S. C.Pennard vets are lovely. They treat your beloved pets as if they are their own. Staff are all patient, kind and understanding of the crazy love we have for our fur babies. We've been going here for eight years and I wouldn't dream of taking our lil girlie anywhere else.
A. W.We can not recommend Pennard vets highly enough.
They have looked after all of our cats through the years with true care, love and affection.
Recently our oldest cat Oscar was attacked by a dog which resulted in him needing a big surgical procedure.
This was carried out at Pennards,who kept us fully updated the whole time, including photos of his progress.
Today we are pleased to say he is starting to be his old self again, as they said he would. Something we found difficult to believe at thd time.
So, if you are looking for a vet for furry friend. Look no further than Pennard Vets.
S. E.Love love love this vet!!! After having a bad experience with a previous vet, I am so happy I have all my cats registered here. Staff are so friendly and they really show that they care for animals. I want to shout out Amy as I usually have her see my cats and she is brilliant at her job, is great at giving advise and is so friendly. When my kitten was neutered before she sent me photos and regularly kept me updated on how my kitten was doing. Amazing work Amy and everyone at Pennards Maidstone branch🐱

S.Love this practice,Dobby has been going a couple of years now,he has a huge fear of vets and they suggested desensitisation appts when he can stroll around meet the staff,have nothing done to him except gets given love and treats,he's improving slowly,he's better than me at getting on the scales!
He has a care plan which is worth the money.

B. O.All the staff here are really friendly, I'm lucky my dog isn't nervous but we saw how they were with the nervous ones and it was good to see.

A. S.My dog Mr Chips died 4 weeks ago whilst in quarantine in France. I was devastated beyond belief. I contacted Pennard vets maidstone, they were absolutely amazing. Their compassion, understanding and support is the best you will ever receive. Their patience during calls when at times I could not even speak showed me that Mr Chips would be cared for whilst with them. My husband collected him yesterday and everything was so beautiful and perfect, I felt I had done Mr Chips proud. This was all thanks to the staff at Pennard Vets. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart💖 💖💖

All seems pretty much the same. Thorough, although expensive, as is everything.
Professional vets practice, part of a group spread across Kent. Receptionist, Lorraine happy to help and made a fuss of my pooch. Philip, the vet, assessed and examined my dog. All types of services on offer including physiotherapy from Karen, xrays and surgery. Am confident that care received is thorough.
H. G.I dont know about others but these guys are awsome and caring for my Goodest doggo. They use an app and keep you posted throughout the day (with pics) so you don't have to worry and they are economical and don't try to sell you meds you don't need.

M.If you have a cat like I have that is very scared and half ferral then I highly recommend this surgery.
They were so lovely when my cat became stressed and hyperventilating when she could not chew through the cage door of her pet carry box on our journey there.
I stopped car and rang for advice as I was so concerned that she would have a heart attack.
They were understanding and reassuring.
When we got to the vet everything went really smoothly and Philip and the staff were so kind and calm and my cat was absolutely fine. I think she felt safe with Philip and I highly recommend this vet going on my first ever visit to them.
I also have a sedative for her fir next time if I have to go back anytime in the future.

J. C. (.Really happy with how Pennard Vets dealt with our emergency situation. I called about my dog during lockdown, with an emergency. They respected this and saw him at the earliest time the next morning, diagnosed him and gave me the treatment very fast. My dog is now much better and we're all very grateful.
M. G.Good service received. They are very informative and reasonably priced , although do try the hard sell a bit on some of their services. I like to be informed and given time to think about things and found their strategy and little too relentless. I'd recommend for their caring and understanding and will continue to use Pennard when the animals are due for a service.

I've used three branches and all the vets are very pleasant, extremely kind to the animals. I had to have an ill cat put to sleep earlier this year-it was done so sensitively. My dog likes going too!
W. R.I recently found a very young fox cub. On advice from the RSPCA I took it to my local vet. From the moment that I called them to say that I was bringing the cub they were very friendly and helpful.
On arrival they were ready to whisk the cub away and look after him. They took my details and I really felt as though I was leaving the little cub in really safe hands.
J. M.Just changed my Vets to Pennards recommended by a friend that goes to Allington Branch. I was nervous about getting my dog neutered. The Vet, Philip, completely set my mind at ease. I was delighted with the result, internal stitches, could hardly see the scar. The aftercare was brilliant too. I would highly recommend Pennards. And, have to say, I'm so happy my friend told me about Pennards as now I have no fear of taking my dog to them, no matter what the problem is, big or small.
