The Animal Medical Centre receptionist are very friendly & helpful. The nurses & vets are really caring with my dogs & very good with them. They take the time to explain everything to me so I can understand everything. My dogs really enjoy going to the vets as they make a real fuss over them which put them at ease. Which makes it a whole lot easier with going to the vets with my 3 dogs & cat.

Such kind, caring, compassionate people who work here, especially Victoria, her kindness goes above and beyond her role. I could not recommend this vets enough. We all know the time will come when we have to say goodbye to our beloved pets but when its unexpected its just that little bit harder but to receive such kindess from this practice has helped. I would not even consider using another vets.

Absolutely astounding veterinary clinic they did everything they possibly could for my elderly cat. All the staff are 100% genuine and careing people even to the point they sent me a forget me not card on the loss of my loyal companion it brought tears to my eyes plus they put a little pouch of forget me not seeds in my card to plant in my garden what a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend these vets to everyone because they genuinely care about the animal's they treat x x x x x

I have recently joined The Animal Medical Centre and we was made to feel very welcome in the practice. The staff were all very friendly and made a big fuss of my dog Barney and he seemed happy which is the most important thing. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We got our amazing cat Jim from them through the Stray Animal Fund they are associated with. They couldn't have been more helpful. These people love animals and they were sad to see Jim go. We have had occasion to bring Jim in for vaccinations and checks ups over the years we've had him. The quality and knowledge of all the staff we have had dealings with has always been nothing but excellent. Jim's had a few fights with other cats locally and had scratches that worried us, they always see him quickly which puts our minds at rest. They really do put the animals first. I couldn't recommend them enough and we'll keep bringing Jim along when needed. Keep up the good work AMC.

This used to be a very friendly vets, don’t know what happened management change maybe but after a decor change to the premises inside, seems to have changed, staff used to be chatty and helpful to just being a paying customer with no customer staff interaction.
