My puppy Tali loves visiting Fields even if it means having an injection. She loves to stop by the front desk for a cheeky treat from the receptionists. Our usual vet takes the time to discuss Tali's treatment options with me and is happy to answer my questions, even if I go in with a list 😂

All three of my kittens have received excellent care and attention. The vet is very gentle and takes time to check them out thoroughly. I would also like to recommend this veterinary practice as, when I had my rottweilers, they could not have been any more caring and considerate - particularly when it came to their end of life care.

This is a busy, caring practice with a good team of staff who work together to meet the needs of their patients some of whom, my cat included, make life difficult for them at times. They are empathic towards owners too, recognizing their need to grieve when a much loved pet dies. I have been a client at this practice for many years.

Lulu and Truley love visiting Fields vets after having bad experiences at another leading veterinary practice. We have found that Fields vets are run far more professionaly & are by far much cleaner, more friendly and welcoming. In the 2 1/2 years we have been with them they have shown outstanding knowledge and best practice helping one of our dogs out of a near death experience. Couldn't recommend Fields vets enough. Outstanding !

I was slightly confused by how to enter the practice given the covid-19 cases but when I finally read the sign and phoned the reception as instructed they let me know they had already checked me in. The vet was incredible with Daisy, she was a bit unsure to begin with but then warmed very quickly. He did all the checks I needed him to, including an eye test to confirm her eyes were all ok. He really put my mind at ease with his knowledge and also how great he was with Daisy. He answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was doing a great job looking after my little pup. Could not be happier!

My 1 year old Spaniel, Indie, is always looked after and treated well incredible care. The staff are wonderful; patient and informative, offering advice and giving many opportunities to ask questions. They always make a fuss of Indie when he’s there, which puts him right at ease! My family have been going to Fields Vets since the early 2000s so there’s obviously nowhere else I would go!

What an amazing Vets!!! Always recommend and wouldn't go elsewhere. The Reception staff are so lovely and the Vets take their time and really love the animals. My cat Simba loves attention and cuddles and is always welcomed with open arms. The care he gets is second to none.

You always want the best for your pet and Fields gave us a professional and caring experience in what was a very sad time. We've been with them for 3 years and always felt that our cat was cared for and that they wanted the best for her and that's what they gave her even given the difficulties that Covid has placed on us all. Whilst our cat had to be put to sleep, the staff at Fields showed us such sympathy and care that it made the situation a little bit easier to deal with. They even sent us a bereavement card, which to some may seem silly, but to us was a king and very thoughtful gesture. Thank you Fields x

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. John is a great vet, honest and straight to the point. My client had questions in regards to cooking food for their dog and together with John's help I was able to explain the potential difficulties this would induce. The pet plan is also a useful tool. I'm sent texts as a reminder for the dog/pups next treatment and they have regular check-ups so I'm aware of their weight etc.

I've been using this vets for a few years now, for my dogs and pet rats. All the staff are fantastic and my dog loves visiting. Even the day after she was neutered (they did this with keyhole surgery which is great) she was tugging at the lead to go back through their doors. Unlike other vets, you don't hear dogs crying/howling in their cages either because they are not left alone while they are there.

Used to work here few years ago, that wasn't good, but the vet who saw my dog this week was amazing and the other vets are good too. Both Laura and Natasha (nurse/reception staff) are fab. Definitely recommend even though they are not the cheapest vets

Fields vet is unbeatable. I would highly recommend them. All the staff there that I have had dealings with have been fantastic, receptionists, nurses and vets alike. it's clear they love animals and love their jobs. They were very helpful and highly knowledgeable, providing great treatment for my pet rat. They operated on my dog to remove a large abscess which was causing him problems. He had such great treatment he was really happy every time I took him back. When he lost use of his legs and I sadly had to have him put to sleep they came out to my home to do it and were exceptionally kind and compassionate. Six months down the line I have another dog and would not dream of taking her elsewhere.

Vet's have always been good. and I've used them for years but I still have 2 issues. Firstly they push you to use your insurance for any treatment but you always have to pay the full amount and then claim it back ( defeats the object of insurance if you can afford to pay it all anyway) Secondly they push and push they're pet plan even when you say no REPEATEDLY .

I love this surgery, been going here for the last 16 years and won't go anywhere else even though there are ones much closer and cheaper to where I live. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - they treat my dogs like members of the family and always have a smile and a treat ( for the dogs - not for me, that would be just weird).

Have used the Practice since the late 1990s The Vets always explain the Treatment needed in great detail, never rush you through the Consultation. They keep up with the latest Procedures / Medicines etc. The care that the Vets give is fantastic. Jamie has been wonderful looking after my Dog recently Would highly recommend the Practice..

Couldn't ask for a better vet, treated our baby and us better than we could of ever expected. Sadly our girl couldn't be helped and had to be put to sleep due to cancer on her spline, it was a Saturday morning and we were there all morning until early afternoon and couldn't of asked for any better treatment. There was no rushing us and treated us with the best respect you could ask for when we said goodbye to our girl. They were great from start to finish with our baby, didn't feel pushy about the bill like many other vets do and let us take our time with our girl. Best vets around and couldn't ask for anyone better to treat our fur baby.

Chuck the pup is a serial food thief! This time he gobbled down a piece of cake full of chocolate, nuts and xylitol, all lethal to dogs. Field vets were efficient, professional and gave me a call back to check his welfare when we were later than expected to bring him in. They whisked him off straight away when we walked through the door and then saw us in the consultation room when his treatment had been started. All the team were caring and really reassuring, they made us much calmer about what could have been a terrible situation. Really pleased to have such a good surgery and team so close by. Thank you!

Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Separate waiting areas for dogs and cats to reduce stress and fighting. Sometimes there might be a wait if emergencies come in and you've got a routine appointment, but the staff will kindly let you know.
