Brilliant vet practice! They really care about the animals they treat. The nurses are super friendly and have really looked after my dogs and give them super care. The vets I've seen - Pat and Cameron are fantastic, give such good advice and only treat what is needed and not for profits sake. Would highly recommend this vets to everyone. I have referred loads of friends as they are truly amazing!

I found it easy to make a next day appointment and the receptionist was cheerful, helpful and friendly. I wasnt kept waiting as the vet saw me at my appointment time. The consulting room had air con and the vet gave advice & information on issues that may affect the health of my dog. Very useful. Easily accessible with large waiting area and car park at the front. There was no charge for paying by debit card. **UPDATED REVIEW MAY 2022** :- Covid precautions are still in place which I fully understand and appreciate tbh. All the vets & nurses wear masks. The car park is now the waiting area so gets busy as the vets came out to the car park to consult with me, looked at my dog, then took him inside for examination. I had to wait outside. No one is allowed into the surgery, reception, payment, appointments are done via the open windows. Still a good vet practice as per previous review several years ago. They are providing a great service, doing a good job in very difficult circumstances and still maintaining the customer service qualities that sets them apart from others. 🤗

The staff are lovely. But I've had a few issues with my visits over the years with vets. Having a vets on the doorstep was always good for emergencies but it's pricey compared to other vets in the Maidstone area . No matter what I took my cats in for they was always given a antibiotics injection and anti sickness jab every time. Which I felt was strange and unnecessary at times and very costly being just under the amount for my insurance to pay. They also allowed someone to change the cats owner name on their details without calling me to ask if this is correct. their chip is in my name and registered details were my name the adoption paperwork is my name .insurance details were my name. It was then hard to prove these were still my cats.

I've been using coxheath Vat for years for all family pets, even now that I have moved away from the village. Most recently, under very sad circumstances, having to have our dog put to sleep Pat was very kind and understanding and made arrangements to make it as easy for us as possible.

It was a busy day and they were running behind but the practice has worked hard to create a safe environment for pet owners to wait. The vet greeted us in the car park, took a quick history and then took our cat for examination. He came back, we sorted out meds which I paid for through the window, and we left.

These guys really know how to treat your pets! I know vet appointments can be stressful for you and your animals but these guys are so good! So reassuring and gentle with the animals. My cat has had a major operation removing a leg that had a vicious cancer growth on it. Her care was second to none here. And the vet was kind enough to call me as soon as the cat had woken up to let me know that she had pulled through. Such a relief.
