K. M.Great experience. I bought my Anatolian here for a check up last Saturday and the staff were fantastic, very calm and friendly. We didn't feel rushed and the Vet by far was the most understanding and cooperative I have come across in recent months.

Unfortunately we were repeatedly given wrong information regarding the services provided, and made us go all the way to Sheppey to get a Rabies vaccination for our cat, when that was unnecessary.
M. B.Our beautiful darling Border Terrier "Daphne" sadly passed away at home following a visit from MediVet. We as a family really did not want to put Daphne in the car for Journey, so we decided on a Home Visit. It's very hard to put into words how much we thank Daniela and Megan, who made the whole situation so respectful and peaceful. This veterinary practice and it's staff really do care about the animals they look after and also are very understanding with owners who are very upset when something sad like this happens. The small details such as the love heart on her prescription bag, sending a condolence card as well as a the Forget-me-not seeds. Thank you very much Megan and Daniela with much love.
