Very friendly staff, helpful and informative. Gave advice about when to have dogs injections so we could take him on a holiday and helped us with insurance choices. Wheelchair friendly too.

Judith is the only rat specialist I’ve come across in the area. I have always gone to her for advice. The first rat I had euthanised was done by someone else at first vets (I assume Judith was off that day) and they were cold, unfeeling and a little patronising about our grief. She did not seem sincere about anything at all. She just wanted us out of the door. Not what you want when saying goodbye. Judith on the other hand, is lovely. She really knows her stuff. She seems to genuinely care, no matter how small the pet. Her compassion is really appreciated during the final moments of a pets life. I will not be taking my pets to anyone else for as long as I live in the area. I would 100% recommend Judith to anyone with small pets. Thank you Judith! You’re a credit to your profession.

The whole evidence here is great. They fit you in at short notice when required. The desk staff see friendly are helpful and always seem to make time for the animals. They've done everything for our dog over the past five years and we've had nothing but good experiences. Judith has a great manner and always gives practical advice, no up selling or other nonsense. Even now we're a bit further away we still go back here.

Judith has been fab with my little guinea pig Rolo, unfortunately we had to let him go today. With the closed door policy I had to let Judith take him but knowing he was with her brought great comfort in the fact he wasnt alone. The care shown to my bichon Aimee was great. When my little dog was at the end of her time with us (aged 14), the care was professional, sensitive and incredibly helpful. The card that was sent with a paw print of my little one was sent on the day she died and was the most lovely touch. Thank you Judith and Kelly. I will treasure the print forever!

I went with a poorly bearded dragon and i travelled about 40 mile to get to the vet. I must admit the vet was a first class pro in dealling with him he knew what he was doing i paid minimum price compared to other vets near me on the 3rd visit i had to unfortunatly put him down, they done it for free and sent me a card in aid of my lizard i would recommmend if you have reptiles A+++++ and a massive THANK YOU
