Absolutely brilliant at looking after my lovely bunny. Really efficient, kept me updated throughout and excellent aftercare too following his neutering op. Everyone from Andrew, the vet, to the nurses and receptionists were really helpful, friendly and professional. No hesitation at all in recommending Oak House Vets.

We take our cat and guinea pigs too Oak House, they take such care of our extended family, always so excited to see/meet our pets. They take such time and care, we never feel rushed. We definitely recommend Oak House.

The staff are always very good. However today we had an appointment for 11.00 but weren't seen until 11.45. Thankfully we were able to sit in the car with the air con on but there were people there simply to collect cat food etc who were also kept waiting for ages on one of the hottest days so far this year. We should have been informed when we arrived (early as always) that there would be a long wait.

Some Amazing people work at this place. I have 2 cats and always have been happy with the experience and the advice I get. Even at busiest of times the vets and all the staff are super friendly and care so much about animals and their wellbeing.

My puppy had some health issues and so far they've been more than helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is covered even during the lockdown. Could not have asked for a better vet! Big thanks to Andrew :)

Friendly staff, genuinely passionate about animals and their care. We have two cats on their pet plan and whilst pricey, service has been great and always easily bookable on short notice. Also in a good place, straight off a main road. Easy to access.

We had a hamster emergency today and the care Maggie got was amazing, I've got all the items and advice I need to take care of her and am so happy with the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. Also when I had to have one of my rats put to sleep everyone was lovely and supportive, giving us the time we needed to say goodbye to him. Don't mind the travelling at all to take my pets there.

Very caring and empathetic. The health plan is a good way of spreading costs. We adopted our super purry furry after someone had found him with his mouth glued up. The head nurse took him home every night for 10 days to keep an extra special eye on him. When we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous gentle old boy we were treated so kindly and given time to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. They treated us all with great dignity and compassion, explaining everything in easily to understand terms.

I'm leaving a 5* review as I've found Jennifer from the Mapperley Plains branch to be great. She's friendly, informative and thorough. I took my cat for an emergency appointment and she stayed late to see her and didn't rush me or make me feel like I was keeping her. I really appreciated her work and mannerism.

Bruce loves the visiting the vets! On every visit he’s been fussed over and I’ve left feeling that he and I are valued, I feel that I can trust the staff at Oak House Vets and that Bruce will always be treated with love and care. All the staff have gone over and above to give advice and greet us warmly, the atmosphere is always friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the staff or the service.
