Fantastic veterinary surgery. We went there for a second opinion for our beloved Jackapoo Ziggy for a heart murmur condition. Staff were so helpful and friendly, the vet was very informative and completely put our minds at rest. Would thoroughly recommend. Also was so much cheaper than our previous vets. So glad we went there.

Excellent! Lovely girls at the reception, very knowledgeable vet lady, clean premises and happy customers. My poppy, bichon, had cardiac scan today for heart murmur issue and the cost including vet consultation was only £208. I was given estimate of £740 at my vet surgery. No sedation required during scan as my poppy must be happy with the girl who was holding her during the scan. Vet lady explained the results to me in detail, shown me scan results, advice me on current medicine and about future medicines and complications. All the girls at reception were smiling, happy to help and answering calls without any delay. Couldn't find single issue to mention. Plenty of parking outside is another plus point. Very happy! Would use again for sure, 100%recommended!

Mote Park vets is life saving. I brang my dog down recently and he was very sick. They gave him the treatment and care that he needed and now he is all back to his happy self! I really recommend this place, they are super friendly and knowledgeable they know what they are doing. I was served by this lovely girl and I'll never thank her enough for making sure my doggy was okay. Best vets out there.

Corinna McCarthy is a fabulous vet but the rest of the staff are very hit and miss. The reception staff generally couldn't care less or don't have a clue and some of the nurses sound dense, to say the least. It's a case of do you take the bad with the good? Smile and wave.

Been with this service for a lot of years and a lot of pets now . I’ve even used the euthanasia at home service for my beloved pet . I cannot say that I have ever come across a more caring establishment ever and I will be staying with these people as the care they give is second to none .

Always had such good experiences with this vets practice. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and always want to help - they always manage to fit an appointment in (even for my naughty dog who they manage amazingly). Wouldn't go anywhere else as there is the perfect balance of knowledge, individual care, competitive prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a vet!

I cannot thank them enough for the compassion they showed after I lost my beloved dog a few weeks ago. Even down to a lovely card with kind words written in it for when my husband went to collect her ashes. Thank you for taking the stress out of what is a very sad and horrible time it will always be remembered.

I started taking my dog to this vet on a friends recommendation. Staff all seem knowledgable from the desk through to the consult room. All the vets seem so hardworking and really care about the animals. So much cheaper than my last vets and good quality care.

Would 100% recommend to anyone when me and my partner recently has an emergency with our pup we showed us to surgery and was seen pretty instant by a nurse who then took him in to have a check, we didn’t wait long at all the veterinarian come back and with our pup said seems okey but want to book him in to have a more thorough look they manage to fit us very quickly so we was very happy with how quick he was seen and examined as well. Thinking we was going to have to pay so much money as it did end up going out of hours but no brilliant staff very professional kind and a natural care for animals I can not thank you guys enough for helping me and my partner pup he is on the mend and nearly back to full play mode

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Totally deserving of a 5 star rating. I have used this surgery for many years, choosing to travel over 60 miles 120 round trip (a distance well worth travelling) Professional, knowledgeable, friendly vets, nurses and staff. Have never had any difficulty getting appointments. I have always found them very accommodating. Always going above and beyond. Very reasonably and honestly priced too. A good vet is worth their weight in gold and I would consider Mote park to be the best!

This veterinary practice is amazing, the staff are so friendly with both humans and our animals. You can clearly see they really care. I cannot recommend this practice enough, my 3 dogs, 2 cats & 2 chickens wouldn't be taken anywhere else.

During a pandemic the staff at the practice have still gone above and beyond to care for my pets. I still managed to get an appointment either the same day or the next. I was still able to speak with a vet via the phone or face to face outside the practice. Due to COVID restrictions I was not allowed in with my pet but I didn’t mind knowing they were getting a physically getting checked. My cat had a UTI and with the medication I received my cat was back to normal in a few days. Cannot thank this vets enough for always being at the end of the phone. I hope they stay safe in 2021 to keep up the good work!

Great friendly staff, putting both myself and my dogs at ease. So much so, that when my dogs have to visit, they are more than happy to walk off into the back with the nurses, almost forgetting I'm there at all, which leaves me feeling safe in the knowledge that my dogs are happy to be left. The vets themselves are very communicative and informative, keeping us up to date with everything that is happening and making us feel at ease to ask any questions we have. I am new to Mote Park Vets, Northumberland Road. My cat was very poorly when I took him there but vet Corinna was amazing she assesed him quickly, taking blood tests. I didn't have to wait long for the results which as a worried owner was a blessing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. My cat has been prescribed medication and is now back to his old self. After visiting our local vet and being extremely dissatisfied with their charges in particular we are delighted to have decided to get a second opinion from this practice. My German Shepherd dog is very nervous and the staff are so lovely and friendly that she’s soon wagging her tail. The staff are always very professional and answer any queries I have. Excellent value for money too.

Took my dog as he had problem with right ear. Was kept waiting 30 minutes after appointment time, which was rather annoying as I could hear previous clients chatting needlessly with vet. Was in with vet for approx 10 minutes, ear infection diagnosed and drops prescribed. I thought the charge of £61 quite high, with the consultation costing nearly £29 and the drops £32.50. The exact same drops are available from several on-line suppliers for less than £14 BUT you have to provide a prescription from your vet (which they charge for). We all love our pets, and this is taken advantage of by vetinary practices making excessive mark ups.

I have been a customer here on and off for over 20 years, was lured away once by low new customer prices with a chain vets in town but wasn't long before service and hidden extras made me realise how good I had it here. My current dog is not good with strangers at all and is very defensive and difficult to handle at the vets but they have always been professional and patient and been willing to try and treat her and although I don't think you can put a price on having a vet you trust the prices here are very reasonable in comparison to some I have heard of
