Lovely reception staff. Vet was lovely to speak to also .Prices are great value for money. I was quoted £300-400 for my small chug for neutering. £185 with vets for pets with their monthly package 10% discount £10 for chipping with all your flea, worm and vaccinations for £14 a month for a year( for a small dog) . Will review again once neutering has been done. But so far am impressed .

When I called to see if I join the practice, staff were helpful and friendly. They gave me a same day appointment. The vet was very helpful and we are so pleased we have joined Vets4Pets Maidstone as we have had no problems getting appointments!

The staff were professional, kind and caring, before during and after my dog dukes operations. My dog duke absolutely loves them especially Marie Rio and Shirley. Jason and Sarah were also very helpful with organising things and explaining what was happening next etc. Laura the manager was extremely helpful and compassionate during dukes treatment. Our cat was transferred from out of hours emergency to vets4pets. Our cat was seen very quickly on arrival and the transition of care was seamless. I cannot fault our experience at all considering how poorly our cat was prior to her arrival at this vets.

Took my jack russell after a visit to the emergency vets as she was still not very well. The vet talked us through all options and was very supportive of the whole process. It’s a shame that they are restricted by red tape from Vets for Pets nationally as I want them to administer another type of vaccine to my dog which they currently do not stock - vet is prepared to do it but restricted by Vets for Pets national policies, frustrating!

My partner and I brought our rescue dog, Joey the Beagle, to this branch for just over five years. The team have always been incredibly caring, empathetic and professional. We simply cannot fault them. They looked after our dog (and us) perfectly every time. We wholeheartedly recommend this branch of Vets4Pets to anyone. Absolutely everybody we've ever dealt with there has been exceptional in every regard. They genuinely treated Joey as if he was part of their own family, and they all went above and beyond for us so many times.

I was really struggling to find a vet to see Mango the leopard geko who urgently needed help with a swollen eye. The surgery fitted us in the same day and the young lady was very helpful and professional. My only negative was being shocked by the £35 bill for eye drops as it does seem rather alot when human eye drops are less then half then that lol

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable vets at this clinic. We were always given the best advice for our 4 pets. Our 6 month old Whippet was limping last year and due to the good knowledge and clinical skills of one of the vets, we're prevented from spending a lot of money on unnecessary investigations such as x-rays etc.. it turned to be a transient condition just as the vet described and he grew out of it. Using Vets4Pets Complete Care Plan was good value of money, especially with multiple pets.

My cat lost 800gr in 8 months without expressing any pain or discomfort . Last 3 days started to have abdominal discomfort. Vet recomanded Probiotics and provide them straight away. Appointment booked for 5 days later but as available Appointment came,I have received a call from surgery to see the vet in the same day when started Probiotics. Blood test done straight away after my cat have been examined by the nurse. Prompt service. My cat is already feeling better one day after started treatment. Thank you Vets 4Pets.

ALL of the staff that I came into contact with at the surgery were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, compassionate, accomodating to both myself and Tat. All options/were discussed with me before treatments and tests were done and there was transparency with cost throughout. Kept informed through out the whole appointment. As of the Covid 19 i waited in my car the receptionist gave good expectations on how long i would be waiting and was helpful and understanding when talking about my cat and setting up the payment plan. I called the practice when I suspected my baby to have worms after being neglected by previous vets. They were quick to respond and helped me advise on how to care for Qian to make him more comfortable. They were prompt with the call backs and I'm overall satisfied with the advice we were given. However we are moving Qian to another vets that has more tailored plans for what I need for total peace of mind for him. Happy overall highly recommend.

Friendly staff and satisfied with the care given. I can understand the shock of the prices and that's why its important to have at least some level of insurance cover. When presented with the bill it can be a lot of money but as previously been said there are a lot of background costs and professional advice that has taken years to acquire.

This us a fantastic vets. I have a very large american bulldog and have been to other vets where they have been a bit scared of him. This vets are not and actually look forward to seeing him. They have put measures in place so they can continue to provide a service during coronavirus and all the staff are very professional. I have absolute confidence in taking my dog to this vets.

Good service and friendly staff but extortionate pricing of medication. I dont think its acceptable to have to pay nearly 5 times the amount for a product that Is so much cheaper elsewhere. Edit. In response to your reply I totally understand that the advise and knowledge of the vet is worthy of a charge which I believe I'd already paid for in the consultation fee that was also added to my bill. The far cheaper prices I found for the medication was not from an internet search but from another vets practice so I still do not understand the huge difference in price. I have used your vets on a few occasions and generally always found yourselves to be excellent in care for the animals and fair in prices but on this occasion I do still feel the price of £87 for a 5 minute consultation and what is in effect are cat eyedrops and cat suspension ointment rather steep to say the least.

Whilst 120 miles from home we had worrying swelling around the scar where our Cocker Spaniel had recently been spayed, As a Vets for Pets client at home I searched for local branches and was surprised to find that the Sutton Road practice is open from 8.30 at weekends and was relieved to be able to get a mid-morning appointment. The reception staff were great, really friendly and interested in us and our puppy. We were lucky enough to have been given an appointment to see Ivan the Practice Principal. Everything about the way Ivan approached our dog, the care and interest he took inspired confidence, his full and well explained diagnosis ensured we fully understood both the issues our dog has and the treatment he had prescribed. Overall we are 100% happy with every aspect of our visit to this practice. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to any pet owner.

I have a dog that weighs over 40KG and is petrified about coming to see the vets. So this is no easy feat......but Rio and Eddie made him feel safe and calm which enabled him to have his injections and kennel cough. The whole time he was in the vets because I had to stay outside Rio and Eddie both made friends with him and settled him down to gain trust. This was a very time consuming effort but they both gave him the time that he needed. Rio always goes that extra mile to calm him down enabling the vets to treat him. I trust them with Zeus and would not think about going anywhere else. 5* treatment

So thank you shirley However I am slightly disappointment that as a company vets 4 pets have still been taking my care plan money even though for 3 months we was unable to have a routine nail clip ,which I understand at the current time ,but it would of been nice for you as a company to waver the 3 months or even acknowledge about the money situation as we was unable to attend as I have my dogs nails clipped every 6 weeks .
