I've been bringing my cats here for a few months now and have not had any problems thus far. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The reception area and consultation rooms have always been clean and well presented. I do recommend the Complete Care packages: I've got five cats and bills for flea and worm treatments, appointments, and, vaccinations do burn a hole in my wallet!

Joined this vet practice with our new pup a couple of years ago. Absolutely brilliant practice, staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They've always been helpful in difficult situations and last minute appointments when needed.

Every time we visit the vets the team are amazing. They remember our pet and know about her personality and what she does and does not like. Everything is explained clearly to us and we have been given lots of advice about the best way to keep her healthy. We know that she will be well looked after whilst she is in the surgery.

The appointment was easy to get, the staff were friendly and efficient and the price was very reasonable. They also don’t charge a consultation fee unless absolutely necessary which is very good, as some places will charge you for anything!

I was really pleased to get a same day appointment. When I visited I didn’t have to wait long to see the Vet and she was really helpful. I was very satisfied that our pet was well looked after and am pleased to report she is making a great recovery. Would recommend Vets4Pets to anyone.

Thank you so much...this was an emergency for my 9 week old puppy after her leg was trapped in the door. We suspected she'd broken it and there is a small crack. When my husband rang the vets after 6pm they were brilliant and we were able to take her straight down. The receptionist and nurse were amazing and managed to calm myself down and reassure me that Willow would be fine. The vet was lovely and Willow enjoyed the peanut butter!! I had to call back the next day for her pain medication and even though her prescription hadn't arrived they sorted something out so that she didn't miss out on her pain relief. A stressful and upsetting situation for myself made far easier to cope with by the amazing staff. Thank you

Had my dog Lily spayed there, the Vets and reception staff are fab very caring and make fuss of Lily when she comes, they gave me all i needed to know around after care so felt confident in caring for her. ~ My daughter gets upset if Lily has to have an injection but Gemma the receptionist let her sit on the reception desk with her and do some drawing while i went in with the dog so was a huge help all round lovely ladies!

I had never been to the vets before, so we were made to feel very welcome, they looked after our Guinea pig really well and explained everything well to me

They have been fantastic with my cat and dog and seem to know more about my cats condition than Buckley house and for a fraction of the cost. The fact we can pay monthly for their flea and worming treatments and their yearly booster is a bonus. We pay £24 per month for both my pets so it's a bargain. Highly recommended.

my cat charlie is mostly a house cat also a rescue first vets visit to vets4pets hucknall staff were amazing with my furbaby charlie was happy throughout his visit. as i am a lip reader due to hearing loss staff changed from masks to visors which put me at ease as i understood them . prices were good and i went for the vacs4life as dad used that for our last family cat due to excellent value for money and regular checks i did not know about a healthcare service till this survey sorry it was something i would have got my furbaby. the staff loved my cat charlie as much as me during his visit to vets4pets hucknall.

Appointment was when I needed it and was seen with my cat within 5mins of arriving. Very clean and quiet being set back from main roads so is a calmer environment for your bet. Staff are very friendly and polite.

All the staff are very friendly , always made a big fuss of my dogs. My dogs love going to the vets. My oldest dog used to be petrified of going into our old vets. I had to pick her up and she would spend the whole visit stressed and shaking. Denise and team are so animal focused you don’t feel you are in a production line like I used at previous vets.
