Such an efficient service and friendly lady on the reception. Kits are better and more substantial than other similar services I have used. It is worth paying a little bit more for. Only ever had 1 positive worm and they told me exactly what to do very simply.

I have used Wormcount.com before. The service is easy and the results are super quick. I used them again recently for my 3 dogs. Unfortunately for my little girl tested positive for fox lunworm. The guys at the lab were very kind and considerate, they responded super quick to my queries. They even took into account my personal feeling about resharing something i had put on my social media after receiving the sad result which was very considerate. All in all fantastic service, 1st class customer care and excellent knowledge. If you are looking to do worm counts with your animals then I highly recommend I certainly wouldnt use anyone else.

Absolutely the best customer service ever received from any company!! I have used them since converting Evie my staffie/oeb cross 2 years ago to raw feeding, I have recently also had an almost 8mth old english bulldog who was put onto raw immediately & I obviously did a wormcount & lungworm check on her - the staff here - no matter who they are - are soooo pleasant, helpful & polite...keep up the good work!!!

I use this service to test my dogs for worms so that I can avoid unnecessarily dosing them with wormer. I have purchased kits online as well as found them available in my local pet shop. Everything you need to collect and return your samples is provided in the kit I purchased. Instructions are simple and clear. I posted my most recent tests out on a Monday and received the results by email on Wednesday morning. Results are very clear with a colour-coded table. I highly recommend this service and will continue to use it so that I can avoid dosing my dogs with medication they do not need.

I’ve used wormcount for several years. The customer service is friendly and second to none, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Results are given quickly and the whole process is great value for money. It’s great to know you aren’t giving your pets needless chemicals. Highly recommended, I would not use anyone else.

Such a thorough and excellent service ...full testing for all the worm nasties ...I usually wormcount my adult dogs every 3 months...this means that unless there are any positive results, I don't need to give my dogs any unnecessary chemicals...As long as the postal service is on time when i send their samples in, I get my results in full via email within a couple of days...and they are extremely helpful with any queries ...basically I can not recommend these guys highly enough...a really excellent service that means my beloved pets are much healthier too !! Win win !!
