L. W.Oreo was in for nutering this week, and everyone was so lovely, the nurse, receptionists were so helpful. I had to ring to check as I was concerned about toileting. The receptionist went straight to the nurse who then spoke to the vet and put my mind at rest and told me what to look out for and told me to ring back the following day if I was still concerned and they will reassess the situation. They were quick to make pre op appointments, and were lovely when I rang on the day of the operation for updates and even rang the following day to see how he was.
The care is top notch and I'm so glad Oreo is registered at such a lovely vets. Thank you for looking after a nervous Oreo and a more nervous owner 🤣

Once Lilo had been examined the vet was very clear with her diagnosis and what next steps would be. Expected a higher bill due to booking as an emergency. M. L.Lovely staff, lovely vets! My dog was hurt in an accident and cracked his head open - literally! (Butted heads with his best friend, a very sturdy Labrador). The staff were wonderful and helped us so much. Talked us through every stage of care, explained all the options. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation! My dog is now happy and healthy and back to his usual playful self.
T. G. M.I ordered repeat drugs. The reason for a vet consultation was explained and an appointment made to match the medicine availability. Vet (Steffan) is always friendly, knowledgeable and has dog's best interest at heart. Good advice given and well explained.
