Friendly helpful reception staff. Also knowledgeable. Really nice friendly vet who knew his stuff. Helpful and polite. Also as far as Vet fees go now fairly reasonable. Appointment system is a pain having to phone at 8 am to see if you can be seen.

Normally excellent. Despite being busy always able to help. Lately it has been absolutely impossible to get ab appointment, receptionists have been very short on rhe phone. Unwilling to listen to reason for appointment and maybe offer advice as they used to.

When I rang in the morning to request an appointment, the receptionist took details of my cat's issue on the day and overall health, then sought veterinary advice as to whether a same-day appointment was needed. An appointment was found which fitted round my work schedule for the day. My cat was seen by her regular vet, who knows her well. He took time to examine her thoroughly, asked me about recent changes in her presentation, showed interest and concern. He explained his diagnosis, recommended treatment (with reasons) and costs, and was gentle and attentive to my cat, putting her at ease.

All rabbit savvy vets! By this I mean that they are all very experienced vets and can provide the best care for your pets, in my case my rabbits. Both of my bunnies are registered here and I have had them both done at this vets. They were so helpful and answered all my questions and offered me unlimited post-op vet visits in case I was worried about their progress. They are very thorough and do their job extremely well! Both my male and female rabbit recovered quickly and safely from their surgeries and their wounds healed up really well within the first week. Will definitely recommend this vets to anybody that cares about their pets.

The surgery went really well and actually ended up being almost £200 cheaper than the original quote. My piggy is now back to full health and is loving life! Vet Alex has been phenomenal throughout our visits with her knowledge, time and care for our cat. All the team have been amazing. Thanks to Alex, our cats surgery was pushed forward to prevent her eye getting worse when her eye drops weren't working. Her care towards our cat and us has been exceptional prior to and following her surgery. We have total trust and faith in Alex and the veterinary and nursing team. Our cats eye has been saved thanks to Alex and the team. The receptionists are so kind and everyone has dealt with the situation during the pandemic in a safe and professional way. I have been taking my cats here for 18 months now and all members of staff are fantastic. I am a very nervous pet mummy, I hate upsetting them, and the staff (reception especially) have seen me in all states! The vets are fantastic with my girls, really gentle and seem genuinely pleased to see them each visit. It's convenient as it's a few miles down the road, has loads of parking and is easily accessible. The layout, having cats and dogs seperate in the waiting area is a fantastic and the current Covid setup seems to work really well, I felt very safe when I last visited.

This was our closest vet, and we got an appointment the same day for our spaniel, who was really unwell, lethargic and almost off his feet. The staff were lovely on the phone, and in reception. Receptionist was brilliant as it was an unplanned visit as it was an emergency she was so friendly and comforting after taking our puppy away for urgent assessment she returned and could see my partner was distressed so aloud us to wait in a private room and offered us drinks and tissues which is only a small gesture but makes a big difference at times like that! Very happy with Companion Care. I took my very nervous ferret in for a vasectomy and the staff were brilliant with him. I also had a follow up call the day after to make sure all was well. Due to the pandemic your service has been offered in the best possible way and it was encouraging to see how well organised you were and to see the vets coming out to the cars to collect the animals. Because of the pandemic Katie and Miracle should have had their boosters etc. in July but was postponed until 30th September. Due to everything I was left in my car while an extremely male nurse took the 2 of them and was very friendly. He even arranged for the 2 of them to have their Bravecto flea treatment sorted as I'm not too great at administering to my cats. Overall a very good evening as the appointment had been made fo 7.30p.m.

My cat Poppy was really poorly and I was able to get an appointment quickly. It turned out to be quite a complicated issue that she had and Hannah the vet who looked after her was amazing. She was able to explain a complicated situation to me clearly and explained all the options that we had available so that I could make a well informed choice . She kept in contact as did another brilliant team member when Hannah was not of shift. I cannot thank the entire team enough for saving Poppy who is now fighting fit again. Had a family pet unfortunately put to sleep here. Lady on the phone was very helpful and gave alot of info beforehand. The vet was very understanding and professional during the sad part. (Gave us time etc.) When going to pay and then a week later, going to pick up ashes, the receptionists didn't seem to comprehend why we were there (to pay for a euthanasia and cremation and then to pick up ashes) they seemed smiley and like they were simply handing over a bag of clothing over a counter, not the cremated remains of a family pet. This was a shame as a little compassion or a "sorry for your loss" would have been appreciated, rather than her "cheers, see you soon" attitude.

because of the Covid 19 restrictions, I was expecting to have to wait outside for long time. in fact the nurse was waiting at the door and suggested I just walked around for a bit, but whilst doing this the vet came to fetch Jenna and took her for her examination. all very straightforward and satisfactory. We've been brining our dog to this vet since we got him nearly 3 years ago, and I can't fault them one bit. Unfortunately for us, we've been more times than we'd like, having a fairly accident prone pup. We've been for simple knocks all the way to major surgery, and every time the companion care guys are absolutely superb, from the reception staff, to the nurses and the vets. It's not often that you consistently visit a busibess where everyone seems happy and comfortable with their job, but here they really do - a great sign that they're well looked after and invested in what they do. Highly recommended to anyone needing care for their furry friend.

Took my little two year old dog in as he was obviously very unwell. The vet examined him and said he couldn't find anything seriously wrong with him, but should he get worse to bring him straight back in. The folliwing day he was dragging his back legs and couldn't walk at all. On rushing back was told by very unsympathetic receptionist that he couldn't be seen and I would have to make an appointment for another day. I was extremely upset to say the least as I considered it to be an emergency. It ended up that my dog had a slipped disc. Perhaps if an x-ray had been taken it would have been discovered.

CAME BACK AND SAID SHE WOULD GET MY VET TO RING ME IN A VERY OFF HANDED WAY AND CUT ME OFF . WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY RUDE .MAYBE SHE NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS ALL THE OTHER LADIES ON RECEPTION ARE LOVELY , BUT THIS ONE HAD A PROBLEM . DEFFINETLY UNHELPFULL.
