I have spent a lot of time at vets for pets for Luna and her puppies everything was explained brilliantly and treatment was great and done quickly. All staff were amazing with me as a worried and upset owner and made me feel comfortable and calm

I rang at five o'clock because I was concerned about my cat's health. I got an appointment for 6.15. Will Newbury knows my cat and has taken a lot of interest in her progress. He remembered everything about her. I would not like to see any other vet with her. My cat even purred whilst he was examining her.

Great experience as always. Mirabel was very nervous and shaken when she got to the vet, but the vet was quick with all the checks and very helpful with all my questions.

The Vet, Will, is the best experience of a vet I have ever had. Our cat passed away and he did everything he could and acted only in our cats best interest. He explained everything thoroughly, was honest, genuine and so caring. This practice put pets first, not thier pockets. All the staff are sincere and an absolute pleasure. They allowed us to see our cat before cremation. Grieving has been made that bit easier because of it. We were allowed to say goodbye. They are so honorable and understanding. This practice goes above and beyond. Couldn't praise them anymore.

Registered Lexi as a new patient, and asked for a quote for spaying and dental procedure. The prices I was told are very reasonable compared to my regular vets quotes. The nurse who came to collect Lexi listened to my concern about her being handled. The Vet spoke to me on the phone due to covid pandemic, and was extremely helpful in explaining options, and benefits of the health plan. If I'm happy after Lexi's 2 procedures I may move my other dog over.

Compared to our previous vets, Netherfield centre vets & nurses do seem to care & show genuine interest in my pets welfare which is highly important. If asking a question, explanations received are detailed but easy to understand. It is important to feel well informed about my pets health as it helps to make future decisions about their health care.

We've now been here on a few occasions, although just moving to the area start of September and I am happy with the service provided. I've dealt with 2 separate vets so far and while they were both good, I preferred Lily Booton as it felt she gave me a bit more time to explain the situation and we had a good conversation where she listened to what I had to say about my cat's symptoms and my concerns.

Utterly professional. Patient-centred rather than focused on either the bottom line or fastest way out. A recent complex and rare bacterial infection was predicted as a possibility at step 1, and when looking at best path forward the veterinary surgeon consulted with leading experts at Edinburgh University on his own time rather than just pick an easy way out. The nursing and support staff are kind, friendly, efficient, and organised.

Will was very friendly and informative about my rabbits current condition and let me know some things to keep an eye on. The staff on reception were also very helpful and friendly.

The vets are great and always been very helpful however the organisation of appointments and waiting room is poor. The COVID measures are far to extreme now people are getting fully vaccinated. Last appointment we were not told they were running late and was asked to sit in my hot car with my stressed out and sick rabbit so I had to cancel for the sake of his recovery (ironic really). Today my partner rang ahead and was told they were running on time and the waiting room was empty only for him to pull up 5 mins later and again told to wait in the car. I appreciate the need to put restrictions in place during this tough time however asking people to wait in either a hot car or out on the busy retail park with stressed out and potentially sick pets is ridiculous. Not really "putting pets first" at all. Just pick up the phone and ring/text ahead if you are delayed. problem solved! I think its also time to allow 1 masked owner into the consultation room. Again this could be stressing the animals out more than necessary (the logic is flawed if I have covid its going to be on my pets &carry case given I've just handled them to get them to the vet) I also don't really like consulting with a vet in a busy waiting room.

The nurse took exceptional care of my two kittens and gave excellent advice. We have booked them in to be neutered. The vet with my senior cat was amazing too. Adam did a full health care check and my cats teeth could be an issue the last time we saw the vet. Adam the vet was fully satisfied that my cat didn't require this and it is a relief to know that your vets wont put pets through unnecessary treatment for monetary gain. You all really care!

The staff are so friendly and helpful and they are managing during the pandemic really well. We have moved from the Mapperley vets for pets as it's so much easier to get an appointment. Our frenchie actually seems to enjoy going!

The nurse Alex was amazing, Coco my dog wont let anyone near to cut her nails , I was gobsmacked when she (Coco)came out with all nails clipped and anal glands sorted, we feel as the family as if we have a new dog , my dog is very happy now after her visit, and months of not being able to go to pdsa, excellent 1st time I have ever seen my dog so relaxed thank you so much Alex :)

The Covid measures are too extreme. We couldn't go to see the vet with our scared cat, instead we had to stay in a cold car the whole time and our appointment was 30 minutes late. The phone converstation with the vet wasn't clear and difficult to understand. Friendly staff though.

We took our little hamster here after being misadvised by a different Veterinarian Surgery. By the time we took her we had no other option than to amputate her leg, but despite it being a very difficult surgery, the team did an amazing job. We were pleasantly surprised by how responsive and kind the team was, it would be easy to think that because the clinic is inside a large shopping centre that the treatment would be cold and unpersonalized. On the contrary, they knew our hamster by her name, and after the first appointment. Even in these stressful and constrained working conditions they gave amazing care! We are very pleased with the full team and would definitively recommend anyone to take their pets here. Again thank you for all your help!

My cats are both seniors now and regularly visit. I changed to what was originally Companion Care for weekend appointments but I found the care here way outweighed the care my cats received at my previous vets. The staff are all so friendly and know your animals and their needs. With older animals you need a lot but nothing is ever unnecessary (unlike my previous vets); care is relevant, well considered and nothing other than supportive. We've had emergencies that are catered for as soon as possible, surgeries which are always difficult, made comfortable, knowing your pet is in the safest of hands. Even making the decision to put one of our pets to sleep, in the past, was made less traumatic with the kindness, compassion and professionalism by the staff here. I'd highly recommend them and will continue to bring any pets we have to be cared for by them.

Can't recommend them enough , after our boy got poorly they saw him as an emergency & stayed until the early hours of the morning to treat him. They are always happy to help or give you any advise needed. My dogs are always happy to go in, in fact they can't wait !

Unfortunately we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our old dog pts, the whole Team here were very respectful and didn't rush the procedure. We felt it was all done very calmly and peaceful, we were also able to stay with him in our own car while it was carried out.

The nurse who explained everything to me was wonderful! I dont remember her name tho! She was great with Pepper and Nia (my kittens), and explained everything I needed to know. If Vets4Pets Netherfield wasnt so far away, I would stay there! As is, I went because they were open on Sunday and were able to get me a Monday appointment. Quick booking, listened about my pets. And my pets are much more comfortable now that they aren't riddled with fleas :)

Will and his team have repeatedly taken fabulous care of my two rabbits. Both have had dental surgery at the practice and have gone on to bounce back to health. They truly care about my rabbits' welfare and will take in a bonded rabbit companion to support a sick rabbit. Easy to get an emergency appointment and the team will ring with updates when your pet is in their care.

Fantastic practise! I take my 2 Guinea Pigs and have seen Will for ringworm, and most recently Louise. Louise has been just fabulous with my Piggy when he got an unexplained lump - I went in first thing on a Sunday morning as an emergency and I was seen within half an hour of arriving with no appointment booked. Just fantastic. So knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Thank you Louise and everyone at Vets4Pets and see you Sunday for what is hopefully his last appointment!
