Great, friendly and knowledgeable vet, everything works smoothly from booking appointment to actual help given. Everyone is extremely friendly and vet is trustworthy. I got my questions answered very clearly and can understand the why in treatment plan thanks to it, which I also appreciate a lot.

I have been using the Village Vet in Maida Vale for over 10 years for my cats and dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The staff are kind and clearly very knowledgeable. I still use them even though the MV branch is no longer my local surgery. I completely trust them. I particularly recommend Dr Giacomo Uva who has done the pets' check ups, tended on them when they have been unwell and also undertaken a surgical procedure under GA.

I've been taking my dog to village vet (2 different branches West Hampstead and maida vale) for about 4 years now. I have to say all of the staff are really professional and friendly. My dog doesn't like seeing the vet (actual exam) but they are always friendly about helping him feel comfortable. My dog is getting old now, so he's having to go in more and more. Gizelle has been seeing him regularly and she is amazing. She works with me to find a treatment plan and asks me questions about my dog. She listens and really cares about and loves dogs, which shows in the way she spends time with her 'patients'. Even though I moved out of maida vale I continue to take my dog here because I know the service is worth it and he will get a great vet looking after him. Thank you Gizelle!

Couldn't be happier with the support we receive for our dog from the guys at Village vet. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. The prices are great for the service you receive. The nurses as well as the vets are great at re-assuring you about any situation that your furry friend will find themselves in. The vets are prompt at returning calls and pay great attention to detail. They really do understand how important your pet is. They also do not flog unnecessary medications to you. They believe in doing what is necessary where it is necessary and letting nature take it's course. Great news for those that may have been burned by very high vet bills elsewhere. Can't say anything more to recommend Village vet.

I went to this clinic with my cat Jerry for the regular vaccinations. The place is very neat and staff extremely friendly. Jerry is afraid of doctors and likes to run away. Doctor was very patient and friendly with him. We recently mocked to UK and I had random questions about how to take care of pets in UK and nice woman on the reception was very kind to answer them. In addition, it was very easy to book appointment on the site.

My Bella has been going there for nearly 10 years . She loves it and cant wait to greet everyone there and see Giacomo. She just wants to burst into his room and greet him everytime. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Great vet, trust him 100% with my dog and know she's getting the best care with them. A little on the expensive side though so they don't cater for everyone's needs.

Not many people can say that their dog gets excited to go to the vet but my little Monty is happy as Larry to see the staff at Village Vet Maida Vale. With the amazing work they’ve done with him, and the fact that they saved his life when he contracted parvo, I can without a doubt say that Village Vets should be on the TOP of everyone’s list when looking for future or new vets for the fur babies. Despite initial concerns due to COVID -19, the Village Vet Maida Vale team were able to offer our new puppy her second vaccinations. We had a very good experience, Dr Bruce provided excellent care of our cat and was very friendly, explained everything well and was really able to put our cat at ease, which is impressive as she's very shy. The practice was also accommodating with scheduling the surgery and overal very courteous and efficient. We came here after having bad experiences with another practice that kept trying to sell us all sort of things and were very pushy. Very happy we made the switch, definitely recommend.

I took my cat here for the first time recently and I thought they were great. The Vet handled her very well and was quick and she was in no way distressed. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was given incorrect information regarding prices on the phone. I knew exactly what services we needed (passport, microchip, rabies, tick/tapeworm, and health certificate) and was advised of the prices over the phone but those changed once it came time to pay and of course they increased rather than decreased.

Wonderful and caring staff. Said goodbye to my cat I’ve had for 23 years on Friday 25th Jan 2019. Giacomo has been looking after her for the last 18 months and was an absolute blessing. Very friendly staff. Due to Covid though it is quite annoying have a vet discussion in front of the practice, on a busy street, next to a bus station... If you ask me, a partition inside their waiting room would’ve improved the experience a lot!
