The reception team were warm, informative and highly adept at their tasks and the vet was also very kind to both me and my girl, giving clear diagnosis and instruction. I've visited this practice a lot the last few weeks, each time seen by a different vet. Richard, Alejandro and Harriet are all superb, and very knowledgeable. I travel quite a distance to come here as they are great with exotics (in my case hamsters) and so helpful. I was very upset in a few of the appointments and they were very reassuring.

What a fantastic service. The reception staff were so helpful. Although fully booked, they were still prompt in seeing my emergency case. Richard was very kind and understanding and I would definitely recommend Trinity to anyone with a pet in need of treatment. Sadly the outcome for my beardie was not a happy one but I received a lovely hand written card a couple of days later which was such a nice gesture. Thank you.

Trinity vets as usual is excellent. The vet I saw today was very knowledgeable and was full of good recommendations for me. Sully probably doesn't think so because he hates the antibiotics he is on but I know I can trust Trinity vets to go above and beyond in caring for my pets.

Our little guinea pig rolo went in for castration after loosing his cage mate and sadly developed complications after the operation but after phoning up for further advice we were advised to take him back in. He then stayed in for almost two weeks being fed critical care and keeping a eye on a couple of assesses and making sure he was eating again. I'm pleased to say under the watchful eye of mark and the team he was able to come home again and has returned to full health eating us out of house and home. They told us to phone up and check on his progress, where the nurses and reception staff kept us well informed and Mark suggested we came and visited him as part of a consultation on further treatment which was nice. Rolo is now back in his guinea kingdom awaiting the 6 week mark so we can introduce him to some female guineas and he can make new friends. Thanks Trinity vets, we thought we'd have to say goodbye but you worked a miracle.

Took my little hedgehog Elmo here as he had a mass in his mouth. The vets couldn’t have been more lovely and you could tell they genuinely knew what they were talking about which, with African pygmy hedgehogs, not everyone would. They performed surgery and honestly I am so glad I travelled to visit. I was actually surprised that the bill was also a lot less than I thought it would be. Thank you for helping my little one :) glad I registered here.

If you have buckets of cash AND time I would thoroughly recommend this place, if not I would urge caution: The vets seem kind, capable and knowledgeable and they have some lovely support staff - SOME not all! They're great with the furry customers but the focus on the paying customer needs an AWFUL lot of work. They seem happy to keep you waiting without telling you they're running late. On my last visit they presented me with a bill for £450 when their quote was £290; my phone was on all day so they could easily have contacted me and told me that they needed to increase the bill by 55% but they didn't, they just assumed that I would roll over and pay the bill... I don't question their technical capability, but I do question the way they treat customers....

My hamster Lucy has been twice now and every time I have been there was been a warm welcome from staff, constant reassurance, they were fast acting in emergencies and got me a same day emergency appointment. I know some people say he’s just a hamster etc but for me this is my baby and the staff really understood that and didn’t make me feel silly but instead reassured me it was as good thing to bring him in. When the vet saw him he was very thorough checked his weight, breathing, asked me questions about his care at home and really listened to the problem. Unfortunately it turned out Lucy has a respiratory infection and we have to feed him 2 sets of medications each day. Which he doesn’t like too much. The vet was very loving whist handling Lucy he spoke to him and stroked him and reassured him which really just made it for me ! My mother recommended this vet as she brings her dog here and I’m so glad she recommended it to me !! The price was very reasonable and there was no surprises with the cost it was all explained to me on the day. Thank you to all the team for looking after my fur baby we are forever great full for your kindness and professionalism.

It was very difficult to find good avian vet and we were recommended by friend about this clinic. We are so thankful and grateful for helping my bird Ria with broken wing and giving her chance to get better and not to put her to sleep as other vet has recommended. She is happy and flying again. Richard is an amazing vet and a kind person, so is Dora. They helped there best when my hamster was ill. However i have to take 2 stars because of the receptionists. They forgot to give me an important medication (an antibiotic) for starters, which could of been a big factor on why she ended up being put to sleep. When i visited the next time they forgot to give someone else medication too. They stopped my emails reaching the vet and ignored my questions which where important. Overall great vets but the receptionists let them down by acting so entitled.

After our recent visit to Trinity vets, which is a 30 minute drive from our home, we decided not to use our local vet anymore for our small animals. It is definitely worth going out of your way to receive the expert care and kindness that Trinity vets offers. The positive - I take my beardie here to get treated, I always get an appointment in good time. It was nice to finally be able to go in with Alba, after covid restrictions have eased. The vet was very gentle with her and you can tell she was passionate about animals and not just the job. I find the consultantation fee of £45 a bit heavy for a little beardie (Before meds). I also pay £30 either side of the vets for the feaceal samples so it comes to well over £100 each time she needs checks. If only there was a pay with klarna. Overall it is the only vet for bearded dragons closest to me and treatment works so I wouldn't go anywhere else.

What can I say, thank you will never be enough. Myself and my family will be forever grateful to Richard, and all 0f the team at Trinity vets. Richard saved our very much loved dog. She had pyometra infection, Richard was so good with our Alice, the minute he walked over to us he made us feel safe, you can see how much he cares. We were updated with Alice's progress. It was never a problem to call up to see how Alice was doing, the receptionist was lovely and always happy to help, and the nurses were amazing and explained everything we needed to do. The way Alice was looked after was just incredible. 4 days after her surgery she is doing so well, thank you to all the team at Trinity vets from the bottom of our hearts... thank you. Alice means the world to us... Happy to say she is now home and doing really well. ♡♡♡♡♡

And Libby, my cockatiel, was very poorly during lock down, and I wasn't allowed to visit.They sent me photos of her, I rang 3 to 4 times a day, they always reassured me, updated me. They encourage d me to ring as many times as I wanted. They even put music on for her. After a week she was allowed home. I would highly recommend trinity's.

We were able to get a same day appointment for our pet chicken who had cut her egg hole during an escape attempt. The vet explained everything very clearly and gave us a comprehensive and very effective treatment plan. I really appreciated everything that was done for my rat, according to my partner the vet was kind and professional and I felt at peace knowing my pets were in professional hands. The only reason this review is not a 5 star is the unfortunate attitude of one of the receptionists. Upon arrival my partner could not get though to the surgery and was waiting a long time on the phone so I called back the emergency line to a woman who informed me I shouldn't be calling that line and she has had to answer me in the middle of an anaesthetic. I was not aware that receptionists did the same job as a vetinary nurse and not only this i was completely panicking about my rat, not a helpful comment to make in this situation.

Dedicated, devoted, knowledgeable, persistently fighting to diagnose and save our desperately, critcally ill puppy. Nursing staff are god send, so caring, vigilant and supported. Best vet this side of the M25. Wouldn't take a sick animal anywhere else, trinity is only vet I trust to care for my animals. Turned away by only 24 hour vet near crematorium with no explanation putting puppy at further risk and sending us 2o miles away away at 2 am, with dying 9 week old puppy. Thank you Trinity, thank you Mark and the Team, Lucasz making full recovery after 3 nights in ICU and 4 days with you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My 6 year olds Hamster became very ill. Im not registered at Trinity but our usual vets recommended them as they didn't have an exotic experienced vet (who knew hamsters were exotic?) With an hour till they closed (and them being a 30 min drive away) and fully booked that day they told me to come along anyway and would see our much loved Hamster. Covid aware it was a wait in the car park for us all (not a complaint and appreciated the safety in space) I could see vets and nurses with other pets and owners and the care they clearly took. Our Rosie haster was seen and returned to us with medication and a return of hope for me and my daughter who were sure we would lose her. The staff were clear, professional and above all compassionate to 2 worried people. Ill now be using them for my other pets as well, thank you to all that helped on that day from reception and nurses/vets

I took my very sick guinea pig here just after xmas, and though he didnt make it they seemed very knowledgable and tried their best with him over a couple of days. For all they did with xrays, fluids, antibiotics, syringe feeding etc. it was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be taking my other guinea pigs and hamsters here from now on as it is worth travelling a little further to get expert advise. It's a shame they dont have an emergency out of hours service that is for exotics too.

Took a bird that we rescued from our garden here and they were brilliant. They gave us updates and really looked after him. The receptionist was lovely, very kind and understanding and also explained what would happen. She was happy to go and find out what breed the bird was too for us so we knew. We felt really calm leaving the bird there. It turned out he had neurological problems and needed a drip and everything so they definitely looked after him well

Can't thank the team at Trinity vets enough. We brought our Lovebird Kiki in and she had to stay for 3 days and nights as she was so poorly. The team kept us up to date and loved Kiki for us when we couldn't, being so far away. She is fully recovered now and we honestly don't know what we would have done if we had lost her. Great thanks from our family to Mark for saving our lovely guinea pig Chernusya! She has got pretty complicated case of ovarian cysts and we had only surgery option. Because of age it's very dangerous operation and we were very scared to go this way. Our vet suggested checking Trinity Vets because they're known for their good expertise with exotic and small animals. On first appointment Mark suggested using medication treatment using hormone injections and it helped! In 6 weeks from injections our guinea pig is much happier and lives perfect life! This place is A+. Absolutely brilliant. Have a poorly corn snake and after being passed around a number of vets claiming to be specialists with reptiles none of them were willing to help. Even my local "Eden Park Vetinary Surgery" who i have used for my dogs for 15+ years said they dealt with reptiles but was unable to help? Was recommended Trinity Vet Centre by a local reptile outlet. They managed to book me in straight away and felt very comforted on the phone that this place genuinely cares for animals. I just have never got that vibe from my usual vet they never seemed to care too much. Richard the vet was more than helpful in helping out my snake and was seen practically instantly. He clearly loves his animals and his job. Smile on his face. I just felt at ease straight away. He was very helpful with advice and said if i needed anything to just give them a call any time. Also gave my snake the necessary treatment to feel a lot better. Shes been so distressed. She came out a lot happier snake. (Still on the mend but fantastic.) The prices were VERY reasonable and with antibiotics it still wasnt that expensive at all! I could not be happier with the service I have recieved, it is an hour drive from me as opposed to a 2 minute walk to my (now old vet) but it is so worth it i am going to be using Trinity from now on. So glad i have found them as was having such a hard time finding somewhere who would actually deal with exotics. Thank you Richard and the very friendly receptionist, sorry didnt get her name.

I took in my Harris Hawk in after a serious injury to his foot. I have taken two of my cats there now with different issues, the first a kitten with tummy issues when my own vet was closed for the days for training and he then returned for his "op". The second a more mature cat with dental issues. My vet having said rather off handedly she would need all her teeth removing without even looking at her, Trinity were much more informative about the condition and conservative in their approach, she now had meds and may need a couple of teeth removing if it doesnt settle but definitely not all of them. I know where I shall be taking my clan from now on.
