Took my young female kitten for her post op check up. The vet noticed her gums were a bit red and told to keep a check on them. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, and the vet Monty an absolute star, very knowledgeable on all things cat related, also runs a cat clinic one day a week which I think is excellent. Love this veterinary practice.

Jones the vet has the most welcoming and professional staff. Small surgery but perfect. Have been taking our family dogs here for roughly 19 years, and that is all the proof there. Byron will always go the extra mile, and delivers the highest standard of care for your pet, whilst also being transparent and honest. The nursing staff are welcoming, always willing to help and also go that extra mile. Perfect 👌🏼

Very good, normally sort my pooch out as he's getting older. Competent vet and nice assistants and reception staff. They don't get five stars as the place is very small, so with Covid restrictions, you have to wait outside. OK until it rains.

Have been going to the practice for over 10years however my last 2 experiences have not been great. The vet was too busy to look at my cats, and missed a few health problems with both. I was promised a call back if the cat had mites as did not have time to check whilst I was there. The phone call never came and it materialised that she did. After a second opinion by another vet a few days later, I actually managed to get the problem solved. I'm sure the service would be great normally, but on both occasions I have been there it has been too busy to actually get a good look over.

I phoned for advice and possibly a consultation as budget vets were useless and they were so helpful. Gave me advice over the phone for free and I’m not even a customer. Can not believe how lovely the lady was. When this virus is over I will be changing vets to them without a doubt.

Byron Jones has retired, but he seems to have passed on his inpeccable customer manner and broad knowledge. Got an appointment next day. Very considerate examination of our cat with painful joints.

Due to unfortunate happenings I became. Homeless due to rescuing a beautiful dog miss HALO-Angel I was blessed with a Dogs Trust Card an then blessed to have met a wonderful vet and his staff it's a small practice but clean warm and welcoming. Dr Jones as I refer to him is a brilliant man and very prefessional he. Nor his staff were discriminating they've gave me advice and also helped my baby Couldnt ask for. A better vet he an his staff are beautiful. It's nice to have such caring. Staff. I know HALO-ANGEL definitely. Agrees 🐶🐕👍👍👍💙💚💜

Forget the rest and go to the best If you think your mind is set, Then you need to visit this Vet If your furbaby is ill, and you neeed more than a pill, Then you need to ring the team at SUMMERHILL. Jones The Vet looks after more than your pet, The 5 star treatment that you get, will make sure that you will ALWAYS love this vet. Byron, Sian and the Team at Summerhill, are exceptional - they have ALWAYS cared for all of our animals. I've never felt pressured or judged at all and the prices are very very good. If you truly love your pets, take them to someone that loves them as much as these guys. I was recently going to Parc pantry next door to Jones The Vet to have a coffee with a friend and all my Dog Sid wanted to do was go in and see Byron and the girls next door in the vets.....a dog will ALWAYS be the best judge 😉

I normally go to the to the one in summerhill avenue, but I only went to Jones vet as I was in the area. They rang my dogs meds through to the other branch so save me going to the other side of town. Really helpful! Nice staff, thanks!
