This was the most difficult decision that we have ever had to make. Our beautiful cat Diesy was in her 20th year and had deteriorated dramatically on Friday evening. I messaged Laura and she got back to me straight away-we organised a visit for Saturday. On the day, she messaged me when she was on her way. When she came in, she made a long fuss of Diesy so that she wasn’t scared. She explained the process and gave us time for any questions. When our baby was at peace, we were given time to say goodbye before she took her away wrapped in her favourite blanket. The whole difficult experience was calm and peaceful. Laura-we can’t thank you enough-you are amazing! Fly high over Rainbow bridge our baby girl. ❤️❤️🌈

I am so pleased I made contact with Laura the day before we needed her. The trauma of that night will stay with me forever our poor boys condition took a turn for the worst and we had to make the decision to call Laura very early in the morning, she rang me as soon as she got the message and was with us within 30 minutes. Laura you were amazing, we were all grief stricken, our Renfield was adored by us all, he was a true member of the family. Your kindness and compassion held us together and the way you handled Renfield was beautiful, he passed away snoring and so peaceful, I can't tell you how pleased we are to have found you, and today I received such a beautiful heartfelt card from you. An amazing woman, I would totally recommend to everyone. At the most difficult time she is a tower of strength. Laura we all agree you are truly lovely.

It was with the heaviest of hearts we had to call on the services of Laura. She had been recommended to us by our vet. Laura responded immediately to our call and was with us within the hour. Her gentle, kind and calm manner, with us the family, and our inquisitive dog Coco, who wanted to know everything that was happening to her best friend Nina. She was so gentle with Nina, and reassured us that we had made the right decision at the right time for Ninas welfare. We were so distraught on the day we don't feel we made our proper thanks to you for making things so calm and peaceful as Nina slipped away. Today we received a beautiful card and message along with some seeds to plant to remember Nina. This has been done and we look forward to seeing what beautiful blooms appear in her memory.
