I arrived for my 6pm opponent today. I was welcomed and asked if I would take a seat. I just sat on the floor talking to my cat. The vet that gave my Sphynx cat his second vaccination was called Tina. She was very approachable and my cat was called with her. Very happy with the visit. All of the staff that were working were very polite. Thank you very much. Xxxxx

Everyone was friendly. The vet explained what she was doing and why. When she called next day, again she explained what they meant. My cat was very relaxed with her.

I have been a customer of Dove Vets (now Medivet) for 18 years. Over the last 1-2 years, virtually all the staff have changed. The practice lacks its once personal service. In the last 6-12 months I have had numerous experiences of telephone messages not being processed correctly causing unnecessary delays & a great deal of frustration!

Visited today 6 July. Met new Vet Alex, he was wonderful with Max our family pet, very thorough and explained everything. Alex was extremely caring also veterinary assistants lovely approachable and caring. We have always been happy with Dove, John, James and assistants lovely over the years. I recommend you try this vets for yourself caring, professional and excellent value.

A massive thank you for yesterday when had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our 14yr old Blue put to sleep. Very good practice. James is definitely one of the best vets I've ever dealt with. Treated my cat recently when he became dangerously sick. James approaches diagnosis and treatment in a very practical and effective manner always with the animals best interests at heart. Very reasonably priced and extremely professional. I cant recommend them strongly enough.

Very professional, caring staff, respectful to people and their pets. Prices are reasonable and not like some other vets who over charge. Dove vets have been very helpful and their services much appreciated when dealing with our animals. They are all about the animals welfare, and not making extra £'s. I Would definitely recommend James and Jon and all the staff. They do a great job.

I've been coming here to this practice for over twenty years now. They are brilliant at what they do best. Putting the animals care and health first! The reception staff are lovely, professional but also very friendly too. but most of all the whole practice genuinely care about the animals like they were their own. Would recommend 100%.

Such a shame that Dove have been taken over, James is amazing but one of the new lady vets insisted that our dogs teeth were fine and didnt need cleaning, her breath smelt horrible and her gums were red, some of her teeth were covered in tartar, so we sought a second opinion from a diff practice , she has had to have 4 of her teeth removed that were loose and her gums were swollen and infected. We have used Dove for years as they knew their stuff about guinea pigs

The staff at dove vets are fantastic. I booked my 2 very anxious rescue dogs here for blood tests and vaccinations and the team did everything they could to make the procedures as painless as possible, even if you could hear the howling down the high street!! Highly recommended and I would not go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend the team at Dove enough. They were amazing with my 4 year old cat this year after he suffered a bladder blockage and were so compassionate when I had to have my 16 year old cat put to sleep. Constantly helpful, sympathetic and always explain every step .Xxxx

Brilliant vets. This is a small practice with vets that genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your pet rather than making you pay for whatever they can get from you or your insurance like one particular practice in the area that takes advantage of the pet owners desire to care for their pet almost at any cost. Beware of these charlatans as they appear genuinely concerned about your pet, but will ask questions about your pets health or condition that are really attempts to get you to pay for as many treatments as possible, and who encourage you to get insurance so that there are ready funds to pay for these unnecessary treatments, funds that don't come out of your pocket so you are less inclined to question your vets motives. Dove vets practice may have less reviews and a lower overall score than the dodgy vets that dupe people into allowing their much loved pets to be given unnecessary treatments and used as cash generators but the only two bad reviews for Dove's are by someone who was unable to get in touch by phone and another saying that they are expensive, but that is not my experience. We have always had options explained to us and never felt pressured into paying for more expensive treatment. Dove's is in Stapleford only 10 minutes drive from Beeston and has free parking off the main road directly in front of the vets.
