Lottie was so happy with Andrea looking after her. When we booked a last minute break she went to another cattery and was obviously not as happy as being at Cats@Ratcliffe as she would not have anything to do with us. My daughter collected her yesterday and Lottie breezed in to the house like she had been outside for 5 minutes. So loving and happy to see us. The photos of her kept us going and we clock watched for the time we knew they would be there. There is no better place to leave my baby.

Cats at Ratcliffe is an excellent choice for boarding a much beloved cat. Our cat has now stayed with Andrea 3 times and I can safely say that when we are away we don’t have to worry about her as we know she is safe, happy and loved. We love seeing the photos of the guests on the facebook page - even when our own cat isn’t boarding! But when she is, it means so much seeing her every day safe and content and well looked after. Andrea makes it so easy, providing your cat’s own food for them, and treats. They have lots of toys to play with to keep them entertained, the only thing you need to remember is to book your cat in early enough as places are so much in demand! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service Andrea provided. Our 10 month old British Shorthair kitten Pablo stayed at Andrea's luxury cat hotel for two weeks and he really enjoyed himself! We were anxious about leaving him as he has never stayed away from home before but Andrea's professional and caring approach made us feel much happier about the situation. It was also hugely reassuring to have daily Facebook updates about Pablo's stay; Andrea posted some lovely pictures of him enjoying himself! The suites are all very clean, warm, spacious and full of toys for the cats to play with. Andrea also provided a drinking fountain and the specific brand of food that Pablo enjoys. Andrea was very flexible and she was more than happy to make alternative arrangements for us in taking Pablo home as we arrived back from our holiday a little earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this service to all cat owners and we will be making arrangements for Pablo to stay again soon! Thank you so much Andrea!

Sent to me via email by a customer. We just wanted to pass our thanks on to Andrea for the loving care she took of our cat during a recent four day stay. Cats @ Ratcliffe is a very professionally run and spotlessly clean cattery. The facilities are also calm and relaxed - which is what we wanted for our nine month old cat who was being left for the first time. Its obvious Andrea is very fond of cats, and she went out of her way to spend time with our cat, to reassure her and make her feel at home. Andrea is also very accommodating - our plane was delayed by a couple of hours, but we were still able to get back later in the evening and collect our cat with no stress, or fuss. Cats @ Ratcliffe is highly recommended and we plan to use them again, just as soon as we can book another holiday. 12/02/2016 J.A.

Our boys Skitz & Diesel have just returned home from their 2 week stay here with Andrea. What can we say, absolutely fantastic! We were very nervous leaving them as they have never stopped away before, the daily pictures were great and made us feel at ease seeing how they were doing. They were extremely well cared for and pampered. Andrea was so good with them catering for all their needs and plenty of cuddles and brushing. We would like to say a huge thank you. The boys will definitely be returning when we next go away without any hesitation and would recommend this lovely place to anyone who wants total peace of mind for their cats. Cats at Ratcliffe Luxury Cat Hotel is everything you could ask for from a cattery, and more. As self-confessed borderline crazy cat people(!), my partner and I were apprehensive about leaving our cats for the first time, but as soon as we met Andrea and saw the facilities provided, our minds were put at ease. Andrea is a genuine cat lover with several of her own (that are kept away from the ‘guests’), and our cats both warmed to her very quickly despite them not being great generally when we have visitors to our house! Andrea supplies a vast selection of wet and dry food, meaning that guests can typically enjoy their normal diet - one less thing for them to acclimatise to! There is no shortage of toys, in fact Andrea keeps a specific bag for each guest containing their favourite items for future visits (with familiar scents for the guests). Those staying over Christmas also receive a customised stocking with names on - and these are just a couple of examples of the fantastic personal touches provided at this cattery. The ‘suites’ are split into two sections - an indoor, temperature controlled part with two tiers to look out of the window, sleep, eat and drink (complete with water fountains!) and a front part that is slightly more open for cats to play, and hear each other and the radio in the corridor. Cats are also allowed a supervised wander down the corridor from time to time so that they can stretch their legs and say hello to other visiting felines! The guests even get groomed, along with plenty of fuss and attention in general from Andrea. The suites vary in size, meaning that they can accommodate cats that live together. There are several cat trees etc. in each suite, and Andrea constantly invests in new equipment and considers ways to improve what is on offer. The best part for us is the daily Facebook upload of photos of our cats (you can opt out of this if desired), which we always look forward to when away! When we come back to collect them, they’re never in a hurry to leave! It’s no surprise to see that Cats at Ratcliffe Luxury Cat Hotel is becoming increasingly popular with cat owners - fully deserved. If we ever move far away from the area, we’re taking Andrea with us!

My husband and I would recommend Andrea to ANYONE with a cat. Our Freya is our little princess and we were so worried about leaving her with someone when we went away. She has stayed with Andrea twice now and we would never leave her with anyone else. The pictures she posts really help when you're missing your little one. Once you take your cat to Andrea you will not want to go anywhere else ever again!

We decided to leave Arthur with Cats @ Ratcliffe during our two week holiday after reading all of the fantastic reviews online! We loved that we had the option to see our boy daily whilst we were away, which we thought was a lovely touch and would also put our mind at ease. The hotel itself is wonderful - the rooms are very warm and cosy with lovely soft furnishings, plenty of toys and different levels for him to jump to and from. We were also blown away by how immaculate the facilities were! We feel that Andrea truly adores each of the cats that stay in her hotel and gives each visitor so much love and attention during their stay (we have also noticed that Arthur has come back to us even happier and more affectionate than his usual self - amazing!) We live 40 minutes away from Cats @ Ratcliffe and we would not hesitate to leave Arthur in Andrea’s capable and safe hands again and again. Arthur cannot wait to stay with you again Andrea - Thank you so much! 🐱

Our kitty cat Sansa has just come home from her first short stay with Andrea and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her cattery and her fantastic personal, caring and accommodating service to everyone. Truly first class accommodation for the cats, I've stayed in hotels with less comfort features! I rang up at last minuits notice, I was pleasantly greeted on the phone and within minutes I had two week stay for my cats. Over those two weeks I saw daily pictures of them and saw how they were. Highly Recommended Despite my bravado, we were both worried about our little Sid and Nancy when we left them for the first time. We needn't have worried due to your excellent care and love for our cats. I left my cat here for ten days and it was the first time she had been away from home. I am so happy with the service provided it's a lovely place that's very clean and quiet. My little cat was more than happy to be there I am sure and I got an update everyday with photos to put my mind at ease. I would not even consider taking her anywhere else it's a wonderful place and I would recommend it to everyone as I already have. I have told all my friends as it is so lovely it deserves raving reviews. If you are looking for a place for your precious cat I would recommend this without a doubt I am already looking at booking her in again as she was looked after so well she came back home happy and healthy and that's all a pet owner wants. We have been using this cattery from when it first opened. Andrea Jack the proprietor is always kind professional and clearly is a real genuine cat lady/ lover. The cattery is spotlessly clean warm and comfortable. Our fur babies are definitely spoilt by Andrea. They are groomed daily and its great that we see fb photos daily. Wouldnt use any other cattery as Cats @Ratcliffe is the best in Nottingham, infact in the East Midlands! 5 stars plus....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wouldn't take Oscar anywhere else, it's peace of mind that my cat's happy while I'm away, he has even got his own toys there. He has been there 3 times this year. He always comes back with his tail in the air and with a glossy coat. Couldn't be happier with the service.
