I left my kitten at Alder cat hotel for 16days, it was our very first time to being separated but the experience at this hotel was amazing. I was afraid to leave my baby "alone" for this long time but Steve and his team is so great, my kitten was extremely happy there. I highly recommend them!

My cat is a Bengal, he's 14 years old and needs medication twice a day. I've been taking him to Alder Cat Hotel for around 10 years and wouldn't take him anywhere else. Steve is brilliant with him - I feel relaxed leaving Thomas in his care. I've found Steve to be friendly and approachable and would recommend Alder Cat Hotel, personally I've found it to be the best in my area

My cats can be fussy eaters so I tend to take what ever they are eating at the time as I don't think you can expect the staff to cater for every different cat. I'm happy that they are safe and cared for . The staff do a great job

Today Tuesday 31st May I collected my furbaby ....Star ... from Alder Hose Cat Hotel. I am so thankful to Steve and the team for the way they have looked after Star. She has come home chilled out, happy and looking fantastic. I think she's also put a little weight on which is so lovely to see. Steve is so kind and understanding, the team regularly post pictures of the cats on Facebook. Alder House Cat Hotel is a Fabulous Cattery... Thank You for looking after Star.xx

I have been bringing my cat Smudge to Alderhouse for some years now. Both Sharon and Steve have never failed to greet myself and my beloved cat with the warmest of welcomes. It is safe to say that I know fully well that they look after my cat very well and she always comes home so happy after staying here. Thank you to you both! I recommend their services to absolutely any cat owner!

Steve is an easy going owner. He can 'cat'er to all needs of the cat. Large kennels with a view of the garden and a cat flap. 6ft scratching posts and smooth fm played into the kennels all day. My cat came home happy and content.

This is a beautiful cat hotel in a lovely setting. The enclosures are spacious and well equipped to house cats for their stay. Our two cats are rescue cats and nervous around new people but we feel they were so well looked after here and came back and settled back home in no time. We could tell that the owner really cares about each cat and recognises that all cats are different. We will definitely use this cattery again as I trust them with our cats. We viewed another cattery before booking this one but this one was a cut above the rest!

We have even leaving our three cats Sam, kwai and bob at alder house now for around 5 years. We try to make sure we book well in advance because we would be very reluctant to take them anywhere else. Steve and Sharon are real animal lovers we have absolutely no complaints whatsoever on the care and service they provide for our three and would recommend them to anyone. The pens are well positioned well lit and have heating in each one. We know we need not worry when we are away.

Mabel has been with Sharon & Steve so many times now. He'(!) always returns well looked after and well fed. They clearly understand cats and their needs. Very caring . We trust them both and wouldn't go anywhere else with him.
