I have been coming to Vets for pets for a few years now and they have taken care of them so well. They keep my pets at ease and help them have a comfortable experience which is a priority for me. The staff have been incredible and so kind and professional. At this current moment I cannot fault them at all. I’m a very happy customer. I feel they care about my pets as much as I do.

Friendly. Wasn’t impressed with my first appointment prior to this one. Waited over 1 hour passed my schedule appointment- my kitten was upset - she pooed everywhere in her carrier. It was a traumatic experience I wouldn’t want to experience again. Visited again and it was great! I do like vets4pets. They are very knowledgeable and I got seen straight away. It is a busy surgery

Excellent vets.They had a look at Emily who had a tick .They removed it for meat no charge.We had joined the total care plan so they gave us a tick collar and changed her flea treatment to a tablet.Everyone was very helpful ,it was a pleasant experience.I would recommend this practice.

Friendly reception staff and very good communication through email and text, especially reminders for flea and worm treatment. Vet was very good with our pup kind and caring. Only negative when reception give advice they don’t ask who your pet is. Example; I Phoned to speak with a nurse and the reception lady gave great advice however she did not ask about my puppy or his history or document my phone call and advice she had given.

from the moment "Milo" was booked in the reception staff made him feel special and myself comfortable. He was given treats both before and after his appointment. The lady we saw gave him a thorough check and explained very clearly the problems. As a pet owner it was really nice to visit a vets where the pet and not my wallet were the primary concern. The price i paid for the care and attention given by all the staff we met could not be better value. Milo was booked in as an emergency appointment as he was not registered with a vet and i am very grateful to all the staff and i could not have found a better practice to take care of him.

Took in a sickly cygnet to Pets at Home one morning after it landed in the middle of the road in morning traffic and couldn't move/fly off. The staff were very helpful & understanding, took care of the cygnet and knew where it was from, and had it released back to the local lake when the bird had regained its strength. I have had several appointments recently with one of my pet dogs . I have seen a nurse and two vets . Firstly , the ladies on reception were fantastic, as always , and did their utmost to accommodate us with the appointments that we needed , even though it was very busy . I also saw a lovely nurse , Michelle , who was so kind to my dog , and to me. We then had first class treatment from vets Becca on a couple of occasions, and Matt . Both of them explained everything in full , and were gentle and kind to my pet. I am so grateful for everything that they did , and the improvement in my pet is unbelievable. I’d like to thank all the staff , and also to Huw , who runs a wonderful practice. They are all amazing !

We were very worried about our duck giving up and passing away. When I rang up I was told it would be a sit and wait appointment, which I was invited to attend within 45 minutes of calling. George was taken right away and I had the options explained and signed paperwork within an hour and a half. They explained the treatment available and made sure he was comfortable. They kept him for a few hours whilst they stabilises the shock and called me with more than enough time to say he could be collected later that evening. The vet advised that his best chance to keep him comfy was to inject him at home and trained me to administer i went away feeling comfortably that I could give him all the care he needed! He is doing amazing with his recovery, without them being able to see him so quickly and treat him the way they did he would have surely passed away! Thank you all so much!

My cat had got into a fight and really damaged his leg/paw, I rang and reception were really good at keeping me calm, consulted with the vet and gave me advice and got me an emergency appointment that was within the hour. When I got there they were really nice and the vet explained everything to me and made sure my cat was comfortable and gave me advice and signs to look out for. Reception team even asked afterwards if he was okay and showed obvious interest in his wellbeing I couldn't have asked for anything more

Very good vets they try hard when you have a sick animal. But make sure to ask about costs up front as they seem to forget not everyone has insurance or funds for what can be expensive treatments. I wish they had a basic pricing list on their Web site. That would at least help from the client perspective.

I was at Vets4Pets to collect worming/flea treatments for my 2 cats. I spoke to a very helpful receptionist & explained that one of my cats had put on weight since treatments were prescribed & could no longer be classed as a small cat ( they are rescue cats & was quite small when we adopted them, he no longer is small). The receptionist made sure the dose needed was correct. She was very friendly & approachable

Wonderful service as always, it was explained clearly over the phone to me to park in a numbered bay then call and let reception know when i had arrived. I followed the instructions and a nurse was down to collect my pet within a couple of minutes. She was absolutely lovely, really friendly and when she returned my pet back to me she explained everything that had gone on and that there were no health concerns at all and he was a really healthy cat and perfect weight. Excellent service :)

I haven’t stopped telling people what a lovely vet experience I had on Thursday! I was bringing my cat in for vaccinations, but she’s a rescue and is quite a poorly girl, I had quite a few things written down and just wanted to get to the bottom of her issues. The vet listened and was really kind, was really great with Margalo so she was completely chilled out. The jabs went smoothly, and I came away with things to try for Margalo’s diet. The woman on reception was also great, set me up with the plan and booked Margalo in again. All round great experience and I’m glad I chose this vets.

Overall a nice experience, I could select available appointments and there were a lot to chose from. The price was reasonable even if you don't have a healthcare plan. The only issue is that my cat was scared a lot as there were dogs and cats at the same place...something to look on...

Our elderly hamster became very ill over the weekend so we rushed her to Vets 4 Pets. Despite not being registered there, the wonderful staff fitted her in very quickly and were so kind and caring. The vet was wonderful and gave us strong antibiotics as she had an infection of the uterus but he explained that because of her age she may not make it. Sadly he was right and she passed away on the Monday evening.

Staff very polite. Pets at home/Vets for Pets in Milton Keynes is bigger and cleaner than Pets at home/Vets for Pets in Luton. Had a great time there and the Vet that I had consulting my pet , (sorry but don't recall the name) , she was very kind and my pet wasn't scared as much. I felt he was more comfortable than ever and more active after the vaccin he had. Thank you Vet Doctor for being so kind and helpful.

The vet was sympathetic in the way she explained our pets problem and diagnosis and was aware that both my wife and I are also diabetics. I'm sure that this alone helped her to realise that our understanding of diabetes would be a great help for the future welfare of our beloved pet. She answered all our questions thoroughly and in great detail so that we could take our pet home and start her treatment with new knowledge and skills - especially as we are now administering the twice daily insulin injections required for the ongoing health of our dog. Whilst having no fear of needles and injections myself - its different when having to do that to another person or pet.Our vet instilled great confidence in both of us and we have been able to administer the injections carefully, and without any reaction from our pet - I have managed to give all injections to date without our pet realising what I was doing, so that shows how well our vet has taught the skill to me.

Millie our miniature werewolf twisted her back whilst attempting to devour the postman. We needed a swift appointment since she was in a lot of pain. Vets4 Pets obliged within same afternoon and we were blessed by the very capable Matt Link who she appears to be very comfortable with. Very thorough examination, diagnosis and treatment combined with a lovely way with animals led to a happy Millie. His clear explanation of the issues and way forward was everything one would need. From the initial phone call to the arrival at the practise the staff are helpful, kind and genuinely interested in insuring the best support for your pet. Every vet I have dealt with has been exceptional. They are all have approachable and friendly manners. On the occasions when I have had sad news all the staff have been really supportive. I would highly recommend this vets to anyone.

My cat needed emergency treatment for a absess that had formed from a cat bite. He was in a lot of pain which upset both myself and my pet. The vet was very kind to me and my cat. They took fantastic care of him and now he is healing beautifully.

Our dog required his annual vaccinations, a slot at 9:15pm (yes in the evening) was available and so we went for it which was very convenient, due to Covid-19 restrictions it required entry via the side door which for some reason our dog disliked the thought of, so much so he refused to leave the car in fact (quite unlike his normal behaviour). The vet picked up on this immediately and tried to make our dog feel like he was at home, frustratingly even after we tried to relax and lure our dog out of the car it was clear something was distressing him so they offered to do the health check and injection in the boot of our (thankfully large) car with myself and the staff member wearing masks, following social distancing rules and washing our hands before and after. This staff member was perfect and knew exactly what to do to limit the stress on our dog all whilst following the difficult processes that Covid-19 forces us all to follow. 10/10 great work to the team.

The last time we took Cookie, our dog here for a general check up, the vet was really good - caring for our dog and making an effort to put him at ease, very thorough and not rushing and very pleasant with us. She advised us that our dog needed to lose weight. We met with Michelle, a specialist dietary nurse, who thoroughly researched the calorie value of the food we gave our dog. She warned us to cut out dental sticks and told us how much of our existing dog food to give him to lose weight gradually. Michelle monitored our dog over three months until he got down to the correct weight by following her advice. We are very happy with the vet and with Michelle. They were both unhurried and very pleasant.

I've been with vets4pets for many many years, every visit is always customised to me and my fur babies. I will always remember the day we sadly had our cassie pup (12year old) put to sleep. We had as long as we needed with her to say our goodbyes despite other appointments after us. Every single person was sympathetic and that meant so much to us. With my recent visit with doug and the covid19 situation, I feel all staff have everything under control and are making things run smoothly. All the vets I've come across here are very friendly Unfortunately, I don't think the floor manager likes animals much. Dogs get called to go into a consult room on the cat side, cats have to go past dogs...this hasn't changed since the refurbish. The waiting times can be long even though it's basically empty. I waited 45 minutes after the previous animal had left the consult room. Will not be returning to this practice even though the vets themselves are lovely

Alison delivered Billy's medication by hand as she lives nearby and she observed all correct social distancing rules. She's an absolute angel. I love my vets practice in Milton Keynes and don't know what I'd do without them. Having a cat who is reliant upon medication at this time is a real worry but my wonderful practice has everything in hand and I am confident in them and Billy's continued health through them.

Amazing staff, my Shiba went bin raiding and ate alot of cherry and raisin cake. Unbelievably helpful fast and just amazing. Extremely thankful they were open late and I won't forget how fast they rushed him in for treatment! He's doing great and loving the sunny days out to the local forest. Our little boy Ollie was very ill and despite him hating trips to the vet the staff made it as relaxed as possible for him. Hannah Harriet and Huw treated him but the nurses also played a huge part,sorry don't know your names as did the receptionists. The nicest thing though was when we knew the time had come and we had to let our little boy go over the rainbow bridge one phone call was all it took to arrange a home visit. Rosa and Bridget came out to our home and made sure Ollie was a relaxed as possible, explained everything to us and gave our little boy the most peaceful departure. The whole team have been amazing during what has been a horrible time. Cannot recommend them enough and thank them for everything they did for Ollie over his 10 years with us.

I am on a very low income, as such I specifically chose an insurance for my cat with direct payments and zero excess so that in the event of something happening I wouldn't have to pay anything up front, but the receptionist was quite rude when I explained this and didn't seem to care and made me pay for the treatment in full upfront which I couldn't afford to do.
