We recently got a little puppy, and the vet's have been nothing but brilliant. Incredibly kind, patient, supportive, and clearly are all very passionate about what they do. Always there to answer a quick question from a novice dog owner and the puppy has been super relaxed and excited at each visit. This team create an atmosphere of inclusion and provide an air of comfort and security. Couldn't recommend them enough.

My dog Monty was registered with Brook Green practice for many years and received excellent care and attention right up to the end of his life. I now have a new puppy Darcey who is also receiving excellent care. The vets have always been professional and caring and the nurses and reception staff are outstanding - it's clear to see they genuinely love animals.

We love the team at Village Vet Brook Green! They have looked after our dog since she was a little puppy and have seen her through vaccinations, speying, getting her travel passport, and at least a couple of bouts of us being overly worried first time owners. They always respond promptly, take the time to listen and advise, and leave you feeling reassured and more at ease. Plus, I can think of no higher compliment than Jet's unfailing excitement at going to see them - case in point the attached photo - nose pressed against the door waiting for her turn!

Had to get my kitten spayed, spoke to Chris on the phone who assisted me with my decision and advised what would be best for her. Chris was very thorough and answered ally questions. On arrival to the appointment all staff were attentive and friendly.

I can't recommend this lovely vet enough. I recently registered with them after moving, and my kitten needed neutering. From the moment I arrived I felt at ease, and knew he would be in their very friendly, capable hands. They are all such lovely people, and really care for the animals that come through their doors. The whole experience felt so easy, and they were all so supportive and really took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Could not recommend this vets more highly! They have helped us since day one with our puppy and have always been incredibly helpful, kind, efficient and professional in all the care they have provided and any reassurance or questions we have had. When emergency treatment was needed they were extremely competent and efficient and had the network to recommend the right clinic for her further treatment which was really invaluable, and such a relief to us to have her in care we could be confident in. The whole team are fantastic, and are so warm and friendly our dog now bounds there whenever the chance!

I was so stressed about my cat Domino having been in a fight but the lovely man on reception made me feel so looked after whilst the nurse Kerry reassured me that he was in good hands. Absolute stars. Went in after I panicked about my cat Parsley having a seizure, and every single one of them took not only the time to make sure he was okay, but also to constantly keep me in the loop and informed about what was going on, reassuring me he was okay. It's calm and quiet every time we're there and our kitten has received the best care since she was little. She was spayed last week and it went really well, she took no time at all to recover, it was like she never had surgery. Excellent service from initially making the appointment to our kitten seeing the vet. The vet was very caring and knowledgeable and very happy to answer all our questions. Whilst service and advice was great, we did have to wait a while for the appointment (which is too be expected). We will be coming back for our pet care needs!

Hector ( Jackapoo) loves it so much I can't get him away from the door whenever we are passing. I find their communication about my dog very clear . Helpful reminder texts too as I am part of their discount club. So I never miss the flea treatments or boosters he needs. They gave me the number of our fabulous dog walker Judy too who is invaluable to us. So all in all from the moment I brought my puppy home they have made me feel safe and informed. We particularly love Kerri Anne and try hard not to pester her with too many social visits.

I cannot recommend Cecilia and her lovely colleagues at Petcare Brook Green more strongly. They love my dog and he loves them. They provide expert care, are wise, caring and reassuring and are always at the end of the phone for advice which is greatly appreciated. They also ring to check up after illness which is so kind. Kerriann volunteered to do things far beyond the call of duty on some faecal tests but probably not necessary to go into detail!! It is always a pleasure for me and my dog to go to the vet!!

I just want to say thank you so much to the amazing team at village brook vet despite there busy day they requested I Brang my bunny in asap when I raised some concerns, my postcode wasn't an issue with them which is one issue I had with 2 other vets upon calling despite my distressed call.. however village vet were more concerned about my bunny and they saw him instantly! I left my bunny with there for approximately 4 hours and already he was bouncing around and back to his happy self again! They are genuine animals lovers and not there just to take your money from you, They even held back carrying out unnecessary treatment which really supported me in my financial situation, regardless I would of spent anything I could to get my bunny happy again! You guys were amazing and honestly I can't thank you enough I will highly recommended your vets to other animals owners and lovers just because you are the best! Thank you Holly, Kerryanne and to the other staff working there I apologize I can't remeber your names.

My dog was unable to breathe and collapsed while we were on holiday. We were lucky that we were near this vets as their care of him was second to none. I really thought that I would not be taking him home but after an afternoon on oxygen, he was back to normal. Brought my cat in as she suffers from what I've been told is an allergy by another vet, Who btw charged me a fortune time and time again to do random tests and no real results. When I brought her to brook green they diagnosed it and treated it immediately. The staff are friendly and are so caring, Kerriann was particularly friendly. If you want a vet that treats your pet as if it were theyre own then I recommend bringing them here.

We lived down the road with our Frenchie and we always got a appointment on short notice. The staff working there know how to treat the animals. We do recommend this clinic since you do get an appointment always and the staff is nice. In case you need to wait you will find the bird and hand opposite of the clinic.

Ginnie has a yearly check-up and feline flu vaccination, plus prescription for anti-flea and worms treatment. She was brought once after being attacked by the neighbour's cat, when she was treated promptly and the cuts were disinfected and nothing more was needed. Overall good, competent care. Thank you.

Max, our standard dachs, doesn't do stairs. However, the only exception to his rule is scampering up the stairs at Brook Green Vets - and that says it all. We've been going to BGV for nearly 10 years and i'm thrilled with them. He's also slimmer of the month thanks to Kerriann's advice to change his food. It's a metabolic food and he's gone from 14kilos to 12.4kilos. Kerriann and Holly are particularly fabulous.
