The care, kindness and compassion from all the staff was second to none and we as a family can't thank them enough for this. The cards they did with Jazz's paw prints on was such a lovely gesture. Thank you so much to all the staff at R T JONES ❤️

I would never go anywhere else. The vets and the staff are so caring. They know you love your pets and treat you in a caring way. Our dog recently had a large tumor and as a result we were only able to give her palliative care. Unfortunately we lost her. The vets couldn’t be more caring. They arranged the cremation and made sure we got the ashes back. They also gave us a card and a loch of Netties hair. How caring. We go to the Urmston clinic but the Sale clinic are just the same. Thankyou to everyone xx

Excellent and compassionate service, they are really great. However I do think they should change their COVID policy. Mandatory masks inside yes, but making everyone wait outside no matter the weather is a little extreme.

Horrible at anytime to have to say goodbye to your pet but with covid restrictions you cant go into surgery with your loved one. Had to say our goodbyes at rhe door but staff were, as always sympathetic and caring. Thankyou.

Warning: Avoid Bob at all costs..... He is a rip off merchant and wants to get as much money out of you as possible. We had a incident a few years ago with our Westie with him and the exact same happened with my mother-in-law only a few months ago. apart from that the other vets are good and the prices are reasonable but the sooner Bob retires the better.

Very caring and reasonably priced. Some vets just shovel expensive pills into your pet but RT Jones is different. I took my cat here three years ago when she had a very painful abcess on her eye. My previous vet had charged me over £1000 for pills and eye drops with no progress. RT Jones sewed her eye shut for a fortnight (which was far less traumatic than having pills and eyedrops forced into her several times per day) and this completely cured her! She will be 17 next month amd I honestly don't think she would be with us now if we hadn't brought her to RT Jones.
