I left my cat here for a week. He was well cared for and happy when I collected him. The owner was very friendly and clearly loves cats. He keeps the cattery very clean. I will be leaving my cat here again in the summer for two weeks and would highly recommend this cattery.

It was my first time using a cattery. Left my cats here for a week. Richard was wonderful and his hospitality was very warm. He kept in touch to put my mind at ease and took really good care of my fur babies. Would definitely book this cattery again.

I left my 7 month old kitten Hermes here for a week, it was the first time I had left him and Richard was lovely and very comforting about the whole process and explained everything well. The space was clean and lovely and when I picked up Hermes he was in excellent health and spirits. Will be coming back here again in future!

What a lovely cattery, spacious, airy and very clean. The owner is such a gentleman and he clearly loves animals. He put me at ease, gave me a tour and knew the names of all of the cats staying. When we picked our cat back up we were amazed as she crawled straight into is arms. Highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else

Excellent service. I used this cattery instead of my usual because it was full, and I am wowed by the service. The owner (whose name I didn't get) clearly really loves cats. You get personal service, and it feels like he really loves his job and his temporary cats. The price is brilliant for the service provided. This has now become my usual cattery and Luna will be returning next time I'm away. You can't pay on card, but you can do a transfer if you have mobile banking.

I have been leaving my cats for their holidays at Brookvale for over 20 years, initially with Brian and Wendy and now with Richard and Lorraine. It is a true family business, with a wonderful ethos of putting the cats first. I couldn't ask for better care and am always confident that their welfare is top priority. In fact they always seem reluctant to return home (I think they get spoiled)!!

I have used this cattery several times and I have always found the owner to be a very pleasant and polite man. I am not sure what the other negative reviews are about as my personal experiences have always been positive. My cat loves this cattery and doesn't want to come home with us when we go to collect her. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to other pet owners.
