn't have been nicer. Very pleased
