They did an excellent job on Cali's neutering. I knew she was in safe hands. They were very efficient from start to end. The Village vets is a very clean environment. They gave clear post op instructions. Scar is clean and healing very well within the time specified. Cali is now feeling no pain and is nearing complete recovery in a few days. Thank you. We have been coming to Village Vet for the past few years for my two cats and dog. They have offered nothing but the best service for my pets when I need their assistance. Recently my dog was ill, my girlfriend and I became concerned calling Village Vet to see if there was anyway he could be squeezed in on the weekend. We were lucky enough to be booked in on the same day to put our minds at ease. They just went above and beyond and for that we are truly grateful!

I have been to this vets a few times, the staff are all very nice people. However my kittens first health check, they missed he had ear mites and fleas, which was not ideal. Mistakes happen, so we came back for our second appointment and they had forgotten to actually book the appointment, so we turned up and nobody was expecting us, a nurse came from her lunch break and made it very clear to me she wasn’t too happy. Maybe I should have learnt from this, but my baby was booked in to be neutered with them, and I pay for their pet plan which you are tied into for a year. All went well, until we got home, there was something clearly wrong with my little boy so we went back for the post op follow up and they told me he was fine just stressed from the procedure - fast forward a couple of days and it’s the weekend he went downhill and on Sunday evening started bleeding, the emergency vets were very unhelpful and then I was told nobody could see him till the Tuesday - so I did what I could and cleaned him myself and hoped he would be okay. We turn up to the vets on Tuesday morning and again took ages for the nurse to see up atleast 20 mins after the appt was meant to be. 30 seconds or so after taking him in they come out and tell me the incision is healed and he’s better - I was shocked and said really when I left the house this morning it wasn’t, they took him back in and after a while came out and said they were sorry they missed the abscess on him - which is huge I would attach photos but they are not very nice to look at, I don’t understand how this could be missed and also I had phoned them to tell them and ask for advice, so surely there would be notes. I am very concerned how much negligence there has been with my little kitten and am hesitant to return but am stuck on the pet plan so will have to. As I said the staff are lovely people but it is very concerning how many errors have been made when I trusted them with my baby.

I really like this vet. They are really accommodating and have fitted me into a full schedule recently to help my cat who needed pain relief urgently. They are very friendly and very gentle with cats, who require a different kind of approach to dogs. In my opinion the value for money they offer is excellent as the fees are fairly standard for a vet but the quality of care is absolutely excellent. So grateful to have a good quality vet so locally.

Quick and efficient to register. Nicely organised in how to safely handle pets, vets n owners. Smooth visit incl good chat with vet and we won't be changing. Vet handled the cat calmly and we had no issues at all.

We've been taking our cat to this practice for her annual checkup and vaccinations for the past 5 years. Staff members are all very friendly and helpful. They also offer a cat boarding service, which we used a couple of times without any issues.

My cat has seen 4 different vets on 4 visits in past month. All have been great. Treatment appropriate. One visit was classed 'Follow up' and no charge. Vets and basic tests phenomenally expensive though......humans are lucky with dear old NHS!

Have just driven my cat all the way from Buckinghamshire to Brackenbury for his annual health check. The team at Brackenbury are so wonderful. Everything they do is to a high standard, all whist being super caring and compassionate. They always take time to do things thoroughly, and although I have moved out of London, the trip back to Brackenbury is worth it, because I know my little fur baby will be in the best hands! Chris and Hayley excellent with nervous big rescue dogs. This is our third rescue dog cared for by this clinic over the past 23 years that we've lived in the area. They've continued with the ethos initially established by Peter whose practice they've taken over years ago. Staff very caring and actually like all the animals (they've also taken care of our hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbit when the children were young). Great to have a local vet who cares and takes time with your dog.

Great staff, very proficient and helpful people work there. Vaccines our Yorkie a couple of times, and also once asked for advice when doggy had some rush, they prescribed meds that helped very quickly. Recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for such service in Brackenbury willage.

The staff have changed (naturally) over the 25 years + I've been taking my cats to Petcare, but we've always received excellent care and attention. The current team are fantastic - always friendly and efficient, with that extra personal touch. When we lost our cat prematurely before Christmas, the care and sympathy we received was deeply appreciated - and now they are looking after our new kitten - (who won't be paying them too many visits, I hope!!)

Though we've seen lots of different vets and staff, the care for the cats (and us when the inevitable putting down happens) has always been exceptional, sensitive - and helpful. Never had any problem getting an appointment, clean modern premises - and great news that they've now opened a boarding area. Very happy to recommend.

I moved my senior dog from United States to London about a year ago, and it was so important for me to find a practice that would care about my Sophie as much as our previous vet had. She has a few ailments, as well as chronic UTI's. I first saw the vet Laura, and she blew me away in her consult! She took the time to familiarize herself with my dog's complete medical history and gave amazing recommendations. The nurses and staff are so caring and knowledgeable; It's always such a pleasure to see them. Sophie has now seen both vets, Chris and Laura, and they are consistent, calm, and fabulous - they've gotten Sophie on an incredible scientific diet and what do you know, no bladder issues since! Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I was very nervous as Pushkin cat was very jumpy and had tried to escape the cat carrier. Having warned the vet that the cat was nervous and scratchy he was handled so well by the vet that he just behaved so well and I left him to be treated with confidence that he would be ok. Having got him home he was a calm boy, the whole experience and kindness of the nurses was really great.

Our dog Waffle has received exemplary care. The whole team are very helpful, caring and ,given the amount of footfall , always remember who you are. Waffle is in very good and capable hands for which I am very grateful as she has quite a few medical conditions. The follow up to tests is always dealt with sensitively and quickly by a phone call.

Layla was asked to advise on my cat, Fezziwig because she had matting of her fur on her sides and back which had happened very suddenly. She is a three year old longhair and this had never happened before so I didn't know what to do. Also, Fezziwig is a very, very anxious cat who will not let anyone brush her. Layla advised shaving off the mats and she did it so very gently and kindly that Fezziwig didn't even need to be sedated. She was absolutely lovely and so gentle. I am so grateful because I was very anxious about the appointment too and it went so much better than I could have hoped. I thoroughly recommend Petcare. Our three cats have been with them since they were born and were all spayed and vaccinated there too. They are lovely and caring. Thank you especially to Layla.

These guys have been great, easy to deal with, book appointments and most important brilliant and helpful animal care. Lucie our 9 yr lab/collie cross is not the easiest of dogs to treat coming from BD&C Home 3 years ago, the team are gentle and experienced. Expensive? I would say that they are the average going rate for inner London.

Can sometimes seem a bit distant and corporate particularly after their recent surgery renovations but otherwise no issues...Useful that there is a second surgery in Chiswick that they work with transparently if that is more convenient (or open while this one is closed).

Our cat Mitts is hyperthyroid and since seeing Andrew at the clinic, she has been very stable and I feel reassured that she is in good hands. No quibbles about recommending this practice. Elvis (the dog) and Boris & Edi (the cats) have been really well looked after here. Elvis is old and arthritic and despite being a grumpy old man all the vets and veterinary nurses are fantastic with him. I couldn't recommend Brackenbury vets more highly.
