Update:
My dog sadly got hit by a car and I went to Medivet to get his dressings changed as I had to take him to the PDSA out of hours after the collision.
They were amazing. They are so caring and really love animals, I have been to vets before who don't seem to love their job but at Medivet Netherfield they really do. They even took pictures of him for their Facebook page. What could've been a really traumatic and uncomfortable experience for my dog was made pleasant for my dog.

Could you tell me what the hard round lump is on the top of her head, and will it just "fall off"? The multiple wounds were very messy, but she is almost free from them now. There is an improvement every day.

D.Location wise, it's easy to get my cats here in an emergency, as I don't drive. In the past I would have given 5 stars when it was Arnwood vets, which was a small practice with a 'family business' feel about it, but unfortunately they have been taken over by Medivet, a large organisation which brings the corporate 'let's make money' feel with it. Prices have gone up and, sadly, vets that have been looking after my pets for years are leaving as they are not happy under the new management. I certainly wouldn't suggest that you shouldn't take your pets here. I'm sure the new vets will care for your animals very well - it's just that, as a long time customer here (since 1995) it's sad to see good vets leaving, not because they want to, but because they can't work under the new management.
