What a wonderful cattery experience! First time leaving our Luna at a cattery while we went on holiday. Communication with Gail beforehand was great – she got back to my emails within 24hrs and answered all my questions. We were sad to leave Luna, but as soon as we arrived and met Steve, we knew she was going to be well looked after. The cattery is clean, modern, and very secure. The suite itself was spacious and well contained (no mesh!) so that Luna would feel safe. Steve asked us what kind of food we wanted for Luna, and reassured that she would receive plenty of fuss and cuddles during her stay. We even received updates while we were away and saw Luna pop up on the Cuddles Cattery instagram! All in all, it was the perfect cattery experience and we would definitely send Luna on her hols here again. Thank you Gail and Steve!

Cuddles Cattery is the best cattery we have ever used. Great communication, really helpful and went above and beyond to look after our cat whilst we were away for a few days, even offering to put her eye drops in after a bout of conjunctivitis! The premises are spotless, spacious and the added extra of a daily update/photo really helped put our minds at ease. Will definitely be using Cuddles Cattery everytime we go away now. Cuddles Cattery is fantastic! It was eight-month-old Chloe’s first time at a cattery, and I was nervous about leaving her. I looked around catteries in the Greater Manchester area and Cuddles Cattery caught my eye. When I dropped her off, I was so impressed with the setup of the cattery. It is clean, modern and fresh. Chloe’s room was perfect with plenty of space and separate areas to sleep, eat, do her business and play. The glass PVC door to the room was great as it felt like she wasn’t locked away and could still see out. It was great to know that all the fury guests get let out individually every day to have some play time and explore. Whilst we were on holiday Gail sent me lots of pictures and updates on little Chloe which was really comforting being so far away. You can clearly see that Gail and Steve are truly passionate about what they do, and it really shows in the high quality of cattery they have achieved to offer. I would highly recommend Cuddles Cattery if you're leaving your little ones for the first time and want a cattery that really goes that extra mile to ensure your cat gets cleanliness, safety, warmth, fun but most of all CUDDLES!

Einstein and Rembrandt stayed at Cuddles for 19 days- our first time leaving them for this long and we were so impressed. We received regular updates and photographs and were also told we were welcome to get in contact at any time. You could tell they were well cared for and the room and area generally was spotlessly clean and such a great area for them to enjoy. The real difference was when we collected them- they both looked so well and were their happy selves. Thank you Steve and Gail for looking after our boys so well and taking the time to update us.

I cannot praise this cattery, and Gail and Steve, who own and run it, highly enough - my cat Mae had until this year had to stay in some other larger catteries (only because Cuddles is so popular I hadn’t been able to get her in prior to this year!) and being quite a shy and now senior cat, she unfortunately didn’t do too well in the larger ones, and hid away for days which meant I hated leaving her. I now book much further in advance to get her in here (December will be our third visit this year), but the turnaround in how confident and contented she is with Gail and Steve is just unbelievable, she’s out wandering and exploring when it’s exercise time, and I can just see how much she loves staying there from the FB and Insta posts and Steve’s WhatsApp updates, and how kind they are to her. I won’t even consider leaving her in any other cattery going forward!! It’s also just a stunningly beautiful cattery, it’s more like a boutique hotel!

I have recently had the pleasure of booking my kitten Leo in with Cuddles Cattery. Although my booking was last minute due to failed previous arrangements, the Cattery was able to accommodate Leo. Cuddles Cattery takes care of your pets as if they are their own.I was nervous to leave Leo for the first time, but received daily updates and photos. Leo loves attention and Steve provided him with daily play sessions and affection. Steve really put my mind at ease as I found it very difficult to leave my pet for the first time- definitely recommend, feels like you’re leaving your pet in the hands of family!

Been using Cuddles Cattery for a number of years and Gail & Steve have always been great with Sweetie. They really look after the cats in their care and she always seems happy when she comes home. They are always very accommodating and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are always spotless and Sweetie loves those that overlook the garden. Apparently she loves siting in the window watching what is going on. Cannot rate Cuddles highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely brilliant service from Steve and Gail. They went out of their way to let us know when more availability came up and provided excellent care to our cat for 6 days in a lovely well kept immaculate warm cosy annexe situated within a quiet relaxing environment. Very accommodating when it came to our cats slight fussiness & Steve also very kindly stayed in touch without prompting to provide us with regular updates during our break away leaving which left us feeling reassured. Would definitely recommend to any cat owners seeking reassurance that your cat will be very well looked after !

This was the first time our two girls had stayed at a cattery. We'd done our research and visited a few before Cuddles, but knew as soon as we met Steve and saw the facilities on offer, this was the place for us. It's a great place and is safe, secure and in a lovely spot nestled within the garden. The rooms are spacious, with various levels and spaces for beds & blankets etc. The whole place is spotlessly clean throughout and you're welcome to bring as much or as little as you like re beds, bowls, toys etc. as Steve & Gail just work around you and your cats needs. Being able to message Steve & Gail for an update while away was also great. Our girls were happy and relaxed when we collected them, I think Poppy would've been quite happy to stay! We genuinely can't recommend Cuddles enough! Thank you Steve & Gail for taking such good care of Poppy & Moo.

By far the best cattery in Manchester. We're more than happy to travel from Rochdale, safe in the knowledge that Mitzi is well looked after. She's pretty timid & has struggled in other, lesser catteries (when Cuddles have been fully booked) but she soon relaxes when she arrives to her 5 star luxury here. It also makes our time away so much more enjoyable, knowing that she is safe & happy at Cuddles. It's so important & makes such a difference xx

Took our new cat Milo for a short stay while we had a short break. He's only 9 months old and he had a great time, Steve and Gail took great care of him as they did with our previous cat Guinness. Have used Cuddles Cattery since it opened. Gail and Steve are friendly and accommodating. I have no issues leaving my cat with them. The cattery is spotless and the addition of the 'catio' means that the cats have some outside time as well. Its nice to see cat updates on Instagram whilst you're away too!

I was recommended to try this cattery by the newly retired owner of the one that we used to use. We met Gail and Steve beforehand to have a look round, as we were a bit apprehensive following a bad experience last year at another cattery. Much reassured by the facilities, and by how many questions Gail and Steve asked about our beautiful Amber's habits and preferences, we left her with them for a week. They accommodated our request to put her in Oscar's Den near the house, as she's very people-oriented and loves a lot of fuss. Her favourite food was provided, and she had plenty of room to climb and play in a spotlessly clean room with a nice window for her to have a good look at the outside world. We took a couple of her toys with us, and they provided more for her delight. We got a reassuring message on the first day of our holiday to say that she'd settled in well, and plenty of photos of a distinctly happy cat. When we picked her up on our return, she was comfortably settled and in no big hurry to leave. She finally deigned to admit on the way home that maybe she was glad to see us. Steve and Gail did a great job looking after her, and it was obvious that she'd had a lot of loving attention. Happy cat, happy humans! We will have no hesitation in leaving Amber here again, or in recommending Cuddles Cattery to others. Thanks Gail and Steve!

Once again Smudge and Layla have had a wonderful week with Steve and Gail. The cattery is a lovely friendly place and I would recommend it to anyone. It is so nice to be able to go away and feel relaxed knowing my cats are safe and secure. Layla is a long haired cat and Steve and Gail have kept her really well groomed which is no easy feat. We visited a couple of catteries in the area, but when we arrived at Cuddles, I knew that we'd found the one. The cattery was clean and warm - we actually surprised them (unintentionally!) with a visit and everything was immaculate. Gail and Steve are very friendly and accommodating. The pick up/drop off times are also great. During my cat's stay, Steve kept me updated on WhatsApp, they had a choice of lots of different foods and you can just tell that the owners are 'cat people' which is really reassuring. I don't think I'd take my cat anywhere else now.

Fabulous place! Never had to use a cattery before & was extremely apprehensive about leaving our little fur-baby Jeff there, but after a tour round my worries were completely unnecessary. Gail & Steve are lovely & obviously cat-mad(!), & after a weeks stay at Cuddles, Jeff is happy & healthy, & has obviously been very well looked after. Everything from food, bedding, litter, toys & bowls are provided (obviously you can take whatever bits of your own you wish to), & the rooms are exceptionally clean. Safety of each cat is first-rate - rooms are locked, main door is locked each time someone enters, there is cctv & all cats must prove they are vaccinated. Regular updates were also received from both Gail & Steve on how Jeff was settling in, with some comforting pictures sent over too! Overall, our first experience of using a cattery was a positive one & this was all down to Gail & Steve! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur-baby & will definitely look forward to having Jeff stay over again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful people who took great care of my boys. This was the first time I'd left my boys in a cattery so I was a little worried if they would settle or not. Gail sent me pictures during our week away reassuring me that they was fine (which deep down I knew they would be.) Will definitely be using again and cannot recommend enough. We are so pleased to use Cuddles Cattery for our cat Bob whilst we are away. Steve and Gail are real cat lovers and they take the time to get to know your cat and its personality. The cattery is modern, spotlessly clean with good sized rooms equipped with shelves and levels for your cat to climb. We were in New Zealand for a month and missing our cat so Steve and Gail emailed us some photos of Bob enjoying himself! At previous catteries Bob has been a bit timid after his stays but not after a stay at Cuddles Cattery. He was his normal boisterous self straight away proof that he was very well looked after. When our next holiday is booked we would not use anywhere else for Bob.

My partner and I would highly recommend Cuddles Cattery. We were very nervous to leave our cat Blossom for the first time but speaking with Steve and Gail really put our minds at ease. All our questions were answered on the phone and we were invited to visit the cattery beforehand and we were really impressed. Amazing place, 5 stars all the way! Cuddles managed to fit us in at the last minute while we had building works done. Steve and Gail are very accomodating and lovely people, I was insantly put at ease and had absolutely no worries about leaving our 3 cats in their care. The facilities are very well thought out and the room the cats get to use is very spacious and exceptionally clean. They are also able to roam alone in the main room whilst their own room is cleaned each day to get a real run around. There are plenty of choices of food on offer so your cats are able to eat their own brand. They also ensure that each cat is fully vaccinated which was great to see. Steve and Gail were also happy to provide us updates on WhatsApp and asked our permission to post pictures on their Instagram page so we were able to see them on there. I would highly recommend Cuddles cattery and would definitely send our cats there next time we need to. We were lucky to get in last minute, such a lovely cattery is in high demand so would advise booking as far ahead as possible. When we picked up our cats they were clearly happy and at ease. They have quickly relaxed back into their normal routines. Prices are extremely competitive, especially given the standard of care and surroundings, compared to other catteries. Thanks again Steve and Gail.

It's not easy to give feedback to a cattery if you don't speak cat language, but from what I've seen this is a 5* cat hotel. The place is squeaky clean, more like your vet surgery room, the cats have enough space to move around and climb up, you get to choose what food they're fed and you can also arrange transport if you don't have a car. When I took Timmy there, Steve also asked about his personality and how he liked to be cuddled. We got him back neither fatter nor thinner than he was before we left him, his coat was as shiny as usual (so no digestive problems), and he had the same 'whatever' attitude towards everyone. Gail let us know how he was by email whenever we asked. I'd say it's very good value for money all in all and you can trust they'll take good care of your cat while you're away.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for looking after Charlie while we were away. We were hesitant to take him to another cattery after he became very distressed last time but we had no reason to worry. The rooms are large and spacious and we can tell he received lots of care and attention, just like at home! Little personal touches such as a text to let us know how he's doing, and a little thank you card on collection makes Cuddles Cattery special. First time that we had used a cattery, so needless to say we were a bit nervous. We decided after much research online that Cuddles Cattery would be best for Felix. This was based on the many positive reviews that we read, Gail and Steve's emails answering our queries and their website. We took Felix to Cuddles Cattery and met Steve and Gail on the day we had to drop Felix off. We met Steve who was so friendly, funny and down to earth. He showed us Felix's room, filled in details like contact details, Felix's vet etc. all the while letting Felix roam around and chatting to us throughout. We got to see the other cats in their habitat, all looking relaxed. We knew then and there that we made the right choice and had nothing to worry about. Steve even gave us their contact details, just in case we needed to get in touch about Felix. Whilst on holiday we got a few email updates about Felix, like when he came out of his room to roam. This is just one of the great touches that Cuddles Cattery went above and beyond. When we came to pick Felix up, we met Steve and Gail. Gail also being friendly and down to earth like Steve. Steve told us about Felix and how he has been, all good! As an extra Gail had put a pack of Felix's stay, which consisted photos of him, a thank you card with how Felix has been with them and our vaccination card. Again above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about Cuddles Cattery with Steve and Gail, so obvious they are cat lovers and enjoy what they do. We will be using them for sure!

We were really nervous about leaving our Syrup at a cattery whilst we went away. It was going to be his first time, and we've only had him 9 months since we picked him up as a rescue. We arranged to meet Steve and Gail to talk about our requirements and what they could offer and we soon realised it wasn't a cattery as much as a home from home for Syrup. The accomodation is prefect, very clean and very secure. They provided everything he would need for his stay, were patient with us and the tears as we dropped him off, sent us regular info with how he was getting on. I had heard good things about this place unfortunately last time I tried to book they were already full. This time i booked 4 months in advance and I was not disappointed. Steve and Gail run this stunning place at the back of their property in Fails worth. After booking my mister in for 3 weeks at 8.50 a night i sent a £20 deposit to Steve. A couple of weeks later I went to view the cattery. It is stunning. A large wooden cabin with fully heated rooms and CCTV. Each room was very large and spacious with shelves, toys and encompassing a theme. There was the hello kitty, tom and jerry , lion king and Winnie the Pooh room. Steve discussed the feeding pattern my little man was on and what type of food. It was good to know unlike previous catteries they had Purina and iams. For ten pounds each way they will will even collect and drop off your cat. This relieved a lot of pressure before the holiday. While I was on holiday i received regular updates of his well being via text and photo's. When I returned from vacation Steve dropped my cat Tyrion off and you could tell he had had a great time. He kept head bumping Steve and purring ;) Overall the service is very warm, genuine with large rooms. You can keep two cats in for the same price i believe. Like other catteries you require proof of injections being up to date and males have to be neutered after 6 months old. I will be using this place again . Really happy ;)

After rescuing her it was very difficult for us to leave her in a Cattery and after a recommendation from a friend we gave Cuddles a try- we were glad we did! I would highly recommended this place! It wasn’t easy for me to give my cat away as during 11 years together I never had a need to use a cattery, so I was really stressed about leaving Kotek in there. When we arrived Steve welcomed us warmly and talked through all the details, which was really helpful and helped me to ensure that my cat will be ok. The room was spacious and very clean. Very wide range of food to choose from. Steve kept sending me pics of Kotek and messages to keep me up to date. If I ever had to use a cattery again, Cuddles would be mu first choice. Pav.

I just want to say a big thank You! We just left our cats last week for a week. When we arrived to drop them off, we've just been amazed by the environment. I was happy, that they had a nice room for cats, some of them with window. We were lucky, we got one room with window, it was specially good for my cats, they love to spend almost all day there. This cattery comes with my highest recommendation the building itself is absolutely gorgeous with heated themed rooms that have plenty of space for the cats to move around and a separate raised bedding area there was plenty of room for my two cats who shared a room in feburary, I was a wreck leaving my youngest cat with strangers for the first time but regular updates on both cats via email soon calmed my anexiety about the situation and when collecting them both cats returned to me very happy and content (not one bit mad at me for leaving them) not to meantion my quiet little house cat has found her voice and is far more confident so they had clearly been looked after very well while mama went on holiday and I will have zero anexiety leaving them both in Gail and Steve's capable hands when I go away again later this year ❤
