Our first visit on Saturday with Jess my 10 year old dog. She dislikes the vets (as many do) but Betty the vet was great and while she was calm in the waiting room listened to her chest and said hello to her. The reception staff were also friendly and said hello which makes such a difference to a worried dog but also their owner! Glad I have found this practice and would recommend.

excellent customer service ! I want to thank the staff working their through the covid-19 crisis it's not just the NHS looking after our loved ones. I phoned them up Yesterday as my 8 week old puppy was having tummy problems he wouldn't move, wouldn't eat or drink. I got a call back about 45 minutes later from the vet who was very friendly and professional, She asked me to send some pictures to help with a diagnosis which I did and got a reply back very quickly. She arranged an emergency appointment for a couple of hours later. When I arrived the reception staff were delightful and the vet took great care of our little one who was back on his feet playing, eating and drinking very soon after. They also called back today to check on him. I feel it was great value for money and will always be going back. Thanks Lizzie, Lucy and there was another lady I didn't catch her name !

I cannot recommend this vet enough! After really gently handling my not so gentle rescue toy poodle for check ups and vaccinations, today they surpassed themselves. After injuring him in a grooming accident (much harder than it looks guys) they arranged an emergency appointment despite being fully booked, fixed him up for the night, got him an appointment for the next morning around my work schedule and reassured me. They are the kindest, most understanding people are still managing to smile and help animals despite the pandemic. 10/10!

We have been registered at Voo vets for just over a year. Even during the pandemic we were able to get advice and be seen when needed. We have a plethora of animal and with each one we take in we and them are always treated with respect and compassion. Advice is always given when asked and we look forward to being patients at this practice for a long time.

Fantastic service! Today we took are new siberian husky pup for her first visit and vaccination. The staff were very friendly and full of advice. The establishment is very clean and modern and covid aware.

This is the 3rd vets I’ve been too. The staff are brilliant I actually felt for the first time they were more interested in my dog than the vet fee. And my dog is not the best patient. They coped with him very well.

Unlike some other vets in the area, Laura and her team are unparalleled in there skill and genuine love toward animals. They’ve genuinely fixed our Beagle’s knee problems and she’s s gone from hobbling about to sprinting about like a puppy again. Would recommend them 100%. Trust worthy and always helpful.

K wood - you clearly have another motive, and obviously have not used this practice or if you had, the upgraded building would not be such a superficial review. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else, they have always had my and his best interests at heart, have always given great service and practice to my dog in care and operations. It is very much a local practice and this is the great local attitude of care for your pet. My dog jumps on the door with excitement every time he arrives and loves saying hi to each and every staff member and other animal friends!

Just wanted to publicly express my immense gratitude yet again to Fil, for saving and extending my young pussycats life. For such a speedy diagnosis of cancer when I thought it was just an skin allergy. Thank you for the guidance to move forward and for making that decision to take the relevant tests. Relieved not be feeling any regrets. Thank you also for your patients and kindness in treating my other cat who is terrified of people!. I cannot recommend this veterinary surgery enough. My dog Lucky suffers from Skin Allergies (amongst other things), which is time consuming to first diagnose and then treat. From the onset, the vet (Fil) has been professional and caring. We are always taken though all of the options available to us and then supported in each decision. Our insurance doesn’t cover this, so it has been expensive to deal with, Fil is always very understanding and supportive of all of our decisions. On more than one occasion we have been there after hours discussing the treatment of Lucky and not once have we been made to feel rushed. On a number of occasions we have had cause to call on an emergency and have been able to see him in no time at all. I am always assured of Fil’s medical knowledge and am encouraged by his willingness to consult experts regarding Lucky’s condition. I have recommended him and his colleagues to friends and will continue to do so. This really is an impeccable service!

My Jack Russell Terrier has been with Hydrovet since 2011 - and the service we have received has been nothing short of wonderful. Thankfully Tiggy is mainly a healthy dog with very few ailments, but when we need help, not only are the treatments very thorough - I also appreciate that all the different options are always clearly explained to me, with recommendations for the preferred approach. Hydrovet are caring, considerate and very thoughtful - calling on the phone as a follow up when Tiggy was particularly poorly. I'd recommend them to anyone. Excellent service, very fairly priced.

First thing that hits you us the smell - clean & smelling inviting! Gorgeous & friendly staff who really get to know you & your animals. Lovely place to be in - even with anxious animals. Vets care has been exemplary.

A great veterinary practice and much, much more. Location; in the junction of two busy roads which makes it realy easy to get here either you drive or use public transport. Easy to find, just look for the blue door! Despite the heavy traffic outside, it is really calm and quiet inside. The building is fully accesible, lift is provided, which was very handy for me when our beloved Labrador, Lord could not walk. Inside you can find a shop stocked with carefully selected, quality pet food, toys, accessories and more, the reception and waiting area for the practice and the hydrotherapy room. To book an appointment is easy either via phone or e-mail, and we never had a long wait before they could see our doggy. This is not a huge clinic, usualy with one doctor on duty at a time, supported by nurse(s) of course. Therefore the practice is relaxed and calm, and they really have time for everybody and really take care of details. Everybody is very flexible when it comes to special needs. They also very helpful and sometimes go well beyond their duty to make things easier and more comfortable to pets and their owners. To understand all this, I have to write a few words about what happened to us. Lord is approximately 9 years old Labrador (he is a rescue dog, so we don't know the exact date of birth) He has had some arthritis since he was in our family and with the right medication he was doing fairly well. In December 2014 we went for a check up and the doctor discovered a mass in his neck which turned out to be a cancerous tumor. Further tests, CT scan then surgery. That wasn't the end of the story, Lord's recovery was slow and painful, and it had never happened without the help and professionalism of the whole Hydrovet team. I can't praise enough Doctor Dias, who made dozens of sepcial arrangements for us with transport, appointments and everything. He was always there to give advise, and never was too busy to explain everything in detail and always helped to make the right decision about the next step even if were well beyond business hours. That means a lot to us, as neither my partner nor me has any sort of medical training. Also, I have to give credit to Emilya, who not only a great and highly professional nurse, but always has something to make our visit more comfortable for Lord, let it be another bowl of water, one more fluffy towel to lay on or just some cuddle to feel better. She also happy to help with our paperwork if necessary, altough this job is usualy done by Clair. What can I say about Clair? She is the Customer Service Manager / Superhero. When Lord's illness was discovered, we had some difficulties with the insurance company he was insured with as our doggy has been rescued from Hungary. We were struggling for weeks to put the paperwork together when Clair offered her help. Within 5 days our claim was approved, although she had to get Lord's medical history from Hungary. When she is not doing magic, she just simply keeps everybodie's record up to date and probably knows better when our the next check up, blood test, etc. due then us. All in all, for anybody who is looking for a great veterinary practice which is able to offer the very best treatment on site or in their main clinic in Surbiton with friendly, highly professional and careing staff and with on site hydrotherapy facilities, which is a big plus for a senior dog who has arthritis, I highly recomend to visit Hydrovet.

I'm moving permanently to Brasil and I stragled to find a vet that new exactly what I needed to do to take my to cockapoos with me. After a lot of search I found VOO VETS and the lovely and amazing vet BETTIE as gone above and beyond to make sure everything would be PERFECT so I wouldn't have any problems. She done lots of research and always kept me informed of all that needed to be done. I could tell straight away by the way she spoke to me that I FOUND THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB. If you ever need to go abroad and need to take your pets with you VOO PETS are the BEST 👌. And if you lucky enough you will get BETTIE to sort everything. I rate the Complete Service 5⭐️ One more time thanks guys for your lovely service.
