J. J.An amazing surgery. They've had my dog overnight twice, kept us updated in the evening and first thing in the morning. Both times he came home feeling better and happy. Reception staff are brilliant too. Always happy to help. I trust this surgery 100%.
J. M.I took my poorly dog in last week, the vet I saw was absolutely lovely, really sympathetic and explained what my options were. Unfortunately it became clear that my little dog was too poorly and it was time for her to be put to sleep. I cannot praise the vet highly enough for her patience, understanding and for the lovely card I got from the surgery. Thank you all so much, I've made the right choice of vets after my recent move. I found the staff extremely caring and helpful at a really sad time, Thelma and myself were both treated with the utmost respect and I can't praise them enough. G. p.Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was confident my poorly chicken was in safe hands. I will definitely use this practice for my chickens (and possibly other pets) welfare in future even though they are a good 45 mins drive for me.
L. O.I cannot thank the team enough at this place. Thank you so much to the vet Monika who helped my rabbit Twix. She was so ill and I was so worried about her but she kept me 100 % informed at all times. I was even allowed to visit her for a bit ! They really know their stuff which is why I wanted to avoid my usual vets and I was not disappointed ! She is now back to eating and has been back to binkying all afternoon in the Garden whilst I worked outside. Thank you for being so wonderful with the around the clock care you provided and for putting up with her "sass" once again I cannot thank you all enough.

A. C.We've been going to allcreatures for Years now, we had Rabbits and all the staff from the reception to vets was fantastic with them treated them like their own. Unfortunately our Rabbits past away which we was devastated but we then got a puppy and allcreatures was our first port of call. Our pup Luna went to puppy classes there which was fantastic to socialise with other dogs and learn the basics she is now nearly 3 years old and she loves going to the vets she actually gets excited when she see's them and can't wait for all the fuss she gets they've allways been quick to diagnose any issues and treat them. To the owner of allcreatures well done to you and all your team! Keep up the good work!
