E. W.Fantastic - we have taken our dogs there for vaccinations since moving to Kent. We were very impressed by the care and interest shown in our four dogs of whom we are very proud. A short while ago our jack russell was operated on to removed a large lump. Despite the difficult surgery and high risk to a 13 year old dog, the staff made sure it all went smoothly and our dog was very well looked after. We have seen several of the vets and all have been very caring and have not 'rushed' us out of the room as so many often do. Would recommend Alphapet to anyone and can't thank them enough for how they have cared for my little dog and reassured us as owners.

My pets have always had EXCEPTIONAL CARE from the vets and nurses alike. They ALWAYS have the animals best interest at heart.
The Vets and nurses are knowledgeable, up to date, caring and compassionate. The building might not be the most beautiful, but this is purely cosmetic as the staff certainly make up for it !!
I have to travel for over 1/2 an hour to get to the surgery and pass several vets 'en route' I think that this sums up how I feel about the surgery.
I would like to thank all the staff for their dedication and hard work and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

A. K.Our cat was suddenly very ill. The vet saw him as an emergency during a really busy clinic. Diagnosed him properly, and started his treatment. They had him in on a drip for several days, and we had him home overnight. He is better now and back to sleeping on my bed! Thank you all for looking after him!
