C. W.The vet (Cat) was genuinely attentive and listing to needs of me and my pet. Nothing but support and friendliness from all of the staff. So welcoming for a new pup owner. The package plan is good value for money and everything was explained clearly to me.
P. M.From initial phone call to visiting the premises all staff were very friendly. This was my first visit. The vet was very good with my dog who can be aggressive, asked lots of questions about his health and explained the procedure clearly. She also took the time to advise on some other procedures which may be required in the near future.
A really great experience for me and my dog and we will be using Vets4Pets again.
R. D.Effy the vet that examined Pop was very friendly and attentive. She was thorough in her examination and explanation of the condition and treatment that was required. She gave my a lot of useful advice that would benefit Pop. The overall service was efficient and reassuring.
S. T.My dog is very anxious at the vets (elsewhere she’s absolutely fine) so I waited outside as her bark is very loud and I wanted to keep her as calm as possible. The nurse came out to get us but realised how nervous she was so did the appointment in the car park so as not to distress her. This was so kind and thoughtful as really helped ease my anxiety too. I was also told that anti-anxiety meds could be prescribed before the procedure which I wasn’t made aware of before so I now feel less worried about coming back for her procedure. Thank you for not only keeping my dog as calm as was possible but for making it much easier for me!

P.All the staff showed empathy and assisted to reassure me after my dog was attacked, the vet explained and reasured me that his wounds were superficial , I can not express my gratitude enough for seeing my dog within an hour of the attack , had I had to wait overnight for an appointment I feel I would have needed sedating , the nurse and vet explained the proboble actions of my dog in the next few days with pain shock etc which has allowed me to stay calm and care rationally for him. The reception staff showed empathy with reasurence. It was my first visit to the vets so along with me also being in shock the whole team were professional. Thank you all
L. M.My pet was in for routine dental but a reoccurring condition was picked up also, staff were brilliant in making sure he was safe and Milly kept me fully informed. Nurses always great with him reducing any nerves my pet may have. Effy even gave him a little recheck of his ongoing eye problem when she saw he was in. Great clinical team, girls on the front desk always friendly and knowledgeable. I know my pet is always safe there!!

D. S.Excellent service and quick. They are not our regular vet practice (but will definitely become our regular vet now!). A few weeks ago I called them regarding an injured pigeon I had picked up. My call was answered quickly and the lady I spoke to (Holly or Laura) very kindly informed me of what I needed to do (call RSPCA and get a case number) and asked me to call back when I was bringing the pigeon in. Upon arrival, Lorna met me at the door and gently took the pigeon from me and managed everything beautifully. They later informed me that unfortunately they couldn't save the pigeon.
I really appreciated their quick response, high quality of care, kindness , concern and enthusiasm - all the traits anyone looks for when they are caring for animals. Highly recommend them!

N. B.Have just recently visited this vet for my dogs annual vaccinations and health check. The reception staff were fabulous and very understanding of my nervous dog. They coaxed him in to the building by calling his name and offering strokes and love.
The lady vet who we saw was great, she was talking to my dog throughout and stroking him to keep him calm and at ease whilst explaining everything she was doing to me and also offering tips and advice on how to keep my boy fit and healthy at home.
The atmosphere at this surgery is lovely and really homely and all staff are so friendly and nice! I would definitely recommend this surgery to others! Keep up the great work!
J. G.The first time we visited Vets4Pets in Benton wasn't the best of circumstances... Our long time friend and companion Tess was very poorly and was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the times that we had to visit they made us feel at ease, no judgements were made and Tess' end of life care was second to none. The care they took was just beautiful and we felt like we gave her the best send off that we could given the circumstances we were faced with. We will forever be grateful; which is why, when we decided to get our puppy it was an no brainer who our vets would be.
Louis loves visiting Vets4Pets, he loves ALL the staff there as they fuss over him like he was their own. The nurses are amazing, very knowledgeable, thorough and happy to discuss all aspects of his care. The vet led appointments are always very thorough. There's never a feeling that you are taking up their time, they are genuinely interested in helping you in any way that they can. The girls on reception are amazing too and Louis goes straight to them for cuddles. Always with a smile on their faces and happy to chat while you wait to be seen.
All in all, I wouldn't take Louis anywhere else. Thank you! Mrs Gibson & family
L. S.I called on Friday after an issue with my cat and was advised to monitor and call back the next day if I was still worried. Diego came in for a last minute appointment with the vet on Saturday morning and the vet got us an urgent referral at Moorview after examining him. He’s now back to his normal self and is no longer uncomfortable. Thank you for your help and referral!

D. H.Our dog was really very unwell but I found the vet and all of the staff to be very reassuring and felt like they genuinely cared about him. They have kept us informed about his treatment and given different options all the way through
G. F.Brilliant service from nurse, Harriet. She checked Jacob over thoroughly and did weight check. Jacob had been crying during the journey from home and when we arrived at vets surgery. As soon as Harriet spoke to him, he was very calm and relaxed with her and was not at all worried. She is amazing with cats and I imagine she will be the same with any animal.
T.The staff were a really big help when I needed assistance with my cats. I was provided with good nutrition advice from the nurse and it was clear she was passionate about working with animals. My cats were scared but loved getting the nurses attention and affection. Easy to get to, and waiting room divides cats and dogs which I find good as it prevents my cats getting stressed by seeing a dog near by. It would be good if they had more high stands for cats incase there is more than two cats in the waiting area.
K. R.Reminder sent for booster, easy to make an appointment, I waited less than 10 minutes, the vet was friendly and competent and agreed straightaway to clip a nail (not part of the original visit). Visiting the vet is not something that my dog enjoys but vet was gentle and calm and put Lily at ease as much as possible.

P. S. N.I have always been treat with a lot of respect .from a highly experienced team. I have been going to this Vets Benton Road Newcastle upon Tyne Branch .since it opened with all of my rescue Dogs. and i take my hat off to all of them.thank you Vets 4 Pets .
P. S.Amazing team here! Saved me time and money, never did I once feel like i was being sold services i did not need, which i have experienced before in other vets. They took very good care of my Beast after his castration.

V. K.I brought in an injured fledgling blackbird that I had found in the garden. The reception staff were very friendly. The practice nurse was called and immediately, without fuss or indeed mention of fees took the bird in to her sanctuary.

J. M.The nurse survived and managed to look at her teeth while I held her in a towel on the floor. She was checked for everything else wearing a muzzle. This is a little cat that turns into Chucky at the vets. Is now booked in for a dental and chip. The chip has been put off until she could be knocked out. Please keep your paws crossed for your staff. Feral when in vets but sweetheart at home. Good luck.....

D. A.From start to finish the visit to Vets4Pets was highly satisfying. Booking the appointment was simple, their website is nicely designed and easy to use, the reception staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly and the Vet was kind and took her time to carry out the vaccines and answer any questions we had.
Overall it was a great experience and we will be using Vets4Pets as our preferred choice of vet for our little cockapoo Joey.
We took the 'Best Start In Life' package, which seemed like a very good deal at £49 and included a bag of Royal Canin biscuits which our dog loves the taste of. With Joey being our first puppy, it really helped us to have a package with all the necessities included. We'll be booking in to one of the vets 'Puppy Parties' for our dog to socialise with other puppies and for us to meet other owners.

S.Vets4pets is amazing the love and care that your pet received from Corrine and all the staff is absolutely wonderful, I had two beautiful cats that used to go to see Corrine and she was amazing with them sadly my little beautiful girls sadly had to go pets heaven due to age and medical problems everyone were great at such a sad time they showed love and respect to both my cats and to me as a pet owner which was lovely. I recently took Buster a stray that Ive looked after for over eight years to see Corrine who sadly told me he was really poorly very old and things were starting to stop working the way things should and I know if there was any possibility of Corrine making him better she would have. I definitely 100 percent say to anyone who's looking for a Vet please go and see the staff at Vets4pets they care so much I hope this helps x

S. O.Vets4Pets treated my 9 year-old lop-eared rabbit Max for a persistent and enormous cyst under his ear. He is a fragile old guy but under Corinne's patient care and guidance we got through it. The cyst is gone and he has a new lease of life. No hesitation recommending to rabbit owners.
