I can’t find fault for everything from answering my queries, to booking an appointment, up to the time my dog was seen by the vet. They were all professional and kind. The only issue is the very high vet bill, especially when the reason of the visit is due to an illness, just sad that this is how it is.

All the staff were very friendly. Despite it being quite busy, the receptionist was very attentive and saw to us quickly. The recovery nurse was really informative and made sure we were happy with the after care for our 2 kittens. Very happy with the service!

Happy with the experience here, a regular visit to have my rabbits teeth trimmed. (Although a little costly when this is an ongoing periodical need / every 6 weeks - I understand you pay for what you get!). The nurse is always friendly, informative and observant, as well as respectful. Able to keep him calm and perform the procedure quickly. Never left waiting in the waiting room too long either. Been happy here for my other pets too. Thank you.

Cannot fault the care my dog has received from the vet at Longwater. Diagnosis of puritus, picked up by the on site groomer. Quick appointment with the vet, thorough examination and treatment, and my dog is now receiving monthly injections. Vicki, the receptionist was amazing. She sorted our insurance claim ( well worth the small £5 admin fee), and our insurance company quickly paid for initial cost ( minus excess), and continuing to pay for treatment. Highly recommend CC VET at Longwater

Emma (the vet) was positive and friendly, she was calm and efficient with our pet. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly. After the visit, which was for an ultrasound, the scans were sent to me very quickly.

I have a puppy who is my first family pet so I was anxious to take him to his first jabs. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the vet was outstanding. She answered all my questions, took the time to explain everything and looked after my puppy very well. I came away feeling totally prepared and confident that I had chosen the right vets for us. The store staff was also really friendly and helpful. A very nice visit overall. ( I think the vets name is Heather Gage)

The vets, nurses and receptionists are always so friendly here. Our cat isn't very good in boxes so they allow him to be on his harness which is great for us. There are also separate cat and dog wait areas so please check where you sit while waiting to be seen. We have taken our cat to have a number of procedures here and everyone is so helpful in explaining the process of each operation and they also call to give regular updates throughout the day. The surgery is always really good with booking appointments. We've been able to book an appointment within 20 minutes of calling which is incredible. I'd definitely recommend getting the complete care package they offer. A lovely vets.

Emergency felt with care and understanding of my pet and also my needs as a pet owner in an anxious situation

This was the second emergency visit in a week. The first was for treatment of a poorly hamster, I messaged them and they rang me very quickly and asked me to come in straight away. The vet was fantastic both on the phone and face to face. The second unfortunately was to have the hamster put to sleep she sadly died on the way :(nether the less the vet was amazing on the phone and nurse who greeted us was very kind and took cookie inside just to check her over. She was very sincere and very sweet when she brought the hamster back for us, of which I am very grateful.

I was a nervous wreck when I took my baby girl in to be spayed. The nurses were so very kind. It was exceptional, the staff were outstanding, my dad and mum both took or picked up my kitten from her appointments. And they both were so impressed by the service.

They were extremely accomodating. Bertie was ill and didnt have an appointmnet. He was fitted in and given expert help from the vet, Heather. The options were all explianed to me. I was still worried the next morning and rang Companion Care. The receptionist was the same as the day before and remembered Bertie. She spoke to the vet and rang me back with further advice from the vet. They couldn't have been more helpful. Bertie is better now.

We had a terrible experience at our local vet in Attleborough who were not interested in treating animals. Sadly, only interested in money! We lost 2, 13 week old bunnies within 30 hours. We decided to get our third bunny checked at a different practice. They worked around our needs and squeezed us in at such short notice. Sadly as we arrived our third bunny passed away. The vet we saw was superb! She answered all our questions, was very sympathetic and understanding. Please could you let us know who saw Tigger on 29th May as we would like to deal with her in the future. We will return once we purchase a new pet in the near future! Thank you for a good experience.

When my dog limped into the house from the back garden without putting her rear left leg down at all we knew it was going to be a mild to serious case for the vet, we took her straight there and was seen in short time, they managed to book her in for the day to do a series of xrays and blood tests etc, the diagnosis was Cruciate Ligament Disease, they talked us through this very confidently and the options for treatment was was also explained very clearly, our dog was booked in for surgery within a week, she had a metal plate with 4 pins put into her knee joint, the staff were great throughout this process they loved our dog and in return made her actually get excited to go to the vet compared to her first few visits, the aftercare plan was supurb and any questions or concerns we had were still met with confident answers, we are highly greatful for what they have done and would recommend them extremely.
