From the off this vet practice was amazing. The ladies on the desk are kind, helpful and very understanding of how much we love our animals. After our Labrador was treated elsewhere and wasn't treated how he should have been, luckily we got him an appointment at broadlands, and ever since we have been travelling from Essex to Norfolk for our dog to be treated here. The vets in this practice will go all out and do everything possible to treat your pet with the kindness & love they deserve. they are gentle & calming as if they were their own and not just in it for the money & were honest throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone who wanted their pets completely looked & cared for. Thank you all for looking after buttons so well. Nicky x

Hilary and her team have looked after our cat Ruby for 16 years and during that time have been amazing. Their friendliness, compassion and understanding is second to none. They have cared for her through so many injury’s expertly, including cancer and chemotherapy and yesterday when Ruby’s journey was over without hesitation Hillary came to our home and put her to sleep so calmly and professionally so that she was relaxed until the end. I cannot praise them enough, each and every one of them.

Every time I have been unfortunate enough to have to visit this vet the experience has been exceptional. They are very good, very caring and very communicative. This vet surgery are absolutely lovely. The vets and nurses are really well trained and kept up to date. They've always put my dog needs first and explain any treatment or medication to me well. Everytime we are greeted by the lovely receptionists who are really polite and the waiting area is always kept clean. I wouldn't take my furbaby anywhere else!

Unfortunately whilst on holiday our dog became quite unwell. She was seen the same day and treated until late into the night. The vet was professional, knowledgeable and on point, the nurse kind caring and understanding, the receptionist, an excellent communicator, kept us informed that the appointments were running a little late and informed the vet on the condition of my dog. Highly recommended, and a big thank you from us and Bella Shaw , the French bulldog.

We have a caravan at Sea Palling and I saw on my Sheltie's ear what I thought was a tic, but not sure. The staff at sugergery were very helpful and kind checked her out and said it wasnt a tic, so glad I took her. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist.

Hillary and her team have looked after all our animals and we are indebted to them for their service. She even took one of our dogs home for the weekend to care for him as she didn't want to leave him in the surgery. There are 2 parking spaces on the front of the surgery and a pay and display almost opposite with 3 free half hour bays.

Just fantastic service, we were in Norfolk on holiday and they looked after our dog and his cut paw over three visits, including on on new years day! The entire staff were leagues better than our own surgery up here in Glasgow and really helped our cocker spaniel through his anxiety, ultimately removing a staple holding his paw pad together. They were continuously working away at the price of bits we were buying, to a point we've never seen anywhere else, further they didn't charge any extra to see us on new years day. Top surgery, wish we were more local to them!

All the staff are excellent ,caring and helpful. Hillary was fantastic when we had to have our beautiful old dog put to sleep, she worked with great compassion and at a speed to suit us even though it was 1 o'clock in the morning.

Being on hoilday and not knowing the area very well I Cant thank all the staff for being so kind and caring today. Had to take my Great Dane Luna in as she had an allergic reaction to something and her face was swelling up very fast. Even though they were exceptionally busy they still spent time with her and i felt that she was treated like a princess. Luna is back at her holiday cottage now recovering. Thank you all so much 💖💖

I cannot thank Hilary and Jemma enough for the care and attention they gave to my dog Goblin whilst we were holidaying locally. Goblin unfortunately became quite poorly and was in considerable pain and discomfort but the dedication and quick response by both of these ladies ensured that she was medicated appropriately and monitored closely til she was well enough to come home. Thankyou ladies!

It seems inevitable that when the sad time arrives to have a beloved pet euthanised, it always happens at night or at the weekend when there are no vets available. After an awful and stressful previous experience with our other cat, we wanted to have our 21 year old beloved elderly cat put to sleep at home. Our own main practice had no vets available on a Friday or Saturday morning but Broadland House very kindly agreed to come out to our house with no notice late on Friday afternoon. The vet and nurse were so kind and empathetic despite me sobbing like an idiot over the darn cat! Am so grateful and would highly recommend this practice.

Hilary is experienced, up to date, incredibly knowledgeable and importantly, she really cares! Animal wellbeing is a clear priority not monetary gain.
