Summerleaze were great after my cat unexpectedly passed away last week. Good communication and fast service, lovely little chapel where I could say a proper goodbye as well. Despite it being a very difficult time for me it was nice knowing that my boy was in safe hands. Thank you!

My mind wasn't prepared for the standard and facilities that these wonderful folks have. I was so impressed by the chapel room that I was comfortable leaving my almost 20yr old fury baby girl in their hands. It gave me enormous closure that she was cremated by herself and was back in her own bed, in a beautiful box the very next day. All of the ladies on duty over those two days were exceptional and I'm so grateful to have had them at hand. Thank you so much xx

After waking and finding our beloved King Charles cavalier had passed away our local vets gave me this crematorium number to ring and ask for help. From the moment the phone was answered I had nothing but empathy, compassion and professionalism from Lisa. Later that day we took Flynn there and was net by Carol who was also professional and compassionate. We were able to say goodbye privately and arrangements made to collect his ashes the following day. Thank you so much for making this awful time for us as a family a little more bearable

My beloved cat Dylan passed away suddenly after an accident. The vets were so gentle and kind and gave me the opportunity to have him cremated so he could come home to us. The cremation was performed and he arrived back to us in a beautiful container and box with a certificate We will decide where to scatter his ashes as he loves to be outside chasing flies and shadows. We miss him so much, but know he was cared for until the end by our wonderful vets and Summerleaze has helped the pain. Thank you 🙏

Our beloved Cat Fluffles came home in a beautiful casket after dying suddenly after a short illness. Our vet arranged everything as i was in shock, heartbroken at the roadside at 3am. Would of appreciated a phone call from this place is why 4 stars. It was literally arranged minutes after he passed. Also certificate says "cremated 6th March", didn't get him back until the 15th where as the website says "3 days". More communication is my only complaint. Would of loved at least the chance to choose his final resting casket. Thank you for taking our beautiful boy on his last journey with dignity.xx I just wanted to add, my Beautiful Boy passing completely broke my heart. I even contacted this place by email to ask if they looked after him properly, I needed to know he was cared for. A lovely lady phoned me and through all my tears really reassured me he was looked after properly until he was returned to me.

Wonderful service after my cat Georgie died suddenly this week. Their driver picked up Georgie and was cremated on the same day. His ashes were put in a beautiful carved wooden cat, driven back and is now alongside Stevie who also was cremated by Summerleaze some years ago. A very kind and efficient service. I could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Summerleaze.

We would like to say a great big thank you to the staff at Summerleaze Pet Crematorium, particularly Lisa, for being incredibly supportive and empathetic. We would highly recommend Summerleaze and would not hesitate to use the crematorium again in the future. Alfie is now back home, where he belongs, in the most beautiful casket. We weren’t going to have a fur clipping, but Lisa convinced us to, and now we are so glad that we did. The attention to detail was excellent throughout - this made an incredibly challenging time just that little bit easier - thank you.

Summerleaze provided a wonderful service when my cat passed away. They were sympathetic, informative and very fast. The choice of urns and memorials was excellent and it worked out much cheaper than the cremation service offered by my vet. Highly recommended.
